When I lived in Martensville I always liked going here. The owners, Reg and Carly, were super nice and always around to help. The gym had all the equipment needed and the place was always very clean. If I didn't move I would still be a member. They are great community leaders.

The staff is always very kind and attentive and the gym is always clean. I prefer the overall feel of wrench fitness over a commercial gym and don’t feel they are lacking in any equipment. I began training at wrench with a 10 time punch pass and will definitely be signing up for a full on membership as soon as I run out!

Paid for personal training and a meal plan with Rejean. Half hearted effort on the meal plan, disinterested during the training session. It felt more like a sales pitch to join crossfire. I still have training sessions that I paid for but have not returned because I don't see the point. It's been a year and Noone has contacted me either. I guess if you don't get a gym membership, you are not a priority or of interest. I see now why they insist that you pay in advance for personal training.
