Everyone here is so friendly, warm, and welcoming they made me feel so comfortable they have everything so many fun activities for everybody to participate in so spacious and really cool place to hangout and exercise . Everyone there is so approachable you can talk to them about anything it’s the best place to go too I highly recommend it for sure absolutely I give it 5 golden stars 10/10 this place is incredible nobody judges you everyone wants to achieve the same goals in life and they helped me overcome my social anxiety now they taught me how to feel more confident and comfortable in my skin and not to worry about what other people think . It’s so therapeutic and empowering hearing their word was of encouragement it’s so uplifting and they motivate me to work harder and be a better and stronger version of myself .they touched my life in such a huge way and because of them I don’t have low self esteem anymore I feel powerful and unstoppable. Their just lovely people overall in general it’s a beautiful gym it’s so clean and organized and it’s very appealing and presentable I like how it’s not too crowded how your able to get some privacy in their when you like it’s an awesome place to be . ????

This facility is perfect for women who want to their gym to feel like a home, comfortable and safe. All the windows and doors are professionally covered for privacy with all. new equipment. The gym is spacious, has a studio for many classes they offer and their prices are reasonable. The space overall is very clean and organized. Would def recommend for anyone looking for an all women's gym.

It's a comfortable place to get to your fitness goals. No one judges you and you make fitness friends while at the same time your getting healthier. The classes are AMAZING as well 10/10 would recommend

After trying various gyms I can genuinely say that 7X is the perfect fit for me. The gym is very spacious and incredibly clean, the classes that are offered are very fun and beneficial. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and caring. I feel very welcome and comfortable when I come in daily for my workouts. I am so thrilled to be a member of 7X Fitness.

7X Fitness is an amazing place! The staff are all very knowledgeable and kind and the gym it’s self is beautiful! Fully stocked with everything you need for an awesome workout. Their personal trainers are also amazing and very encouraging! Love the amenities they have for their members including sanitary products just in case. Love the fact that it is women’s only and run by women. 11/10 would highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in it feels very welcoming, beautiful space, state of the art fitness machines and big bright studio. The change rooms are fully stocked with everything you need, hair accessories, hair products even feminine products for emergencies! I love working out in such a beautiful space that has a spa atmosphere with the comforts of home. A must experience for all the women out there, the classes are so much fun!
