Snap is such a convenient place to work out! I love that it works around whatever schedule you may have. The equipment and facility itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly! My only suggestion is to get more equipment (treadmills, weights etc.) so that members don’t have to wait for someone else.

Not a bad gym for the size of town. My wife and I were just in for the holidays and were a drop in, fees were on par but the staff were less than friendly. Still had a good workout.

The new location of the gym is excellent. It is open and there is a lot of space to work out. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Banned out of town members, so as a trucker that travels around and can hardly find ways to stay healthy to begin with just getting dumped on by another place. I paid my membership fees and as a gym that markets around 24hr multiple facility access hardly find banning members to be justified in any sense.

Me and my sister went In to the gym my sister didn’t have a membership instead of them offering her a membership they gave us attitude and did not give us a welcoming at all they just started at us and gave us dirty looks . They don’t know how to give customer service or how to communicate. Also their employees walk around with no mask on and go up to members with no mask on . I will not be going back to this gym it is poorly managed .

Went to this location today to discuss membership. I guess they must have all the members they need. Stood outside in the beautiful snowing afternoon and looked thru the window. Door locked and nobody came to the door so i finally left. Unfortunately this speaks volumes to me about how the owner values customer relationships. Disappointed but glad to find this out before i gave them any money.

I started at Snap Fitness in Lacombe with AHS with Heather Meikles class and she is fabulous at her job, she helped me with strengthening my knees and my upper body strength. The staff at Snap Fitness are very easy to talk to and are always there to help in any way they can. They always have a smile on their faces and the new owner Tracy is great. She is opening a new Snap Fitness just south of CO OP grocery store in the old Pharmasave building in August, and it should be wonderful.
