You feel so productive leaving 9Round because you’ve incorporated your workout for the day in 30 minutes, and you leave sweating. The fact that the owners are actively involved with staffing and encouragement is wonderful to see! Wish we had another one closer to the West end of town!! It’s tough to make the trip being from out of town, but really rewarding when I do.

9Round Grande Prairie is the best Gym experience I have ever had. Bill and his team push you to achieve your fitness goals. In my first 30 days I have shed 12 lbs and one one shirt size. The workouts change everyday to keep you wanting more.

I tried this out today with my wife and it was an awesome workout. I was sweating in a couple of minutes. The instructors were both positive and upbeat. You can drop in whenever they are open and start you workout. You don’t have to have fighting experience to get a workout and have fun.

The best workout I have ever done. I love having a different workout every time I go! It's not super long, and by the time I'm done I feel like I've worked my whole body. The atmosphere is fun which makes working out fun, and they have the best staff - they're all super friendly, and super helpful through the whole workout. 10/10 recommend, don't think I'll ever workout anywhere else if I can help it.

Possibly the best gym environment around. I trained in martial arts for years, now being a mom. The no class times, my daughter is welcome in and she sits on the side and watches me work out. I've had nothing but positive support, makes me feel like I'm part of the 9 round family. I wont go and train anywhere else. Not to mention I've lost 45lbs. I'm very happy with 9 round and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
