Went here for my first dose of vaccine. After screening and registration the flow breaks as there is little physical distancing where you have join the long queue to enter the room for your vaccination. The screener should control the flow to the registration desk to avoid long queues inside. Otherwise, all went well.

Take my son for swim lessons. He likes being in the water. But I think for his age (2) they should incorporate more songs or other ways to get the child to understand basic swim. Also, the time we went it seemed like other instructors brought there students in the same pool which does not leave enough space for parents and kids!!!!

I've been coming here for 5 years, and absolutely love the classes they provide, & the machines are decent. Memberships have become the lowest in Brampton compared to 'LA Fitness' and 'Good life fitness'. They allow you to use multiple community centers as well. I wish they had more dance type fitness classes like 'zumba' held later in the evening. But over all I really like it here. :)

Love the zumba, yoga and other curricular classes that are available on the side of a normaly regular gym workout routine. It really helps to mesh up the day with fun and socialize with different people from all around. The sauna and hot tub are great after swimming. Aqua fit is fun too. Wellness center is a positive place to exercise with a clean environment.

Need more professional instructors and schedule coordinators. They mixed up the schedules for one of the classes and had to ask all attendees for the overbooked class to leave due to their error. Instructors are also quite pushy and unprofessional. Cause me a severe injury as a result of this. If you need lessons of any sort, go elsewhere.

I went for a Covid Vaccination Clinic. It was clean, clearly marked with Social Distancing stickers for lining up on the floor, directions posted and info posted. It was organized and very much on time. It's located just behind Brampton Civic Hospital on Peter Robertson Blvd. There is parking as well as handicap parking beside the front entrance. It's wheelchair accessible with automatic slided doors at main entrance. As I was only there for vaccination, I can't comment on the usual services provided there.

Brought my mom for covid vaccine today. Not happy the way they designed the whole process. Theres only one door for entrance and exit. And the way Is narrowed as you approached the 1st booth blocking.the way. It is crowded in the line going to the 1st booth and the 2nd and the 3rd booth.I was following 2 seniors and 2 chaperones. And most seniors are w chaperones. The guards directing the line is added crowd, which there's no way you can avoid him and he's facing you very close. And I see some people coming in not wearing mask properly sticking up their nose. After the shot there are chairs meant for the seniors for them to sit for 15mins. But how about the chaperones,.are we supposed to stand in between the distance of (6 feet)chairs? I did not feel safe at all. I hope it would be better on the next shot after 4 months.

Went to get covid vaccine. So well organized and efficient. Appointments were on time, waited our post vaccine 15 minutes and headed back home. All Staff including Security were extremely helpful. Yeah Brampton! Doing it right!!!

Decent gym, have some old equipment, but always change if it gets broken. Since owned by city, has few drawback: (1) not open on holidays, (2) not a 24/7 gym. Positives are: get pool access and is a clean environment with great ventilation. Overall solid gym, with great pricing and staff. Have been going here for 2 years.

Great facilities that includes an indoor track, machines, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and exercise classes. Approximately 9 dollars for an adult regular day pass. Parking is also available and is free.

Good facility. I am member since 2007. going morning 5 days/week. washrooms could be more developed and private. Instead of just loose hanging curtains. Front desk staff is always very pleasant and friendly. However the trainer/staff on duty are not helpful. They mostly just hang around in one corner or other either busy talking to each other or friends or most of the time hiding behind closet doors opening towards the track and busy with their cell phone. Often very inconsiderate towards people who are walking on the track. I hope management can advise them to be more helpful and attentive to the patrons.

I only use the pool at this facility - so I can only speak about my experience with the services provide with the pool. Swimming Lessons: I've taken private Adult swimming lessons and both of my instructors were fantastic. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. I did learn how to swim upon completion. However, the turnover rate for lifeguards is quite large. Neither of my instructors are working at this particular pool. Pool: One thing I like in particular about this pool, is they have shallow swim lanes only. For someone who was scared of water, it was comforting to stand up at any point of time and be safe. My main complaint: Family change rooms - . Although they have stalls for changing, you have to take a shower out in the open with both genders. As a female, I do not feel comfortable doing this. I have asked to be accommodated by using the normal change rooms, and they said no they will not accommodate it. They change rooms are also very dirty.

Vaccination Centre. Unimpressed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Entrance was the same as exit, despite there being alternate access doors, waiting lines doubled over side by side, people walking past each other in opposing directions, inoculation area IMO too small. See you in 4 months, against manufacturers recommendations.

Not a bad place to get your COVID vaccine...staff was very kind and helpful, but the layout and the overall process is poorly organized. Firstly, there is only one door for the entrance and exit. The building is pretty big so I am not sure why there is not a dedicated exit. It got kind of crowded as people were trying to exit and also people were trying to enter, thereby making it hard to maintain social distancing. After getting screened, my mom and I were told to change our masks and to wear their surgical masks. I am not sure why this is done as we were already wearing surgical masks and a cloth mask over the surgical mask, and the Peel Public Health clinics, as well as Trillium clinics don't tell clients to do this. We felt very uncomfortable having to change the masks as the screening area was very small and because of this, we were close to staff and other clients. After registration, we were sent to a room where the immunizers are. The room was very small and felt crammed, as the immunizers are seated right next to the waiting area for those having to wait their 15 minutes after vaccination. There are other rooms in this building so I don't know why we are crammed in this one room. Again, the place isn't horrible, but if you can, I would recommend getting your vaccine at either Paramount in Mississauga or Trillium's UTM as these clinics are very spacious, have a separate entrance/exit, and don't require you to change your mask.

I attended the COVID-19 vaccine clinic here and it was terrific. It was well-run, organized and was held in nice surroundings. I was back in my car, vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine, less than half an hour from my arrival. Parking is free and plentiful.

I go here for the therapy pool which is heated. The centre is very clean and well managed. Definitely recommend the pool as the best in brampton by far.

Came here for my covid vaccine and unfortunately I was one of the ones that needed to lye down after, that being said it was one of the nurses who noticed me and helped quick, followed by at least four others, made sure I had orange juice in me after too. Got my vaccine today. This place is very well organized. Once they check your credentials you are directed straight to the nurse, she ask few questions and then you get your vaccine. You need to wait for 15 min after. Then you go to the window they remind you about your second dose. You will get the paper that you got your first dose. There is plenty of free parking. All took me 20 min.

I was going for a family event. On first impression the outside looked so pretty. But when you walk in you are greated with the gym on your left. When you keep walking you then see the community room's. I suggest they add more signage. Ooh and I forgot to mention the washrooms were all destroyed. There was no toilet paper or had towel or hand dryers working. It looked like the washrooms weren't cleaned in a couple of days.

Vaccines available here by appointment only. Neat and clean! Strict Covid protocols followed here. Pfizer vaccine given to the people and they'll observe you for 15 minutes after they administer the shot. Have the Health card ready. You'll be asked to produce it more than twice. The appointment was on time and you'll be done in 1/2 hour(including the 15 minute post shot wait time).

Been this place 3 times. Did not explore much. But my favorite is the jets which is so refreshing and relaxing for me. Like me who love water so much a quick stop in and out is great for a busy working person like me. Free massage from the jets in my back for an hour helps my back pain. Loving it!
