Dont hv month to month or highschool rates only university rates strts in May goes to end of August when highschool doesnt get out till end of June . Tried to keep money in Waterford but not paying over 75 .00 dollars a month .

Withdrew membership fees during COVID-19 shutdown when gym was closed, then refused to provide refund.

Gym is probably fine but people continue to park in front of the fire hydrant driving 101 you do not block a fire hydrant

All you need in a small town gym! Open 24 hours, generally not overly busy, friendly staff, personal training services, classes, and tanning services with options! My personal favourite gym in Norfolk County! ????????

Extremely clean and professional gym. Excellent customer service. This gym has all the equipment you need to pursue your aesthetic and physical fitness goals. The owners are hands on and the staff is amazing. One staff member that sticks out is Barb who is courteous polite and knowledgeable with all things fitness related.
