Awesome customer service and product! We visited here recently to purchase a Spin bike for our home. We were initially turned away as they were only seeing people by appointment (Covid), but when we called the next day, we got in right away. The sales person was very knowledgable of all the options, and helped us make the decision that was right for us. Delivery and assembly was included, and we received the bike within two days. When it arrived, we noticed a small piece missing off of the handlebars. We called Apple, and they sent someone out THAT DAY to replace it. We have been very happy with our experience here.

The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was recently dealing with an issue with my spin bike (not purchased from them) and their technician voluntarily walked me through several potential fixes over the phone. Then when I went in to purchase a part he literally took a bike apart to show me how to do the repair and also answered a million of my questions. My bike is fixed and I 10/10 would deal with these folks again.

Exceptional service. Needed some routine maintenance done on my treadmill and was blown away by the promptness of the service. I was scheduled in quickly and the technician (Andrew) was great. He knew exactly what needed to be adjusted. A couple days later the treadmill started making another funny noise so I called them back and Andrew came back that same day to give it another tune up. I looked at a lot of treadmills at a lot of store before buying this one. Apple Fitness, by far, has some of the best warranty available included with the price of the equipment. Very very pleased with the whole crew at Apple Fitness! Thank-you so much!

This was my first time visiting Apple fitness. I can honestly say I have never had a better customer service experience than I did at thus store. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me right away. I had spoken to Sean on the phone the previous day in regards to the part I was looking for. He right away came out with the parts I would potentially need to fix the problem with my elliptical. He asked me if I planned on trying to fix the machine myself, when I replied with yes, he took me into the back where all the parts for the machines are. He explained to me what I would see when I opened up the machine and how to go about changing the resistance motor. He even gave me his card and told me I could call if I needed assistance and that he would walk me through it on the phone. I had some questions while changing this part and was able to email Sean pictures of what I was seeing and he advised me what to do next. You don’t often go into a business and receive this kind of service. I have worked in customer service for almost 20 years and I was blown away by the level of service I received. I will without a doubt be shopping at this business in future and would highly recommend going here if you need assistance with existing exercise equipment or are in the market for new equipment! Just outstanding! Thank you Sean and all your staff for providing such a positive experience for me.

I purchased a bike at the start of the pandemic and was fortunate enough to get one of the last pieces of equipment on the floor. My experience with Apple Fitness from the purchase/sale of a bike through to servicing the equipment (Sean) has been outstanding. I would give more "stars" if I could. Hands down, the best fitness equipment company and personnel!

Why cant they just put the prices on their website? Dont make me request a quote so I have to wait for a reply. If I liked the price then Id call for more info. If not then I would move on. Give the potential customer the opportunity to see a price and let them decide if they want to hear your schpeel or not. Thats all. Im sure this is a great place. That was my only negative thing

From sales to service, in person at the store, or onsite at my gym, I have had a consistently stellar experience with the team at Apple Fitness. Their service team is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful - whether it be advice on a mystery noise from a machine, or locating some hard-to-find replacement parts - they're on it and genuinely do their best to get you fixed up as soon as possible. The sales team is honest, well informed and has always been prompt with communication and follow up. Although I have mostly interacted with the service team thus far, the sales team was more than accommodating when I visited their store to discuss potential options for my facility in the future. A well earned 5 stars from me!

Exceptional customer service from Victor and the Apple Fitness team. Victor took the time to understand my needs and even set-up a financing option for me so I could fund my purchase through my employer’s monthly wellness program. Life Fitness equipment will cost a premium but you really get what you pay for. The build quality is awesome and you’re getting a premium, commercial grade product. Victor was informative, supportive, and responsive throughout the entire sales process and importantly, never pushy. He looked out for my needs and gave me plenty of time to come to a decision after working out the financing and clearing with my employer. I also love that Apple Fitness has service technicians, so that in the unlikely event I do have any issues - I know right away where I can go to get repairs done. You guys are awesome - can’t recommend you enough!
