Came here today for my son's 9th birthday party. The kids had lots of fun with playing on all the obstacle courses. Like another review said, it will be nice if we can stay at our party area for the entire duration, or have a better "wait and store" area. Our party table was not ready and we only get to use 45min of it with the last 5min we got "kick out" of our table. I told the lady we got the table late, can we at least finish the cake, and clean up. she said "no, we need to clean the table in 5 min." And that's the end of the conversation. That part, I'm not impressed.

Had a blast there tonight! My fiance and I were greeted right away when we walked in; the staff were really friendly and walked us through the gym. It was a fairly quiet night so we never had to wait for any of the obstacles. My only criticism I have is that the place felt really dirty... All the weights were all over the floor, there were empty coffee cups and coffee spills where the lockers were and you can tell it needs a good vacuum. But with that said if you're looking for a great date night this is a fun place to try out! Will be back again!

Had a party here for my sons 12th birthday and wasn't like the website decribed I had to set up and clean up which was supposed to be taken care of by staff according to their website and never received a free class for the birthday boy as also decribed on their website and there is no party room it's just a couple of tables folded out in the same room as the obstacles had remind them for a shirt for the birthday boy which your supposed to receive when you subscribe to the birthday club which I did there is no way I would of paid 230 dollars not as expected

Obstacles were great and had a good work out when i could get on the obstacles. When i went it was like a children's playground. Where adults would drop there kids off and go shopping. This gym should not be a place to play tag.

We had our sons birthday here today, and were truly disappointed in the quality of service. The staff were serious and failed to give the kids a good vibe. One staff member even gave 7 and 8 year olds heck because of the brief whistling from plastic flutes from the gift bags on our way out. Personally my wife and I recommend booking your child's birthday elsewhere, not alot of bang for your buck. Place may be ok if your looking to test your own abilities.

This was a perfect place for the kids to blow off some steam. There was a lot of obstacles for them try to accomplish and the staff members were very friendly. The staff made sure to be out in the park area to help all the people with the course. It was a great time.

My son had his 11th birthday party here and the kids had a blast! The staff is super friendly and let us bring in our own food and drinks which is great. The course had lots to keep them busy and the warped wall was a big hit. The only difficulty is trying to get them to go home!! Definitely recommend checking them out if your looking for something different to do with the kids that everyone will enjoy.

I was here for an 11th birthday party with my daughter. This was such a great place to take 10 kids to get their giggles out. The staff were great at explaining everything to the kids and soooo helpful and enthusiastic. If your looking for a place to take your high energy kids for a few hours of getting the crazy out this is the place. $20 is a small price to pay for the day of fun. The added bonus of the kiddo getting a good night sleep? Well that's free of charge :)

Love, love, love this place. Lots of space and always a different skill and technique to work on. Kody's 530 OCR conditioning class is my fave! I've built up so much upper body strength since attending his class the past 5 months. Highly recommend if you have some goals to achieve and races to run (:

Came today for a birthday party. The service and staff are great and I love that my boys are completely exhausted (and in one piece). I was told they move/switch obstacles. Will definitely be back, even if the set up is the same... But I would love to see my kids try the peg board that the birthday boy's mom was raving about. Very cool place.

Fitset Ninja is an absolutely awesome place to train for both young and old. Well not too old. My daughters and wife love working out with the extremely friendly staff who do everything they can for there clients. Go and try it for your self!

This is not a place I would go back to. I had my sons birthday party here and they over booked parties and didn’t deliver on anything I was told would happen. When we arrived we were told they over booked and and had to rush us through the orientation so they could get the next group through. I had to leave all our stuff, the cake, drinks and everything else on a bench at the front door as there was no room to put anything because of it being over booked. My son was suppose to receive a shirt that never happened. When I booked I was told we could have the cake whatever time we decided and again because it was overbooked we didn’t get to decide we had to wait until our time was almost up because there was nowhere available to have cake. Nothing was as promised or what we paid for.

This place is so awesome! Our kids attend the homeschool classes and they are getting solid instruction, having fun and tons of encouragement. These guys are genuine in their desire to see people do awesome stuff. Highly recommend checking it out!

Had a great time at my daughters birthday party. The kids loved it. Staff were great and encouraging of the kids. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a 15min break between parties. We hadn't even finished moving our stuff out and the other party was right on top of us moving in. I wasn't aware at the time of booking that we would only have access to the party room for the last hour of the booking. Would have been nice to have it for the entire duration of the party. Having said that .. it didn't affect the kids or how much fun they had. We will definitely do it again.

My kids ask me everyday if today is a "ninja day". They just love it, the first time my 7yr old scaled the warp wall he was so so so proud, it is just such a great confidence booster. The coaches are great, and I really appreciate how diligent they are with keeping the kids socially distanced and their cleaning/sanitizing processes.

We tried the outdoor course with our family. It was fantastic, and we felt very safe. When booking 50 minutes didn't seem very long, but everyone was worn out by the end of our session. It was really nice to have an option for a safe family outing option during restrictions.

Had our daughter's 11th birthday there! All the staff was super helpful, and very welcoming. We lucked out that no one was using the party room, so we got to set up early. If we needed anything, a staff member was available. Highly recommend for a birthday party,or even a fun family day out

Just had my youngest child birthday today and all turned good..so much fun. The Instructor Chance was able to juggled between his tech problem and made time to entertained the party kids. The staffs are great to accommodate our foods, ice cream cake (which they keep it frozen), extra stuffs we had on hand, they all are taking care of it and because we all get in earlier than the actual party time. At the waiting area or for parents lookout lounges was warm enough for the chilly weather. Ninja staffs are all friendly, cool and savvy for children. Tables are cleaned, as I can see one staff cleaning it with sanitizer. Some glass broken by a ball and the staffs are quick with when it comes to cleaning up for all of the children safety. The only downside was too crowded and busy, as they are trying their best to accommodate everybody on weekends. Lack of party room to facilitate birthday events. I am still highly recommend this place to anyone for children to have fun and get fit as ninjas. Thank you.

I just had my son's 6th birthday party here on the weekend. All the staff was great and super accommodating. Phil came over several times to make sure we were looked after. Dillon was our coach and the kids loved him. He kept them entertained throughout. We had the table early but only sat for the last half hour. I definitely recommend and will be back again.

Our 7 year old twins are in love with their ninja class. They keep track of the days when they have class and always ask if we can go for extra days. Coming home excited, happy and always telling everyone about their super cool ninja classes. That alone is reason enough to love Fitset Ninja. On top of that the instructors are very capable of actually doing all the challenges and obstacles. Some of which are very impressive. They are always actively working at improving the facility and systems they have in place. Adapting efficiently to pandemic challenges. They are kind and speak encouragingly to the kids and they offer great team spirit energy. Overall we are having a great experience and highly recommend.

I brought my 12 year old son and his friend while we were in Edmonton on a quick trip from out of town. The place was great! Lots of challenging obstacles on the course and plenty to do for all skill levels - they both loved it. Being our first time there and first time on a Ninja course; it was a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking to try out some new exercise.

I brought in a group of young girls ranging from 10-16 as part of my daughters 11th birthday party. The girls had a fantastic time! The staff were amazing with them! The obstacles were user friendly with varying degrees of difficulty. We will definitely be going back!

We found out about this from Groupon and went and tried it as a family and we loved it! Fast forward it to a month or so later and my 8 year old son had his birthday party there with 16 of his friends and lots of adults. The staff and owner were amazing. Very friendly atmosphere and accomodaded our entire group. The party room was sufficient enough to host us all with ample space. Kids loved the course and they all said it was one of the best things they’ve ever done. I recommend having adult supervisor for younger kids once inside the course but we had account for that so it wasn’t an issue. I will certainly do that again!

The dirtiest facility I’ve ever been too. Washrooms - no locks, no toilet paper and no soap. There was pee on the floor (you could smell it) The entire place was filthy. No vaccumed in what looked like months. Nothings been whipped in a very long time, you could feel and see the greese and or kids booger’s on everything. The place had potential to be great, possibly with better orginization to the courses and higher cleanliness standards. Major let down

Saw this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. You can tell everything is set up for temporary use, not a permanent home. There are no change rooms, just the bathrooms (kind of hard to change with no benches or areas to set things down), very limited locker space in the main area. There are positives, staff were fantastic showing me around all the obstacles, and a 'how to' on all of them. Good variety of upper body, and balance things to do. Axe throwing, rage room, and drift bikes available for extra cost. There were obstacles in the works being built and a couple 'out of order'. I am excited to see what the next location holds, but won't be in a hurry to get back to this one.

Went with a group of junior high students over a break. Many of the "obstacles" were poorly designed. Many of the kids got blisters from the wood. The staff there did not have any first aid training, nor did they have a first aid kit on site. The staff gave us a run down of the course. Some of the tasks seemed easy, but other tasks were nearly impossible due to the poor design of the obstacles. Some of the "climbing wall" type obstacles looked like they held together with only several screws. There were parts where cracked drywall was exposed and left on the ground. Overall, the place is not best fitted for children and youth, and would recommend adult supervision at all times.

My son goes to classes here and he loves it, they are great with kids and my son looks forward to it every week. It's definitely worth the 5 stars and really builds confidence in the kids. We recently had my sons Birthday party here and were pretty disappointed. The party before us ran late which meant clean up was late, I had no problem cleaning everything and someone did come over and help but I was mostly done. By this time the kids were waiting 20 min to eat, we were told that they could eat and then go play to make up for the 20 min loss which was great. So the kids ate fast and went back to play. My son 6 then came back and said that they told him he needed to pay $25 to stay because they were having a big event and then it all made sense why this seemed so unorganized. We decided to look for the person who told us we could stay longer but by thst time they were moving food in and getting set up for their event. Honestly for the price you recieve a table off to the side and your kids can play for a bit. No one really organizes anything . I hope this was a one off experience because other Firefighters families have told us their experience was great . I think we will hold off on other events here since it seems to be a hit or miss. Again the classes are amazing and well worth the time just not worth the money and headache for the birthday party. September 21: I always like to update my reviews. I did speak to the owner who was very gracious and understanding. He listened to my concerns and offered me several options to make up for our experience. I couldn't ask for better resolutions and appreciate the thoughtfulness.

My son had a birthday party here we both had never been here before. I thought that this place would be great for him and his friends to run around and burn off energy but have an awesome time. Even though they did have a great time and I love the concept of the place. I have to strongly say it was absolutly not worth 325 dollars to have a birthday party here. The area is not ideal AT ALL, the light in front of the building do not work, and with steep stairs and in the middle of winter I think it best if they did. There was only one functioning bathroom for the entire building, and with many people in ine building it was absolutly absurd. Were a family of 7 and I had to bring my 1 month old, which was fine except that when it came to changing her they did not have a change table to I had to change her in the "lounge" area if you even want to call it that.. it litterly is a few old couches put together that dont even match, and a table and VOLA you have someone's ghetto party garage. I asked for a party person who is suppose to play games with you kids and that was an extra 75 bucks, which I can vouch and say it absolutly is not worth that at all. The kids are more than capable of figuring out how the equipment work themselves.. I dont think there was any games involved. Maybe I'm mistaken, but again in my opinion still not worth 75 dollars. They dont have party rooms, they just have an area near the lounge, it's an open area, where you can eat and do presents and things, again just two tables put together with some chairs. All in all, I dont think this place was worth my money at all. I could have easily gone to another facility with better quality space and money worth spending.

The area is amazing with multiple levels and obstacles to choose from. I found the staff while friendly, uneducated. When asked for payment they DID NOT OFFER DEBIT. They offered tap, but not debit. That is a major drawn back for anyone for doesn’t want to have tap on their debit cards. When I witnessed an injury and how the staff asked if it hurt and when the injured individual said yes, the staff told them to ice and rest. Seemed like common sense but not medical care. Again, amazing setup. Play at your own risk.

Great place for kids and husband to challenge themselves. 20 bucks for drop in for hours. Only issue I had were the bathrooms and fountains were very dirty and didn't seem maintained. Hopefully there new location will be good. Looking forward to it .

Very poor communication booked a birthday party sad it was already booked so we booked a different time was charged twice… has to cancel party due to Covid scare management refused to refund both charges without charging a cancelation fee of $200 for both reservations.. after I asked for them to reconsider they refused to drop both charges and still charged me 100$… there should be flexibility due to Covid… I won’t be using this business ever again… paid 100$ got nothing what a great birthday
