Way too many people in that building for COVID-19 prevention. But my daughter have a great time. Lots of exposed metal in the toddler area that should probably be covered to prevent injury.

Yeg Gym Review

I went here for a drop in, and tried pretty much every piece of equipment here. Thank goodness for crash pads, because I fell more times than I care to admit. I’m far from a gymnastics expert, but I’d say this facility is pretty well rounded. There’s even an area meant for smaller children. Check it out for yourself with only a $10 drop in (check the website for hours first though).

We just had my daughter's Birthday party at Phoenix Gymnastics today and it was fantastic!!! The facilities were great, the coaches were engaging, enthusiastic, and very accommodating. I have never seen a group of 3-5 year olds keep their attention for so long! My daughter was one happy Birthday girl. Highly recommend!

My daughter had taken gymnastics at a previous club and disliked it to the point that she quit. When we walked into Phoenix we were welcomed with a smile. My daughter absolutely loves all the coaches she's had. Coaches make all the difference and the staff at Phoenix make the experience an amazing one!

I dislike it very much because whenever you take time to try some skills on your own (at open gyms etc.) the staff is constantly watching and butting in. I feel like being constantly watched and crtiqued is something I'd rather not have at open gym during my free time. Otherwise the facility is ok

Pheonix Gymnastics is amazing! Their COVID precautions are great and definitetly have no concerns bringing my children there. So glad they have a safe place to go to, with great coaches.

This gymnastics centre is over priced for what you get. It is extremely disorganized and there is not enough staff to oversee the children. The staff that is there appear inattentive, unenthusiastic and disinterested in trying to include shy children and teaching them safe and proper technique, let alone trying to curb any chaos that may be happening at the time. My 3 1/2 year attended 2 un-parented classes and during the warm up she sat there all by herself completely ignored till I asked an instructor to please try to include her. It appears that there is only a few " coaches" and a young child about 13 that was helping the instructor. When giving instruction as what to do next, it was done so quickly that I think it was lost on the little ones who mostly appeared confused and then left to their own devices to do what they wanted. When moving to different stations kids were not gathered up and moved together. The instructor got up, said nothing and left the room expecting 3 years to follow or know what to do. At 1 point i watched her get up and leave 2 children behind ( mine being one of them ) completely oblivious and not caring about the safety or wellbeing of any of the children. While I was there I was 1 of 3 parents who expressed there concern and disgust with how the kids were being treated. I left my name and number at the front desk but a parent just laughed and said " good luck, its impossible to try to reach anyone in the office " I'm still waiting back for a reply because i believe they need to hear this feedback from parents. I'm very disappointed about this experience because I really wanted to have our daughter being excited about attending this class. How they have a 4.5 star rating is beyond me.
