Lots of space to workout, fairly clean and great flexibility with the hours. Bring lots of water, no refill station...which sucks! The virtual cycling station hasn't worked the last few weeks and the staff hasn't done anything to fix the issue, even though we've asked multiple times.

Good prices for memberships, floor layout is great, huge assortment of equipment. Overall probably the best "bang for your buck" gym to go to. Other pluses are the fact that they have day passes if you are on the fence, they have drinks you can buy on staffed hours which are half price with the black card membership and they are open 24/7 unstaffed with regular staffed hours you'd find at any gym

I'm a newer member, and the variety of equipment is great. Staff are friendly and were helpful and knowledgeable to me personally. My only comments would be, needs a water fountain-there is none, keep up on the chipped paint-this is an easy one and looks so bad when there is bold paint, some of the machines need repair, and for several weeks now I have noticed them not being repaired, this should also be easy, that's all there is is a gym-the only priority! Other than that I really like the place, it's close to home and I feel comfortable there, price is also the best in town! Thanks, VW

Me and my husband are members of this location. We signed our contract in january 2018. In february 2018 my husband broke his leg and was in bed rest for several months. I am new here and haven't got driving licence yet. So we called May 2018 in fit for less managment and requested them to cancel our contract because my husband could barely moved from bed and doctor told him not to do any kind of exercise even after his recovery. Management replied us they couldn't cancel because our contract is for 1 year and we have to pay member charge untill january 2019. We didn't expect this from them.

The Asian family who run this store are excellent people and it's my go too place to get lottery and cigars. Always friendly and they keep their store well stocked with emergency items, ie; batteries, tape, first aid supplies, energy drinks.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Started a plan without even being told it was a contract and without properly being told what is including in the plan. I was told if I had a membership I would be allowed to bring a person with me, but when I went to go there with someone they told me I had to buy a day pass for them and that we cant go at the same time. I emailed them about this and they were very rude and just dismissed everything I asked/said. If you want a good gym, I reccomend Planet Fitness on Bayfield Street :)

Busy periods during the day so it's best to go late at night if you prefer a quiet workout. Gym open 24 hours, is clean with a good selection of equipment. Lockers are available and showers can be accessed during staffed hours only. Membership is very affordable and parking is available.

Lots of equipment. Always clean. My issues are that the showers only work during staffed hours which doesn’t help people who go really early before work. Also, there isn’t a water fountain or water bottle refill station. Very inconvenient. Oh and NO WIFI! That’s just crazy.

Staff cannot justify why they had to repeatedly charge a temporary suspended bank account thereby making me incure $45 nonsufficient charges each time the transaction of a mere $9.99 failed. When all they could have done was simply place a call to obtain an updated payment information.

Awesome gym. Has everything you can ask for. Lots of equipment, lots of space, enough cardio equipment, showers, massage chairs and beds, changing rooms lockers. Really worth what you pay for. Only little downside is that the showers, massage chairs and tanning booths only work in staff hours. But you also gotta realise the price your paying. Still well worth it.

The gym wasn't bad at first. After being there for a year, I noticed that the floor mats were always dirty, the staff was interested more in socializing with friends, spray bottles were empty during staffed hour's. To top it off, I went to cancel my wife's and mine membership, and they cancelled mine twice. Now, I have to prove that I did cancel her's and try to get my money back. Will never go back.

I opened my black card 4 months ago and I wanted to cancel my account in October so I gave a call to the given number they told me to freeze your account first and I did that on 13th of October. Still money were deducting continuously from my account and when I tried to reach them they were telling me that our manager will call you and I haven’t receive any call from manager.when I tried to contact them again and they are still replying I can’t give you refund and you have to talk with manager etc.etc. I am paying money which I haven’t been using from last 2 months. They also make excuses when it comes to close your account and not refunding me which I deserved to be as a customer.

My go to gym as they have branches everywhere I go in Ontario. Definitely worth getting the black card membership. Staff are nice and friendly at this branch although my only gripe with this branch is that there's no water fountain to refill your water bottle.

Good gym. Has a decent selection on machines. Tons of cardio. All cables you'll need. Free weight benches,incline, shoulder press. Smith machines and even a squat rack. Dumbells only go up to 75lbs is my only complaint. But it's cheap. So I'll deal.

I went in this morning and this guy starting yelling st me because I asked him to check my tickets in his own words “ I work 7 days a week and only close on Christmas you should check your own tickets ‘ my response “ Your not the only person that works that much! I work 2 jobs plus my family my husbands works 2 jobs my 14 yr old son goes to school and works and your just standing there! NEVER will we go into there again ! Maybe he should learn some manners and maybe he should learn that word of mouth can either make or break your business

The absolute worst customer service. We were told to go home and to choose our membership online. The woman at the front desk refused to be of any assistance. I'm blown away by the attitude and incompetence of the employee.

The gym itself is very spacious and clean, I like working out there. The biggest downside I find is the unprofessionalism of the staff, every time I’ve needed assistance or have any questions the younger kids working the desk are blatantly sitting there on their phones or are off on the floor socializing with friends of theirs/people they know, not welcoming to all of the paying members in the slightest... The manager needs to get this under control, borderline contradicts the model the gym goes by as well.

I LOVE this gym. I started going in October for the first time in my life, so I was pretty anxious. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. They're all pretty funny and really knowledgable about the equipment and fitness in general. It's very cost effective and it's actually kept in wonderful shape for the most part, and is very clean. I feel comfortable and even confident now when I go in because I know the staff has your back with any questions or concerns you may have. They're all very supportive, encouraging, and understanding!

Good Fit4Less Vacation. Has showers but like other amenities they are unavailable while the club is not staffed. The club has closed on several holidays rather than just go unstaffed. Open Thanksgiving Monday but unstaffed.

I've been a member since it opened in Jan/17 and I am completely satisfied with this location. Very clean, very friendly staff, lots of room/equipment and comfortable environment to work out in whether you're a beginner or competitor. Members are friendly and seem to have appropriate gym etiquette, members vary from college age right up to retirement ago. There's something for everyone. If something isn't working right or is broken it is addressed quickly. I've never not been able to get on any equipment and I workout between 5:30-7:30 Mon-Fri. The tanning beds are great, massage beds and chairs are always clean and ready to go. Great facility in all aspects. Also, It has showers now :)

Facility is nice. Lots of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, there's lots of TV's (channels are hit and miss), bathrooms are clean. Scale is still broken. Either way, my one complaint is about the shower situation. Water is only turned on during staff hours which are supposed to start at 7am. There's been a few times I've hopped in the shower at 7:30 and the water was not only not on, but no staff. I go straight to work after the gym. Drives me nuts. Honestly, nice gym. 5 star gym if it wasn't for the showers.

I went in and signed up, was told by the person at the desk once I signed up I was able to come and work out. (Nothing about booking a time… only gym in the area that you have to book a time btw!!). So I signed up, and went in. As I headed on to a machine I was told I had to leave because o didn’t book a time. (By the same person who just told me to come in after signing up). I explained what she just told me and she said “too bad, I don’t remember that conversation, go mane a profile online and book a time”. This was literally 5-10 minutes from last conversation. I left and went to my car, called and asked to cancel my membership. Was told I had ten days to go do so and didn’t need to rush. I responded saying I wanted it canceled right now. She then said she put throw the cancellation and I would have money 24-48 hours back in my account. Three days later still no money, so I called back I got a guy and he said the cancelation was never out throw and he would do that now, it would take about one week. I called back on the weekend to make sure everything was set and told it was confirmed. Now it’s been over a week, I called back because still no money. Was told that the cancelation still had not been put throw but I was over my 10days. I explained everything about what had gone on and this person told me “head office has to revive the request then process it”. And it would be another week, she then verbally confirmed the payment would not come out of my account the following week. Now it’s been 2.5 weeks and I have still had no money and the next payment has come out of my account. Again when I called I was told the cancelations have not been put throw. There is no number for head office or general help lines. I am beyond angry about this situation now, which the hard part is that I am trying not to get angry with the current staff I am talking to because it may not be their direct fault but everyone else dropping the ball has lead to this.

Larger than many of the other branches I have been to. I don't find myself having to wait on machines or change my plans due to unavailability of machines. Disappointing theu do not have the hip thrust machine though. Would have gotten 5 stars if they had it.

I am very disappointed with scheduling. I am basically paying for nothing. I keep checking the 3 days for a time slot and nothing. I joined the gym because of RA and it's the only thing that helps and with COVID shot downs I am suffering . I have been noticed last summer they were letting members stay in between bookings. So basically only 10 people alias in and if everyo e is double booking each day no one else can get in. I am going to cancel and look elsewhere.

Having worst experience at this place. Not worth going there and being insulted from the non-friendly staff. I just canceled my membership today and would recommend my friends too to cancel. I think so the staff need to be polite and need to talk calmly. They need to be interviewed properly by the management so that they have idea how to give a proper customer service.

I have been very disappointed and frustrated with my experience thus far. I made my first payment on August 25th. I went to use the gym the following day at 5AM and my card access was denied. I am approx 30 minute return trip to the gym, so my time, gas, energy was wasted. I went to visit the gym during office hours and the representative told me that while my initiation fee had successfully been charged to my credit card, my automatic withdrawal information for future payments had not been properly processed. OK. We get that cleared up. I have just tried to visit the gym this morning at 5AM and sure enough, card access denied. Another early morning, gas, time, wasted. Not to mention the membership fees that I continue to pay on a bi-weekly basis. And the time I will need to take out of my day to visit the gym during their office hours to have this resolved (again). Warning to all: have the staff double check that your information in the system is correct and have them demonstrate to you that your access card works! They will not take it upon themselves to do this.

Although I’m satisfied with gym including staff and equipments but the only thing which is the major drawback of current situation is why costumers need to proof daily that they are fullu vaccined. Once person has been showed valid ID and proof of vaccination then the person should be allowed in the gym without any condition. My friends and I come daily in the gym but once my friend forgot his phone at home in which he has mail of vaccination and staff denied him to do workout…It’s really disappointing. FIT4LESS should care its customers. Do something to avoid to show proof of vaccination and ID everyday. It’s really time consuming as well. THANKS

I write this review while sitting in the massage chair, melting after an awesome workout. This place rocks! Simple as that. The change rooms, and showers are both private, individual rooms. No old men starring at my Wang. Sweet! It's clean. Very clean. No tootsie roll wrappers up in here. I'm very happy with my choice at fit 4 less and I recommend you try it out for yourself.

I have tried getting a hold of staff during "staffed hours" about 5 times. I have been able to talk to a staff member once. I was signed up with the gym for a month before I was able to get my membership card. Gym looks really nice, I hope one of these days I can get a hold of someone again to sort out my problem.

This gym had gave me the worst experience ever. The staff is not very friendly. The Ellen named staff member their was too rude. He is not having any sense of talking to a woman. I think so he need to learn some etiquette before working as a staff. I would not recommend this gym to my friends as i was having worst experience in my life!!
