Jodie will push you to achieve new feats of strength and flexibility with her expertise and excellent coaching. No matter your level of fitness, Jodie will help you feel like a boss in the air. She always pushes me to go for it and continue to progress. I highly recommend her classes if you are looking for a fun but challenging fitness option.

My daughter takes Aerial Silks with Jodie and she is loving it. Jodie is a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher who has a way with the kids. She is always kind and helpful when teaching new skills in a way that makes them all feel confident that they can accomplish the new skill. Her classes are always fun and upbeat with great music that keeps the kids engaged in the activities while also teaching them physical fitness and discipline in the craft! I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone looking for a fun new way to get their child moving and trying something new!! I have also taken an adult class from Jodie and it was really fun and challenging. She had skills for every level from new to expert in the class and everyone had fun and learnt something new!!

Jodie is a very knowledgeable coach who is friendly, approachable and kind to her students. She gives her students enough challenge that they progress and gain skill, strength, balance and flexibility while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment with play and fun incorporated. My daughter has been in aerial and tumbling with Jodie and I have also taken adult classes. Her skill set in both as a coach are excellent and I would recommend her to both competitive athletes and those interested recreational activities.
