I attend their kickboxing class twice a week, and I love it. The owners are really passionate and kind. The instructors that teach the classes are awesome, I like attending both classes because I learn a variety of moves. It's definitely a great workout, and everyone at the gym is really supportive, and helpful. I really appreciate that being new to kickboxing.

The best fight gym In Edmonton. They have all the right equipment, great instructors and most importantly the best atmosphere. If you don't want to take classes you can go and train on any of the equipment anytime. Staff are friendly and courteous and Benny is always available either in person or via cell phone. I wish they would open a gym in Vancouver.

It's been a very long time since I was trained at the Panther Gym (close to 30 years) but its encouraging to see it's still doing what it does best, offering high quality self-defense training in a low key, accessible environment. I trained with Daryl Duke the original owner and earned my black belt as well as learning kick-boxing and boxing. I have a lot of fond memories of my many years at the Panther Gym and hope it continues to enrich the self-defense skills of Edmontonians for decades to come!

I went to try out my first kickboxing class in over 3 years of not exercising. Even though I'm pretty out of shape now, the people at the gym made me feel welcome and worked with me so I could learn the beginner moves. The other people in the gym were friendly and super helpful which was a relief because some gyms are intimidating to walk in to. Will definitely be coming here regularly!
