For the price and the fact that is a Canadian company you cannot beat the quality. I started off with just a bells of steel yoke but my collection quickly grew as I saw the value in the products. I replaced my previous rack with The Brute and the increase in quality and the ability to band my lifts has been a massive improvement. Then I just gotta give a shout out for the Reverse Hammer/GHD combo, I use that machine every workout to help decompress my lower back. How sturdy it is built and the value of it when you compare the price of either machine separately it’s a no brainer!

I had just purchased the deadlift drop pads, or silencers. I was unsure of how well they work. I lift on the top floor, i dont drop weights but when lowering them down onto the drop pads they are extremely quiet. Top quality solid casing great sturdy material. Sick logo on the top, and the best part the velcro. Using this for box jumps, box squats, etc very solid product great quality super fast shipping! Thank you bells of steel!

First BOS purchase and they've gained a loyal customer. First of all, the packaging is beefy! My bar arrived in perfect condition. Packaging tube was thick and they even had additional foam padding wrapped around the sleeve end and collars for protection. Had to use my miter saw to cut up the tube into smaller sections to recycle. I've looked up a lot of reviews before I decided to go with the BOS Utility bar as my first brand new bar to supplement my home gym. For the price point, either the Utility or Barenaked bar is the best bang for the buck. Quality on my batch was great! Even coating and machining all around. Collars had smooth rotation, knurling is even across the entire bar. Been using it for a few weeks now and I am satisfied.

THIRD UPDATE: New bench recieved! I contacted bells of steel like I was told for a replacement or refund. They said they will send me a replacement. I originally received an incline bench that was welded crooked and unsafe. I just wish they got my original emails I sent or saw my review on their website, that was a long time ago.

Starting a home gym is a big (and seemingly never ending) investment. When I first set out to assemble one last fall I did a lot of research and narrowed down to two options - Rogue or Bells of Steel. Obviously Rogue is "the" name in home gym equipment and Bells of Steel was a little harder to find info on, but after comparing costs I realized I could get a far more complete home gym to my door via BoS for the cost of a rack and only a couple of accessories from the south. It seemed like taking a chance on a brand I knew less about made sense. Man was that the right choice! "Value" is for sure the term I would associate with most of their offerings (and I don't mean that in a negative or poor quality way at all). Customer service has been very good, and I've been very happy with the products I have received. Across the board the (many) BoS products I have purchased have been more than adequate for a home gym, and I'm sure the majority will outlast me. And of course, shopping with a Canadian company is a feel-good bonus ;) The power bar is great - excellent knurling and the wider centre knurl is a great feature. It IS bare steel so some maintenance is required but after a few months no signs of any issues. Their light commercial rack has been really solid - 60mm 12g steel tubing, and while I was a little concerned about 12 vs 11 gauge it's been fantastic. The hardware and mounting plates are really sturdy and truthfully I can't imagine needing anything more for the weights I'll be lifting (doubt there will ever be more than 4-500 lbs on the rack). The upright and hole size isn't shared with many other brands but luckily BoS has a really comprehensive line of (affordable!) rack attachments, and the ones I have are great. The benches they offer are sturdy and I have since bought a few other products and they have always shipped quickly and been in good condition on arrival. For me, to make a home gym work I wanted to make sure I had as many exercise variations available to my wife and I as possible, so we wouldn't be missing options we would have had in the commercial gym we were at before. Going through Bells of Steel has allowed me to get sturdy, quality products for a price I can afford and the savings over some more expensive brands meant I could add in some accessory items that otherwise wouldn't have been in the budget. I will definitely be adding more BoS products to my home gym in the future and highly recommend them as a really solid option for anyone considering putting a home gym together.

Let me start by saying that I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about Kaevon and his company, Bells of Steel. Especially considering the timing, I ordered my light commerical rack, barbell and bumper plates at the onset of this pandemic. Shipping was fast and free and the items were meticulously packaged and protected. I would definitely recommend these products for anyone looking to build and/or expand their gym.

Ordered a flat bench that was shipped in a week. The front single point leg is a little wobbly, but it doesn’t wobble during bench press, so no complaint. A week later I ordered bumper plates to take advantage of their moving sale. Ordered within an hour of their sale opening. Contacted them 10 days later to ask them to ship, was told they were out of stock. Funny that they still had stock when they extended their sale. So I’m assuming my plates went to a local. 45’s were shipped a couple of days after I asked. I contacted them again 3 weeks after initial order for an update on my 25’s and 10’s. Was told they had just come in and we’re getting ready to ship. Not ironic that they shipped the next day, like the first time I asked. I understand that they were moving and very busy. I don’t understand the lack of communication (although I did receive promotional emails several times per week). Over a month to get my plates. I should have ordered directly from China, but wanted to support a Canadian business. All you had to do was throw in a couple fractional plates or a set of collars to make this customer happy. I’ll be completing my home gym with a different Canadian company.

I recently purchased the Commercial/Residential Rack and then purchased the lat pull down attachment and I was very impressed by the quality and price of the equipment. The products that Bells of Steel have in their lineup are just as good and better than their competitors with a fraction of the cost. Would love to buy from a local Calgary company however "for the safety of customers and staff" (even though restaurants are open) apparently you cannot pick up. You have to ship within your own city and a very expensive cost. Customer service is ok and they seem polite but it is a bit of a joke considering it's a warehouse. Put it outside and we won't go near you if you're so afraid. Meh move on and buy from somewhere else for what it won't be worth to them.

Currently have: -Residential rack + Pulldown/Lever Arms/Y Dip/Spotter arms/Landmine -Powerlifting bar/Nemesis bar/Trap bar -Steel plates -Belt squat belt -3x Pulley attachments to mimic a cable machine on the rack -100/150/200LBS sandbags -Blitz bike -Plyo box My only gripe is with the handles on the lever arms, I feel like everything about them is just too small. Ideally 2-3" wider. Using the bar from the pulldown attachment instead is an ok, but tedious for adjustments, compromise

They’re very responsive and I’ve worked with Kaevon on figuring out anything that comes up and correcting to satisfaction. He’s got the quality worked out as well. You’d think kettlebells are a no-brainer: just a hunk of steel. But I’ve used poor quality bells and good quality bells. The BoS bells rank up with other good quality but they’re generally less expensive. We’ve also used their bars and bumper plates. They’re great value for utility working equipment. Horrible experience, save your self the headache and just buy from a difference site. First off, when I was ordering my squat rack the website advertised a lat pulley attatchment to go with the rack, so I bought it. I got my order and it turned out that attatchment isn't even compatable with the squat rack I bought... So I had no choice but to return the pulley attatchment since I wasn't able to use it... After that, I decided to order a landmine attatchment for the rack, it's been over a month and they still haven't even shipped it yet.

Amazing value and the best racks for your home gym without breaking the bank. The light commercial rack is very sturdy and is perfect for lifting at home. Lots of extra accessories for the rack. I added the pull down and can doing everything with my rack that I was doing in the gym I was pay $70 per month. Just added the storage pegs and getting the landmine in the future. I didn't want to rely on commercial gyms to rehab the injury because I just didn't trust they would not be forced to close due to the ongoing pandemic. So far I'm annoyed, while the staff correspondence via email has been friendly and courteous I can't help but feel like I'm getting the run around. I originally emailed them because I couldn't place an order for the 72inch residential rack and they assured me that the 84 inch rack was available so I placed my order only to find out that the rack AND the bech is out of stock till mid April. I realize everyone and their dog is trying to buy up what ever equipment they can right now but even so don't sell someone over a grand in equipment and then essentially say you'll get it when you get it. As I said before the staff is very friendly and I do understand the huge demand for equipment I'm more frustrated because I workout of town and this could delay me actually getting my equipment until potentially may or June.

Made an order online and paid and booked a pickup for a week later. When I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have 1 of the 3 items and that they were confused why no one contacted me yet. Then received an email after I left as if I hadn't found out yet. Was a bummer. I really love the equipment quality from Bells of Steel. But I find that this place is more of a warehouse that has a spot where you can check things out rather than being an actual store.

SOLID Product. There was a little bit of frustration on a logistical end regarding ordering time to getting the product substantially exceeding the 2-3 weeks that Bells of Steel is stating to obtain the order. However, given light of the circumstances from manufacturing and logistics to getting the product in Calgary some grace and patience can be afford. Fitness products and the purveyors that sell them are in shambles and people are taking their frustrations out on the middle man. Outside of the logistics, holiday season, and given present conditions, Bells of Steel was replying to my emails within 5 days, and were able for me to arrange to pick up my order without using the dedicated booking system due to scheduling conflicts. The flexibility and adaptability that Bells of Steel has exhibited during the time the orders were placed and to me picking up the products was absolutely phenomenal. After using the products that I ordered the products are bar none and I am very happy that I purchased from Bell of Steel.

I have the BOS blitz 2.0 air bike and bumper plates/barbell. Very happy with the products. Especially the bike, that thing is a beast! I did have issues with belt tracking and customer service was a bit slower than I had patience for and I ended up just tearing it down and fixing it without assistance. They did get back to me however and sooner than their estimated reply time. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from BOS again.

EDIT: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. We did eventually receive our items -- after having to personally go out of our way to pick them up from the accidental receiver -- and we are very happy with the quality of our bench. However, the company did very little to help rectify the situation and offered little in terms of apologies. Original review: I never give companies 1 star. I always give companies the benefit of the doubt. But I am scathing right now. For 3 months we haven't received half of our (paid) order. We've been told every excuse in the book - our items were out of stock, they switched manufacturers, tried to sell us bumper plates instead. Our order gets shipped in and is given to the WRONG PERSON because our stuff was on the same skid. So what do we get in our e-mail today? An e-mail asking if WE RECEIVED EXTRA ITEMS ACCIDENTALLY. WE HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED OUR ORDER. I am a very patient person who's been in customer service for 9 years so I will never get angry but I am BEYOND angry with this company right now. We wanted to support a small Canadian business but this is what we got.

At first I was extremely pleased with the customer service and ordering process. I preordered and paid up front for nearly $7k worth of equipment back in July 2020. I knew that I’d have to wait a few months before receiving everything, which I was completely understanding of. As time went on, it became clear that the company’s customer service really took at hit due to The pandemic and a surge in demand. I was disappointed in the lack of communication after I prepaid for my order. At no point was I ever contacted to provide updates on the status of my order, unless something that I already paid for had been discontinued. I had to initiate contact multiple times to find out what was going on, and each time was provided an excuse for additional delays. Still, I was understanding and never complained. Towards the end of the summer I finally received half of my order. The quality was to be expected for the price range, aside from a few issues: 1. the bumper plates were chipped and started peeling right away; 2. the lat pull down attachment arrived with a missing piece and a defective piece; 3. The barbell was rusty; 4. Each piece was filthy and greasy inside and out and had to be wiped down thoroughly before bringing in the house; 5. The seams and finishing are done very poorly - crooked lines, chipped paint, and laser cut holes aren’t perfectly aligned. 6. The rubber mats aren’t firm enough, your feet sink in them which is not great for deadlifts and squats. The rubber leaves little pieces everywhere, even months later. I was told the rest of my order would get shipped once everything was in stock, which was supposed to be in October, then November, then December... on December 29 2020 I was told the rest of my order was finally in stock and should be shipping out that week. January 15 came around, still nothing. I emailed the sales rep that had been helping me all along over the past 7 months on Jan 15 2021 to see what was going on, but this time I didn’t get a reply. I couldn’t help but feel like I was getting scammed out of a lot of money, so very disappointed. I contacted my credit card company to explain the situation and file a dispute. The company contacted me after I filed a dispute and left a negative review, saying that the person who was handling my file for the past 7 months had left the company. The email continued to say I should have asked for a refund and said they were closing my order because chargebacks are detrimental to their status with the payment processor. He also said they still didn’t have half of the remaining items for my order I stock, contradicting what the previous sales red said. Why would I have asked for a refund when I needed and wanted the equipment and I kept being told my order would be fulfilled? Not only that, but the previous sales rep was going to exchange some things for me that were clearly defective, but the company wasn’t willing to honor that commitment. I wish I could leave a better review as I had high hopes for what I thought was a family owned company that cares about their products and customers.... I guess service and quality start to tank as a company grows and struggles to keep up with demand. Also to note, I’ve noticed they remove any negative comments on any of their social media platforms, and I’ve seen other customers mention the same thing. That is extremely dishonest and concerning. If that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is.

The first time I ordered bumper plates from BOS, they arrived in pretty bad shape. After several back and forth with their support, BOS offered me a 10% discount on the next order. After paying for the order, communication ended for days until I called to inquire. Clif said that he forgot to mention they were moving so I should not expect delivery this week, and maybe not next either. This information is only shared after they take full payment. I called again and asked if this can be expedited... the website says two day process time anyways. Clif said he would do that for me and to expect a label to be created. The weekend passes and there is no communication at all. My emails are ignored, phone calls and voicemails are sent to voicemail. What started as an unpleasant scenario has turned into something resembling fraud. Be careful: Bells of Steel can and will keep your money and refuse to respond to you.

My rack is amazing, the bar.... is super high quality and is holding up awesome. the bumper plates are top quality and the steel plates... for the price cant be beat. For any basement/ garage set up you cant go wrong here. My steel plates are chipped a bit around the bar from just normal wear and tear which I wasn't the most impressed with but over all I cant Complain. OH! And the bench.... DISAPPOINTMENT! After doing countless of hours of research I landed on Bells of Steel as the manufacturer I was hoping to use for my home gym/personal training studio. Happily to my surprise I checked out and the rack I wanted was 50% off, I knew they were having a site wide clearance sale so I quickly snatched it up. The following day a customer service rep told me my order did not actually include the rack which is quite surprising given I had a receipt with a charge for the Brute Rack (See attached image) and that I would be invoiced the remaining total. After asking for clarification in multiple emails as I was confused as to what I paid for, calling numerous times and leaving a voicemail. It took 6+ days for a response from Bells Of Steel at which point I was told not only would they not honor the price I was charged for my order, THE RACK IS NOT ACTUALLY IN STOCK and I would have to pay an invoice for the $800 variance as the "BLOWOUT SALE" was only $20 off the rack. Once paid I would still need to wait over a month for their shipment to come in and however long it would take for me to receive it from their warehouse. I am aware accidents happen, websites have glitches and customer service response times are delayed due to covid, however, I am also used to companies honoring those mistakes even if it means not profiting off of 1 sale as an act of good faith and acknowledgment for the screw up on their end. In this situation it is unfortunate to see a small company with major growth potential take such a short sighted approach. I am a huge advocate for supporting Canadian small businesses but incorrect product counts, inaccurate pricing and slow response times are some of the fastest ways to lose what would be a loyal customer for life. I am not saying don't buy from this company as the reviews on the product were great! I really am frustrated I am no longer receiving this rack as I was hoping to share a local Canadian brand with my fitness community but these are the cards I have been dealt. I am simply warning those about my personal experience and some of the frustration and disappointment they might receive themselves.

I see plenty of promises to do better in the responses from "owner" but don't actually see any action. Over the Thanksgiving weekend I tried using the website home gym builder several times only to have the price result be hundreds of dollars different than what it should have been. Finally on Tuesday morning my luck changed and things added up as they should. The "home gym" part of the purchase was complete. Now time for some weight plates. The cost of the set was $479, a savings of $30 according to the notation. Problem being that buying them individually would only cost me $429 so silly me thought the set should be $399. Instead of ordering I contact customer support through email (they're not taking calls at this time of any kind) to enquire about the pricing issue. A few emails back and forth and a big thank you from the rep for pointing out the issue and my weights now cost $480 individually or $450 if I buy as a set...not even sure what to say about that. As a business owner myself I can appreciate this company wanting to cash in on the covid home gym explosion but forgetting your customers while chasing dollars hardly ever works out.

Extremely slow and poor communication, have to email and message multiple times for a response. If an item is out of stock there is little information even if you have paid already, and you have to follow up yourself not the other way around for updates. The website is confusing in regards to what's in stock, preorders, and restocks etc. Generally messy, didn't like the customer service or lack thereof online and it's really important during these times.

I've got the residential rack, Oly bar, bench and 10,5 and 2.5lb plates (still waiting for my big boy weights to be delivered) The rack is an exceptional value, its well designed and has a good structure. There is no racking when I do chin-ups and I'm 170lbs (185 with a pump). I'm most happy with he Olympic bar, the whip is really nice and I currently only have 80lbs to work with and I can still feel the difference. It feels just like the name brand Oly bars I used to use way back when, and definitely feels 100% different than a power bar (which is what I wanted) Will be buying another bar from here for sure.

I was especially impressed with how well the barenaked bar was packaged. Most bars come in the standard tube, but I've never seen one wrapped inside with foam as well! I have 2, didn’t fit on either. Second batch of plates arrives, 2 x 10, 5, 2.5...same issue with the 10lb plates. Email again. Blames it on my ‘cheap’ bars. I made an Instagram post, blocked there too. How about instead of blocking me all over the place, just replace them or refund me. Brutal service, half the plates are garbage.

Overall an exceptional experience buying products from BOS! I have ordered the BOS mighty grip Olympic plates and light commercial rack and have been using them for about a month, I absolutely love them. Great price for the barbell plates (probably the cheapest on the market in Canada) and the rack is really sturdy and built to last. Only critique I have on the rack would be the roller J-cups that come with it doesn’t have any plastic or coating to protect the bar when unracking and racking the bar, but not a big deal for me just something that could be improved. Highly recommend Bells of Steel especially if you are in Calgary as it is super easy to pick up the equipment at their delivery warehouse. Can’t wait for them to restock their other items.

Even without bolting mine to the ground, it is extremely sturdy. Very impressed with the quality of it and the speed at which I received it from the moment I was able to order it. Bells of Steel Adjustable Kettlebells: I decided to get adjustable kettlebells due to my need to travel constantly between two places. I lift professionally so I regularly have to use bells of different weights in my training. Transporting several pairs of bells back and forth in my car has been a difficult inconvenience. An alternative option was to get another full set of bells, but that was not financially viable for me. But now the problem is resolved and I am truly delighted with the whole experience. First, the customer service was exceptional. All communication with Bells of Steel representatives was timely and professional. I live in BC, Canada and received the bells from the neighbouring province of Alberta in less than 48 hours after I placed the order! Also the price of the product is more than reasonable and the quality is great. The bells come with a specially designed wrench which makes the weight adjustment process easy and quick. My speciality is Long Cycle and I was a bit apprehensive about how the bells would feel while lifting, but it turned out to be just perfect: there is no sign of any clinking noise or shifting inside and the handle configuration allows very good insertion. Having these bells, I can enjoy my training more now and push it to the next level! Many thanks to Bells of Steel for doing a great job!

Really disappointed in the customer service. We placed an order online for pick up and everything was listed available. We made arrangements to pick up our equipment, which also took a few days to get a response about. Impossible to get ahold of anyone! Made major purchase last year with Bells of Steel. Most of the equipment is great and holding up. One product in particular has some design flaws (FID Bench), Wrote honest, well written review of the product on the website. Company removed the review. After looking in to it further it seems like many people report having their reviews taken down. So don't be fooled by the overall 4.8+ star rating. Making good products is one thing, but honesty is above all else. And removing honest negative reviews if something I could no longer support so this company would never get my business again on that alone. Bells of Steel also pushes "Canadian Made" very hard, when in reality it is all made in China so that is also a flat out lie.

The products arrived in the estimated delivery timeframe and on top of that, were delivered to my door instead of me having to go pick them up at the store (that was the initial option I had selected). I have purchased a trap bar, FID bench, pulley system, arm blaster, belt squat and numerous multi grip cast plates and have been impressed with the commercial quality of the equipment with nowhere near commercial quality prices. I am also impressed with their customer service. They have put out video's on how to assemble your equipment and how to use it to perform many different exercises with each piece of equipment. They also respond to customer suggested improvments to their equipment. A good example of this is that people were suggesting that the trap bar should have longer sleeves and and behold I see that they are anouncing a xl version of the trap bar with the fore mentioned longer sleeve length for the more advanced lifters. I highly recommend Bells of Steel and I check their inventory if I am looking to acquire more fitness equipment. Keep up the good work Kaevon, now if you would only order the belt squat machines!!!

Quality for the price is a great deal! I bought Power Rack 5.1 – Light Commercial By B.o.S. with dip and landmine attachment. No regret at all. Spotter straps are very durable and allow me to do deadlift at my condo. I just get on a plate and put the barbell on the straps. That way the weight does not touch the floor or make noise! Also, the shipment with Bells of Steel is the best I have experienced so far. I live in 39th floor and they carried every stuff I ordered in from of my door! Only one suggestion I would make is to make a Rack Lat Pulldown / Row Attachment and Cable Crossover Rack Power Rack for 72" models. I want to buy those attachments as well but they are not available for the size of the rack I ordered... Keep up the good work Bells of Steel!

These guys were very responsive both leading up to the sale, and providing support for a couple of minor issues after getting my order delivered. No small feat considering the huge spike in demand during the Covid-19 pandemic. When most other companies took days, or stopped answering their phones/emails altogether, I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a reply. Equipment wise, I upgraded my home gym to a complete setup from Bells of Steel. The fit and finish of the equipment is great, no doubt the rack and bench will last me at least 10 years, if not longer. Quality products at a price that is very competitive.

I still was never able to get through to anyone at the company to review my order status so I guess I was lucky that it ended up coming. I've tried contacting the company through all their contact mediums multiple times - e-mail support, no response - telephone, goes direct to voicemail and the mailbox is full and won't allow messages - fax, line is busy. Short of a drive to Calgary to try and show up in the showroom and see if I can find anyone I have no way of contacting this company and am out $150.

Had to drill my own holes in 2 of the steel brackets on the rack I purchased. Bench was of poor quality (the rack has some questionable welds as well) and the yellow paint didn't even match the color of the rack. I left a review stating this on the website and the review was deleted. I was then contacted about exchanging the bench for another one, but not until the next shipment of benches came in. Months later and hearing nothing, I emailed the company and inquired again. I was told they were still waiting on new stock and would be contacted immediately when that happened. 2 years later and I still haven't heard anything. Overall, decent prices, made-in-china quality and poor customer service.

We used the gym builder. Our light commercial rack is super solid. I can't imagine ever needing anything more stout. Its deep enough to deadlift inside of the rack with plate storage. Safety straps are a nice touch. Assembly with 2 people was easy. My only suggestion would be more liberal use of UHMW plastic on the attachments. However, its an easy DIY fix and this would increase cost. The barenaked powerlifting bar 2.0. I've used it before. There are plenty of reviews out there. It works great at a great price. We bought the FID bench. Its solid and wide and looks good. Can't complain. We bought a bunch of Mighty Grip Olympic Weight Plates 2.1. Coating could better, centre hole could be tighter, but these are not machined plates, they came at a great price and get the job done. The mighty grip is a nice feature. Again, can't complain. A few suggestions, while I don't expect the uprights to have full four sided holes, a few holes would be nice to allow for the dip attachment to run north south instead of east west. Overall, I now have everything I need to get strong, in my basement. No more gym fees, no more parking and driving to the gym. Only the best music is played and no one gets mad at me for lifting in my underpants. Power Rack 5.1 - Light Commercial

I was recommended this company for equipment but unfortunately I’m sadly disappointed. I bought an Airdyne bike from them on a sale and first of all I never received the initial receipt. After attempting to phone the number on the website with no answer I had to send an email to both their support website and Instagram until I finally got a response. Eventually they responded and set up a pick up time and I was able to pick it up. I picked up the product, brought it home and assembled it and the moment I tried to use it I realized the sensor was broken so the electronics will not register any movement and constantly shut off. I have attempted to contact the phone number multiple times asking for assistance, and emailed and I still haven’t received a response and I have no idea how I even return the item but currently it’s nothing more than a paper weight. I will continue trying to return the product and contact them but this is possibly the worst customer service of any fitness company I’ve dealt with! I would not recommend dealing with them.

Bought the FID bench. Customer communication was excellent. The exploded view instructions were pretty poor. The materials appear robust but quality is not up there with the best i.e. height adjustment arm was not centered. Width of wheel end makes it too wide to pass through BoS stands 3.0 therefore render wheels useless. The leg attachment is a terrible afterthought that wobbles significantly. Ultimately you can return within 30 days if you don't like it, which is good. Update: Received a replacement adjustment arm and bench pad back plate, only to discover the replacement appeared to be a return or clearly used with scratches and same uneven wear on the adjustment arm. Simply zero quality assurance, even on a replacement piece.

After approximately 5 weeks of not hearing from them I contacted them, they reported they sold me out of stock products but they could be in stock in a few weeks. Exceptional customer service for such a small company. I have purchased 12 of the powder coated kettlebells and have used them daily for many years. With a recent purchase, I believe they have improved the powder coating from the older BOS kettlebells I have. The current kettlebells are very comparable to the Rogue Fitness ones. With one of the first kettlebells I purchased, there was a defect and the handle broke. I emailed Kaevon and within a couple days there was a new one delivered to my door, and I haven't had a problem with any since then. Because of the customer service and the quality product, I will continue to support BOS.

I noticed that some of my bumper plates had some of the finish damaged after I opened them which appeared to be a defect on the finishing process. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right place to purchase the equipment I needed. Been collecting strongman gear for a while but BOS had what I was missing. Didn’t have to wait long for the items to come back into stock. The prices were very reasonable. They shipped quickly and made it half way across the country pretty fast. Also the shipping price was fair. I did communicate with them through email a couple times and they answered my questions and were good with me. I noticed a deficiency with the sandbag which I caught right away and advised them about it. They were very good with replacing it no questions asked. The one I have now has no problem with it and is solid. I purchased a full set of plates, a Barenaked powerlifting bar 2.0, a 150lbs Mighty Sandbag and a Super Yoke with the spotter arms and J hooks. I was also given the land mine attachment and cable pulley attachment as a gift and they both work well. I’ve been in the lifting game for a while and I’ve seen a lot of equipment. This stuff is all good quality. No regrets. I would recommend BOS to anyone

In a nutshell ... ain't gonna lie it was quite a frustrating rollercoaster from sales to final delivery ... but in the end, things did work out and I am happy with what I paid for. I can definitely see Bells of Steel becoming a major player in the fitness equipment industry here in Calgary, although a lot would need to improve internally with their tracking/database systems and reliability. Hopefully with the new support team this can become a reality much faster. I didn't deal directly with the owner other then a few emails ... but I can say the latest customer support member "Cliff" was second to none. Cliff went above and beyond to address my situation. Extremely pleased with his services and I can honestly say if it wasn't for Cliff, I would probably be in the same "stalled" situation with my order. Cliff was very patient, professional and straight up ... even hand delivered missing parts of my order. Will I order from BOS again ... hmmmm ... possibly ..... very likely if Cliff handles my order!

Outstanding I have quite a few of their items which are great. I especially love their Barenaked Powerlifting Bar 2.0. I can’t say enough how much I love this bar. Bought the power rack with lat and cable attachments me could not be happier! The rack itself is extremely sturdy and I did not even need to anchor it to my basement floor. With the additional attachments, my fiance and I have been able to do every workout we could think of from the comfort of our home! I would also like to add that every time we spoke to customer service they were very polite and helpful. It was known that there could be delays due to Covid, and the staff we were in contact with were very transparent about the whole situation.
