My gym time is first thing in the morning, the front staff is always bright and cheerful. It's a great start to the day :)

Always open, so you can go there at 2 in the morning, on the down side it not staffed all hours so if you can't get in, problems with card or lost it your shirt out of luck.

Good place to go to better yourself! Pretty typical gym with peak hours around the evening they have a women only section and plenty of group classes. Give it a try if you want to change Some things I your life.

Brand new facility but absolute garbage parking lot. Can't even stand driving into it so I always park at other businesses and walk over. The classroom the past 3 visits was dirty with hairballs and dustballs literally blowing all around me on the floor. Not wanting to get down on the floor to do my workout. Nighttime front desk staff didn't greet me hardly looked at me instead just said "ya, just go on..." when I said I didn't have my pass on me. So what am I paying a membership for again ?! Am I missing something here ? I feel like this place can do a lot better ... UPDATE: tried to have a shower after my workout and apparently the water is turned off after a certain time ?! I didn't see a sign anywhere stating this nor did the front desk staff tell me when I asked for a "shower towel". I only found out after I got all my things in there and completely undressed and tried to turn on 3 or 4 of the shower stalls. Will be letting my membership go

Unless you come here during regular hours then don't bother. The only GoodLife that is unstaffed at night and you need their special keycard to access the 24/7 feature as you'd regular bar code cannot be scanned

Good location. Good equipment but GoodLife Fitness accounting practises seem misleading at times. Very eager to get you to join but not that easy to leave.

My favorite goodlife location to workout at, very clean and organized! The fitness adviser Spencer is very helpful as well.

Kept to a pretty high quality standard and it's reasonably large, with all the equipment that one would expect in the a gym at this price point.

Busy but never full. The lockers are wide enough so I can fit my helmet in them so that's a positive.

I didn't realized how good the staff of this gym is untill I moved to diffrent province and started using other goodlife fitness. Best goodlife fitness branch, amazing staff, very neat and clean. 10/10, no complaints.

I have been a member for five years and today I experienced the most unheard inflexible experience. The app is inoperable, the online booking is unreliable and there is in flexibility in booking via telephone if all else falls. Been a member for 5 years and after today seriously considering cancelling.

I took the 14$/14 days pass which is a great option for travelers or short term membership. That's why I was quite disappointed when they didn't had nothing better than 80$/Month to offer for the remaining weeks (3) of my trip.

lovely facility with several choices for various equipment, staff are professional and friendly, always floating around the workout areas upholding COVID-19 sensitization protocols and able to answer any questions or concerns. Changing areas and hydration stations are well maintained. Inviting place to workout!

The worst goodlife in the city. The gym is tiny and unorganized. I attended a yoga class that was being subed by the manager and it was the worst yoga class Ive ever been to. She clearly had no idea how to do yoga
