I've been coming here with a young man that I work with. I do agree with others that a water fountain is needed, filling bottle in bathroom isn't very hygienic. Staff , especially Trevor are great. He always takes interest in what my client is doing. Great clean place to workout .

Very big fitness center that is kept very clean and i absolutely love this place and would definitely recommend this gym over any others...Things that i see need improvement. - Need a water fountain to fill water bottles, super unsanitary filling water bottles in the washroom. - Hard to get a good workout in with the 1 hour covid-19 time frame, this is a huge facility with lots of room to social distance, we shouldn't be limited to 1 hour. - When equipment is broken it takes forever to get repaired, I've seen equipment locked for over a month.

Great atmosphere, great Staff, couldn't ask for a better experience. Well worth my $20 per month. When I forget to bring water they have some for sale and with my black card the member price is well worth it. If I know I am going to be there during non-staffed hours then I just plan ahead with a couple extra water bottles in my gym bag.

Great pricing, doesn't have as much as good life but still a great place to go and work out and save a bit of cash. Be sure to bring extra water as they don't have water fountains, but they do have sinks in the bathroom that you can fill up from

Not a bad place if you're young and starting out. If u have back problems the cushions on all of the equipment is very hard and difficult to sit or lay on. There are hardly any mirrors so u cannot check your technique. There's no wifi either which would be nice to watch videos for working out. There is no water so u MUST bring your own. The staff is pretty nice but they aren't there late on the weekends. If u want to use your black card on the hydro bed or massage chair on the weekend after supper, it's not an option. After my membership ends I do not plan on returning.

Great place at a very reasonable price. I go there because a friend was going and it seems to have all you need for standard workout equipment. The price makes me not worry about keeping my membership up to date. Heh.

Red deer worst gym I've been in for service!!!! If you can get their heads up from using their phones your lucky!! Just got snapped at by the manager because I tryed to walk in 2 mins early for my appointment.. Where every other gym I've been at gives you a 2 min grace period because most people's watches dont run at the same time!!!!!

Would be a great gym if they would fix the equipment. It takes months for things to get fixed, so whats the point in signing up if you cant use alot of the equipment. Theres no point in telling the staff that things are broken because they dont care. When you tell them it takes them over a week to put a damaged sign up.

Went for a tour. The staff seemed friendly until I ran into a woman in black who I assume is the manager or something, yelling I can't let the kids on the machines. Could have politely informed me of the policy instead of yelling at a potential customer.

Its an alright gym, great location great price. I dont know if they have a maintenance person though as some machines have been out of order for a while and others are in need of a little grease in the sliders but its a good workout every time.

Really great price! Clean equipment and very friendly helpful staff. Very disgusted that they do not have a water fountain. Getting water from the bathroom? Kind of disgusting if you ask me.. I wish they had a proper stair climber... but other than that so far it's been great!

A water fountain would be nice but I would take having the equipment fixed first over the fountain since it’s the main reason I come and pay for. FIX THE BRKOEN EQUIPMENT PLEASE! I have communicated to head office months ago. Even sent pictures. Gym was shut down for a while. Lots of opportunity to fix things. It’s absurd you take customers money and can’t deliver what they pay for. You provide a disservice!

The gym is very nice and clean. The equipment is great. There is one major issue and that is that there is no water fountains anywhere. I think this is a major problem as I was told to fill up my water bottle from the bathroom taps. It’s fairly cheap to install a water fountain and I think is an absolute must in every gym.

Fit4Less (Parkland Mall) has a very friendly staff and a very comfortable atmosphere. Inside the gym is always clean and spotless. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
