We needed to change all our tubes and the rep guided us through the whole process and made sure we picked all the right parts. I did not have my invoice and it could not be found in the system. A technician offered to repair it to me the same with good pieces taken from defective pumps. Je n'avais point ma facture et elle était introuvable dans le système. Un technicien m'a proposé de me la réparer pareil avec des bon morceaux pris sur des pompes défectueuses. Vraiment un service hors pair, la pompe était prête et fonctionnel le lendemain matin. Encore un énorme merci et un gros wow pour le super service !!!! Je recommande fortement.

I'm kind of skeptical and giving 5 Stars but after been rudely treated in the brossard club piscine about the closing of my pool I called beloeil and upon arriving the young gentleman that I spoke with on the phone thomas was on lunch but with his professionalism he informed his colleague that we were coming and what we were coming about he Jean benoit greeted us and made us feel appreciated even tho it was for Free advice they both guided us through closing our pool as first time pool owners.
