Wonderful small town family oriented facility. The former bowling lanes have been repurposed into archery lanes which now supports an excellent archery club! The club membership is quite affordable and shoot times are very flexible.

The owner is incredibly rude with no understanding of hospitality. The kitchen staff have no regards for higher standards of cleanliness. All kitchen staff wear their long hair down. Tank tops are worn and gloves are not used for food preparation.

I always enjoy enjoy the staff at the Springbrook store, however I will be honest sometimes the products are rather questionable. On many occasions I have taken the risk to buy candy from this store and regretted every time. It is always so old and stale. If you are new to town and you like munchies , I recommend stocking up when you are in red deer as there is also a limited selection as the store can only afford so much variety and it is on the pricier end of things. Really great baked goods and coffee though! P.s. drive to penhold or Red deer for slurpees, it is worth it! -(if you even luck out on the odd occasion it is working, you were not actually lucky)

The facility definitely has character, unfortunately the staff has no class. I was with a group renting the gymnasium, so I thought I would pop down to use the totally empty gym facilities in the basement. I had a run in with a guy who couldn’t be bothered to even identify himself as a representative. Rather than acting like a host, or a professional, he felt the best option was to insult me and call me out for being some sort of a deadbeat. Perhaps reasonable conversation is too taxjling? Here’s a tip, if you explain to people that there is a membership requirement and detail some options, you may get new members. Guess that’s why it’s empty. Most people who are paying money to rent your facility don’t appreciate being treated like a nuisance. Customer service = customers.
