Been cheering at this gym for 8 years and it’s been nothing but a positive hard working environment! Coaches are dedicated and so kind, they truly always put the athletes first. Everything is very well maintained and sanitized regularly. Front desk staff are very friendly and willing to help with any need. I have created life long bonds while being at this gym! 100% recommend!

As an athlete who did not grow up in this gym, I found the coaching staff and fellow athletes to be welcoming, friendly and really warm towards someone (me) who was not as experienced but was willing to learn. Having been welcomed so quickly, I now do the same with new athletes because I know what it has been like to be the new person in a new environment. Even though I have only been cheering with Alberta Cheer Empire for 2 years now, going onto my third season this year, I am glad to continue to be a part of not just a team, but be part of a family with the entire gym. The coaches are friendly and are willing to push you to do better while being supportive and not beyond what one may not be capable of. They foster an environment where growth, encouragement and safety is key. Especially with the current health situation worldwide (Covid-19) the owner and staff are doing an amazing job keeping the gym sanitary, which brings me to do what I love most without having to worry as much when being in the gym. The protocols that have been enforced have put my mind at ease and I'm glad that safety has been put foremost anything else ever since sports has been allowed in the province. ACE in my opinion has adapted to everything very well and know they will continue to do their very best to keep their staff, athletes, and their families safe!

Poor programming and unprofessional staff. Went to try out the course for 4 & 5 years old and was disapointed on the program and teaching skills. They didn't teach any dancing class or cheerleading moves. They only jumped the entire time on a ball like any regular gym class at school. They were not welcoming ! One of the staff was rude to my 4 years old because she was bored and wanted to learn new things. Told her to go back home. They don't even tell you what they will be teaching they just want you to drop off your kids with no information on the teaching program. My daughter already does a lot of gymnastics difficult moves. They was no assessment to see where the child is currently at. It looked more like a babysitting service at a gym club. Will not recommend that establishment. If you are looking for an amazing teaching class for 4 to 5 years old where they will learn gymnastics and dance you should try the Little gym who are located in the south. Thank you

Beautiful new gym. Tumbling classes available. Great coaching staff. Classes for all ages and experience level. Recreation, prep and competitive teams. Small merchandise store. Wheelchair accessible washroom. Handy water fountain for when you've forgotten a water bottle. Tim Horton's is within walking distance. Comfortable couches and eating area for parents and athletes.
