I've enjoyed working out at A1 Fitness. I'm also excited about their CoolSculpting services - An added offer to my gym experience and I'm in-love with my results!! Amazing atmosphere..friendly..professional...knowledgeable. Richard is a result oriented trainer. Your training is individualized...geared towards what will bring you the best results. I started August 21st, its now Oct 8th and I've lost a total of 21 lbs. All you have to do is show up, have a willingness to work and you will see the difference. Everyone you meet there is very supportive.

A1 Fitness Studio is a place where you feel like you are part of a team. Richard is a trainer with experience and who cares and that's what sets this studio apart from the the rest.

This is the gym to join if you want to shred those pounds!!! Highly recommended! Bring extra shirts and towels because you'll need it training like a BEAST! All the others just take your money and tell you what you want to hear - Richard will pull you out of your comfort zone and produce real results on a one to one level. Inventive and creative training methods that keep you on the path to the better you!
