When I moved here 5 years ago, I didn’t know anyone. Joining CrossFit Stratos has given me more than just physical strength, it’s given me an entire supportive community and lasting friendships. From the coaches to the members, everyone is ready to high-five your efforts! Highly recommend Stratos for new-comers and experienced athletes who want to sweat, and have fun!

Great coaches. Good people. Smaller setting. Good for drop-ins or sign up (did both). I enjoy the programming. If there is a physical limitations they always have advise on modifications. Make it as easy as you like or a challenging as you can. Up to you.

Staff are motivating and welcoming. Coaches build great relationships with the members. This makes every class fun. Coaches are caring and knowledgeable, they can tailor the workout to make any participant feel successful. Members and staff encourage one another because they truly care about the participants achieving their goals. Facility is clean and tidy.

Three years ago when I first started attenting Crossfit Stratos I was immediately welcomed by all athletes. I loved how each athlete was encouraged but not pushed out of their comfort zone. The coaches (who volunteer!) are their because they want to be - not because they have to be. 5 star for my second family! ⭐️

I joined Crossfit Stratos when it first opened in 2014. The incredibly supportive environment and strong coaching staff helped me to reach fitness goals that I never knew would be possible. The workouts can all be effectively scaled to meet individual needs, which I appreciated as I was hesitant to join at first due to my misguided belief that Crossfit was only for elite athletes. I highly recommend becoming part of the Stratos family, as you will surprise yourself with your achievements, and meet an incredible tribe of people in the process.

Worst gym in Belleville area! Check out CrossFit Belleville or CrossFit Trenton if you want a good experience. The people at Stratos are unprofessional and unhelpful. The female coach we had didn't guide the participants safely through the workout. One woman almost hurt herself, while the coach was too busy in her cell phone to even notice. Hands down the worst CrossFit experience I've ever had. I would never go back to this location!

Have been here for over 2 years and love the atmosphere. The community is super friendly and welcoming and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The smaller class sizes allow for more personalized workouts and more one on one time with coaches. All are welcome and supported no matter experience level or goals. Highly recommend checking stratos out!
