It has everything you'd want in a gym minus a GHR apparatus (which you can do by locking your legs under the Smith Machine). Staff have to be very anal and particular about their rules which seem juvenile (e.g., ensuring clips are on all bars, dresscode is maintained, and no bags are on premises) . Has a rock climbing facility as well. Tends to get really busy during school year but being a cheap student, it works for me.

Nice and quiet gym early mornings and late nights. It can get very crowded during peak hours noon/afternoon/evenings. It can get smelly too. Nevertheless, it has everything I need for training.

The gym is well equipped with a wide variety of equipment, qualified trainer's and an exceptional array of well instructed fitness classes. The staff are polite and helpful and the gymnasium, rock wall, fitness center and multi purpose room are always immaculate.

**bias I do got to Georgian college and so the admission for me is free. I really enjoy this gym. I like that there as a fair set of equipment (not like good life but fair). I really enjoy the ABT workout they offer and some of the yoga classes depending on the teacher. The rock climbing wall is a nice addition to the gym but I really wish they had a pool.

Management spends more time harassing customers (particularly women about their clothing) than actually managing the gym. Do yourself a favour and try out either Worlds Gym, La Fitness or Goodlife as they are significantly better for a fraction of the price. Only reason I gave 1 star was because it is impossible to rate lower.
