This place is amazing. I drive 45 mins each way to train here. My daughter also loves it. The kids programs are amazing and the level of care each instructor has for the students makes it feel like home.

Wasn't sure what I expected to learn when I started, but this place is home away from home. Amazing people and service by Tim and Mandy plus the other staff. Life changing lessons to be learnt and the people are there to help you. I would never dream of being elsewhere!

Great people that run this place! Tim & Mandy are super positive and send every day impacting people lives. Highly recommend it and I have seen many gym and this place is definitely unique.

Amazing place that makes all feel like family ????. My 9-year-old daughter and husband have been going here for the last few years and enjoy every minute of it!
