I have been working out for over a decade now. And I have been searching for that extra push, that final piece of the puzzle, to get my body in the best shape of my life, and with BOS health I finally found it. I live in BC, 2 provinces away from Jen, and despite our huge geography difference Jen has proven to be an excellent coach. She has guided me to a new level of discipline and enjoyment in my physical fitness and nutrition. The results speak for themselves. I lost 13 lbs of fat (not just weight - but FAT!) through strategic meal planning, HIIT & Strength training, and I was able to maintain my muscle and strength throughout the process. I'm the leanest I've ever been and could not have achieved what I have without Jen's guidance. This girl is spot on!

Jen's passion for helping others achieve their personal health goals goes far beyond anything I've ever seen before. Her knowledge is not only limited to physical exercise (which in itself has huge depth) but also in nutrition as well, something I found very valuable. She has a unique ability adapt to anyone's weaknesses or disability. You're an individual with custom goals and Jen captures them perfectly!
