I've been taking part in the online classes for a few months now, and LOVE IT! While you are working out at home, you don't feel alone - the live classes or the replays are great. Being able to get a workout in when my schedule allows is fantastic! Minimal equipment is needed - regular household items do the trick - but you certainly work up a glisten during the workout! I love the online aspect in these uncertain times - even though I've never met many of these coaches in person, they are all wonderful and make you feel welcome and motivated.

This group of ladies is fantastic! I joined a 21 day fitness challenge in the middle of the pandemic, even though we weren't in studio, you could still feel the positive attitudes from everyone and still felt really supported during the challenge!

Whether you're a beginner or you're looking to supplement your existing workout routine, check out LiveFitBabe! The classes are making me feel more energized and my weight loss rate is 3lbs/week (+ eating clean). Before I went, I didn't think I would like the type of workouts offered here. I like running and lifting heavy, and I thought that simple exercises like burpees were very boring. I saw an ad for LiveFitBabe and was enticed by the pinks/purples, so I judged a book by its cover and thought "if the gym looks fun, maybe the exercises are fun too". It was VERY fun. It opened my eyes to all of the different ways you can modify simple exercises to make them fun and challenging. This is nothing like your typical group class at a chain gym. It's more independent with good support in a friendly environment, and I love how the instructors go around and help with your form. Most people underestimate how important good form is until they get an injury, so I really appreciate it! The scheduling system is nice and modern too, and you can book yourself in using an app on your phone.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge with Ray after seeing it on Facebook. I have been trying to get into a regular fitness routine after my son was born for 3 years with no success. Ray's program has made all the difference! The mix of new and familiar exercises, circuits and short, intense working out was/is addictive. After 6 weeks I lost little weight, but got rid of body fat and gained muscle and SO MUCH ENERGY! Even after doing the 5:45am class I had more energy to get through the day than I had sleeping in till 8am! I highly recommend!

FOR THE SKEPTICS out there...trust me I am with ya. I am in the Real Estate business and reading agreements and advising my clients on whether it is a good idea or not is part of what I do for a living. When this little ad popped up on my Facebook about loosing 20 pounds in 6 weeks, I was like ya ya, here is another thing that they try and suck you into. But for some reason, I clicked on it out of curiosity, (and I loved how everything in Ray's advertising is PINK). Then before I knew it, I had an appointment to meet with her and BAM, i'm signed up for this program. I think what intrigued me the most was the goal driven system in a short period of time. Ray provides lots of different ways to access resources and help if you need it, i.e., online website, Facebook group where you can reach out to others in the program, and her personal cell phone number. I felt that this was much different then being another member at a gym, where you pay every month but are left to figure it out yourself. Dreading getting up in the morning to work out, turned into being totally bummed if I couldn't fit my work out in. Now I am getting up for the 5:45 am classes routinely (not to worry, she offers lots of other times). I stuck to the meal plan and went to the classes and lost the weight I have been trying to loose since having my son 3 years ago, in just 6 weeks with Ray. I am over the moon happy about my progress and have tossed my "mom" bathing suit in the trash. I would highly recommend Ray and her program to anyone looking to get results fast.

I decided to sign up for the 6-week challenge because I was so unhappy with how my body looked. I was at my heaviest. Not only that, but I was always tired and always seemed to be in a bad mood. I had tried multiple diets and online workouts because I hated going to the gym. Nothing ever worked.I always ended up going back to my bad habits of eating fast food and overeating. I was on the verge of giving up and just accepting being unhappy and overweight. I saw an ad for #LiveFitBabes and saw the before and after photos of other women and though "Wow! I want that to be me in 6 weeks!" The meal plan was easy to follow and the workouts were intense, but Ray and the other LiveFitBabes made it fun! Ray and the other LiveFitBabes are so supportive. Ray has created an amazing atmosphere to workout in- judgement-free, supportive, and fun. Throughout the 6 weeks, eating healthy became second nature to me and I started to LOVE working out. I would get up in the morning looking forward to my workouts (that's coming from someone who absolutely HATED working out previously). Even after the 6 weeks were over, I'm still continuing to go to the classes 5-6 days a week. I absolutely love it. If I can give advice to anyone trying this for the first time, it would be to not give up after the first workout. It will kick your butt, but show up the next day to kick back! You won't regret it! I will always remember my first workout with Ray- I had to take multiple breaks and I remember looking at myself in the mirror and thinking "There's no way in hell I'm going to be able to do this!" But I showed up the next day and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Since joining the LiveFitBabe Tribe, my life has done a complete 180. I've lost weight, I have SO much energy now, I'm more focused at work, and my mental health has improved so much! I never thought I would be able to get to this point and I am so thankful for Ray and everything she has done to help me get here.

I first started out with live fit babe when I had seen a two week free trail promotion on Facebook. I quickly accepted their 21 day challenge online classes when covid hit. I don't live in their area thankfully online classes are a thing now. These girls are inspiring. All the ladies are super helpful and motivation is high. The coaches are super friendly, approachable, and informative. You learn how to keep fit and have fun. Their HIIT exercises are challenging and fun. They'll make sure you have proper form to prevent injury, and alternative moves for those who have injured themselves and have trouble with an exercise. I would highly recommend any lady who's wanting a reason to go to the gym or keep fit they pick this one.

I started working with Ray 6 months ago after watching her on Instagram for a while as she prepped for her photo shoot and loved her commitment and drive while also being super personable which made making the decision to choose Ray to help me with my goals a no brainer. Working with Ray has resulted in me losing 30kg, mindfully eating and not worrying about eating an Oreo on the office or enjoying a meal with friends which has been one of the best things I could have hoped for. I have always struggled with self image for as long as I can remember. Recently, over the past couple of years I’ve definitely noticed a lot of weight gain due to stress from school and my amazing boyfriend who likes to take me out. I’ve tried to lose the weight and get into shape on my own many times but it never worked out. I then stumbled upon a Facebook ad about the fit in 42 challenge and I checked out Ray’s page and I trusted that she could help me like she did with her former clients. And it worked! My goal when I started was to lose weight of course but almost more importantly I wanted my confidence back. I was tired of having to go shopping to buy bigger and bigger clothes because mine weren’t fitting anymore. And having an anxiety attack in the dressing rooms because nothing fit me the way I hoped it would. I didn’t want to sit hunched over with my arms folded around my belly anymore or hide between people in pictures. It was hard at first honestly because I had no self control around food, and I would never choose to eat vegetables with every meal. Luckily doing the training was fun and I enjoyed every class because Ray made it easy to follow and not repetitive. Maybe if I listened and did more cardio like she suggested then I would have had better results, but I’m still very very happy with what I got! Even if I cheated a little on the weekends. Meal prepping took time to get used too and Ray always helped with any questions or concerns I had with my meals. Now I feel like I’m missing something if I don’t have a hearty side of fibrous veggies with my meals. Over the past 6 weeks I managed to lose 9lbs and a couple inches off my waist and hips. My before and after pictures look amazing. My used to be tight pants actually fit me now and now I have to buy new work pants AGAIN because I lost the weight I’ve gained (I should have kept my old tight work pants lol). I have a lot more energy throughout the day now and I’m getting so much done because I don’t want to lay around and do nothing anymore. If you’re feeling down and feel like you can’t do this alone then this is the program for you! Working with a group of strong confident women everyday really helps you achieve your goals and I couldn’t have done it without Ray. The diversity in age and fitness/health levels are crazy so don’t feel like you can’t do it because every women in her class kills it! Trust me the first day will be really hard, I almost felt like I was regretting my choice but I stuck with it and I’m so proud of myself. I can’t thank Ray enough.

I joined Ray's LiveFitBabes Boot camp challenge because I heard about it through facebook posts and seeing a long time friend go through the challenge and seeing the awesome positive results it brought on for her. I was looking for someone/some sort of aid that could assist me in getting myself back to my normal after a major health problem took over my whole being and caused months worth of struggle trying to recover. I was excoted and nervous to get started. I knew it would be HARD work...and it is...especially getting up crazy early in the morning ( So NOT a morning person!), the strict/limited meal plan ( but it has reminded and reinstilled healthy eating patterns into me and my routine). The workouts kicked my butt and took my legs out for a couple weeks ...but oh how I missed that 'good burn' feeling & and the change in eating took a lot of thought and effort but felt so good. After just 4wks of being the challenge, my health took a drastic turn for the positive and continues to rise on the up and better! I still have lots of hard work left to do to reach my personal goal...but my drive and motivation and metabolism are back to help me along the journey - which makes a big difference! I love the workouts, the class environment is so encouraging and Ray is totally wnthusiastic and supportive....I even bought simple equip that I can use at home (and travel with me when need be). If you are considering the Boot Camp Challenge - I whole heartedly encourage you to give it a Strong consideration! I decided to give #LiveFitBabe a try after years of seeing the scale slowly go up. I was having trouble committing to going to a gym and saw the ad on FB. I had hoped that this program would get me back into shape and stop the scale from going up. My first class was amazing, the women were so welcoming and friendly. It made me excited and look forward to classes and miss the classes on days I didn’t work out. The meal plan was easy to work with (I focused on finding substitutes to some of my favorite dishes), and I did not feel hungry throughout the day. I stumbled across LiveFitBabe and the 42 Day Challenge online one day when I was looking for fun fitness classes to get myself out of a rut. I was always tired and knew I needed to change my eating habits, but I had no idea where to start. I attended the orientation to check out the Fit in 42 Challenge and was blown away by how much Ray had to offer! My goal was to develop better eating habits, find a fun way to work out, and shed some of the extra pounds that were slowly pushing me out of my clothes and this challenge was perfect! It definitely wasn’t easy because I’m a creature of habit, but I stuck to it and began to see results in the first two weeks - which encouraged me to keep going! The meal plan became easier to follow, and I started getting excited for the meals I had prepared for myself knowing they were healthy and helping me to achieve my goals! I quickly noticed I had more energy throughout the day, felt less bloated, and was starting to fit back into clothes stuffed away in the back of my closet. It was also super easy heading to classes with Ray knowing there was a team of women with similar goals there to encourage me the whole way through! I’ve never felt more confident picking up a set of weights, weighted balls, and a variety of other equipment. I lost 15.5 lbs in just six weeks and took 5.5 inches off my waist! All my clothes fit better, some things are to big now! I lost inches off my arms, thighs, hips, and chest. Since the challenge - I’ve noticed I have more energy, I’m sticking to better eating habits, and am excited thinking about my next workout! I signed up for the 6 week challenge with Ray after seeing my friend complete it, and seeing the amazing results she has made in a short amount of time. I was hoping by signing up for this program it would get me on track to losing weight and getting adjusted to a new lifestyle, something I had been putting off for a long time. I have always hated going to the gym, but during this program I found that I couldn’t wait to go to the next class! Ray makes each class so fun, and her high energy and bubbly personality makes it enjoyable as well. I also learned a lot when it comes to healthy eating, and a lot of the recipes provided I will definitely continue to use! Overall I would give this whole experience 10/10. I truly don’t think you can find a better program OR a better person to help you transform your life. Ray is fun, outgoing, encouraging, caring and super knowledgeable in what she does and her classes reflected all of that. She also makes herself available 24/7 for any questions you may have. The biggest thing I noticed is that although she has a ton of clients to deal with, she treats us all differently rather than as one big group.
