Its a nice gym really and staff is excellent. But if im a full time student and ive paid my recreational fee why does it still cost a dollar for a daytime locker I feel it should be included considering how much we already pay. The lockers themselfs are full of rust and are in poor condition.

Overall, not a bad gym at all. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the cost is quite a bit cheaper than most gyms offering the similar amenities. The gym is quite old, with most of the equipment likely being just as old, but all the essentials are there. They’re doing a good job of transitioning into new, quality equipment, as seen with a lot of new cardio equipment, and the relatively new strength and conditioning lab. Aside from the confusing layout and location of the gym within the building, it definitely has some perks that make it worth a visit.

Older equipment. It's a convenient gym that offers all the essentials. They recently received a couple new pieces of equipment including battle ropes. Let's not forget to mention they have a sauna.

Has a stand up boxing machine, while okay for punching it doesn't compare to hitting a heavy bag or just ordinary boxing bag. I believe these types of equipment are essential in providing release from our fight and flight mechanisms. Taking out aggression physically is not only a excellent source of cardiovascular but increases bone density on impact and increases full body awareness and musculature. Gym could also use a jacobs ladder for cardio, more mirrors if possible and a couple of flexibility machines.

Great salt water swimming pool with awesome climbing wall. Gym has bouldering wall in addition to all the basic equipment. There's a running track, arena and squash and racquetball courts.

Friendly staff. New dumbells since the last time i was here. I like how there are 5 squat racks. The only missing star is because the gym is underground and the phone service isnt good. But it does have free wireless

Gym is garbage, may sound rough but I mean come on. It’s in the basement of the school, no windows, equipment is very old. For being a school that offers a personal training program I feel like that gym should be an embarrassment. The staff is great and that’s about it.

Had to change our sons summer sports camp because he is sick. One phone call and no problem, we can do next week's camp. No charge to transfer to next week. Wow, what an awesome system. Nair is Great! ????????????
