Great course conditions with a really nice layout and assortment of holes. The course is challenging but fair. The service was fantastic and the food is really good. Because the holes are spaced so far apart the round is played to 4:45 which can be long but never played slow. Enjoy!!!

Not As great as expected from the price point but we all had a good time,Wings was small in size and quite salty on the Cajun other then that the course was simpler then we thought considering its Championship Holes from Courses around the world.

Very well taken care of golf course. Very nice staff. A very unique experience. Golf, 2 meals, cart, range and practice facilities all included for one price. Course may be a bit difficult but caters to all types of golfers. The property is majestic. Walking is not an option as the course and the length between some holes is massive. Very enjoyable.

Great golf course in Uxbridge. Not gonna lie though...slightly overrated in my opinion. Definitely a must try. Unfortunately, pace of play was not good at all. Play the tees that suit your game. The course is tough as is.

Very nice well maintained course. Played here during the OMHA annual meeting in a driving rain. This time weather was perfect as was the course. We had a package deal for play and dinner and it was well worth it. Great view on the veranda overlooking the 18th. Dinner was superb and the drinks were delicious. Would recommend you play and eat dinner here.

Went here for a work tournament and wow what a course! Beautiful, nice carts with a gps screen telling you the distance to the green from your location, which makes selecting clubs a little bit easier if you know your distances. The price of my tournament through my work is substantially cheaper than standard green fees, however I have came here on my own dime qnd believe it is still worth it. Edit: June.27.2021 Returned again for work tournament after a one year absence due to covid. Our tee time was 1040am, they give you 20min to use practice facilities for driving or putting area so you can be ready for the first hole, don’t want to spend couple holes warming up on this course. There are washrooms open on the course and a drink cart does come by. I have been golfing a lot since I first did this review 2 years ago, the course is just as impeccable from tee box to green and I have definitely got better so that helps. It’s not too narrow but if your tee shot likes to wander it has some water and pretty sizeable beaches if you looking for a tan. Great everything here well worth it!

Fantastic course. If you are a good golfer go further back and experience golf like the pros. The replica holes are fantastic and you will get a great appreciation for good golf. In addition get the package with two meals. It's worth it and the food is made be a great set of chefs. We make a trip at least once a year. They treat you really well.

Great course. The replica holes are spectacular, especially number 4 and 17. And the wooden sticks originals are unreal holes aswell. Great conditions and a great golf course. Greens on the front 9 have quite a few ball marks, that is the only knock. Overall, the best course I’ve ever played in my life. I look forward to my next round on Thursday!

Course is in immaculate condition. Staff inside at the restaurant were not the friendliest, however. I'm curious if the island green at the actual TPC sawgrass is bigger and less sloped than the one here. This one seems a bit small with exaggerated slopes.

Beautiful course. Great service. They treat you well with 2 meals and bag service. Only drawback I would tell anyone thinking about playing is you are cartpath only on 7 of the front nine. Surprised me. Makes for a lot of walking so its tough for the older crowd. Otherwise 5 stars.

Wooden Sticks is a real slice of heaven for golfers. Their service is top notch from the bag drop to the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen the food is really good and typically included in the round. The course itself is a great layout with spectacular conditions. You can't go wrong here.

My family and I attended a beautiful engagement party here. I emailed the club to give them a chance but I decided to now post my review. I took a star off for a rude staff member named Carly. She discriminates against mask excemptions. My 3 year old and I were stopped by her and others. We were told we could not enter building without masks. She then asked what my medical exemption was for which I ofcourse did not have to answer to. She kissed her teeth and walked away. I suggest you educate yourself and your staff on the bylaws and perhaps train on customer service.

I had the pleasure of playing and staying at Wooden Sticks for the weekend of August 23-25 2019. We had a group of 24 guys and took over all six cabins! First off the staff were fantastic in all areas of the club! Whether on the course, working in the clubhouse or the staff taking care of our cabins, we were met with smiles and welcomes! Everyone of them seemed intent on making our stay a pleasant experience! The golf course itself was in fantastic condition! Greens were fast and true! The varied selection of holes and the layout made playing this course an absolute pleasure! Cabins were nice too. Two bedrooms two bathrooms were a great set up for a large group! Being a short walk from the clubhouse it made for a convenient place to stay yet all the comforts of home! If you are looking for a great course and a place to stay for a couple of days, this is the place for you!! I would recommend this experience to anyone!

Great course. Lush fairways. Fast greens. Package includes golf cart, green fees, lunch and supper. Food is good. Valet parking available but the bag drop is next to the parking lot so not really necessary. Free driving range and chipping green are included. Nice friendly service.

Played it a few times. Kept in mediocre condition for price they’re asking - not their fault entirely there’s a lot of traffic and you’re relying on others to replace and fix divots/ball marks. WS is also a course that does not endorse junior golf at any level, which is quite disappointing and short sighted on their part. As a course, I believe you have a certain level of duty to help grow the game and that starts with kids. This course has so much potential but just fell short everywhere. There are better courses out there that provide an equal or better experience, and also allow you to take your kids - some even for free up to 16. Loads of potential. Poor execution

Was good. Too many holes were cart path only. Made for a slower than normal round which would be fine if they didn't threaten you with having marshals move you up. Sucked having to walk to the opposite side of the fairway with 3 clubs in hand and a range finder. As a regular golfer, I have no issues playing a round in 4 hours but the cart path only killed the buzz for the round for sure. Only saw the beer cart twice all round and my group and I got the ribs for dinner which were not great. They were cold and tough. Salad and drinks were good though..

Fantastic facilities and staff with a course that is really unlike anything I've experienced in terms of variety. Definitely recommend exploring a package rate if you've got a group of friends that want to play. This is what we did and they even threw in a logo golf shirt for each of us. In terms of the course, it's interesting how some of the greens are much faster than others depending on the hole. It's hard to get used too and certainly presents a nice challenge. I'll be back again in the future!

Came here with my friends for a round of golf. The course was in fantastic condition, with the greens rolling very smoothly. The staff was also very friendly, and super accommodating. We were also given a free jacket, and $30 voucher to be spent throughout the round, which was a great touch. Definitely recommend this course, and look forward to playing it again in the future.

Course was beautiful, yet fairly challenging - no complaints here - 5 Stars! Food was top notch as well! Staff was disgustingly obnoxious, from the clubhouse to the halfway house, even at then end of the round.. like they all had somewhere better to be. Definitely the most unprofessional mannerisms I have EVER seen in the golf industry! Glad to see everyone wearing a mask except the young man standing at the door greeting everyone. No mask, yet he was in charge of checking for the Vax Pass (which is totally unnecessary for walking in to tap your card and leave).

First of all, this is an outstanding golf course! It's in amazing shape. The greens are perfect and you go to sleep at night thinking about how great of a day you had at Wooden Sticks! The food is also incredible and the staff are outstanding! I would like to share a personal experience about my wedding ring. I realized after playing a couple weeks ago that I misplaced my wedding ring. It could have been anywhere on the course! I told reception and they immediately put out a call to all maintenance staff ! the next day I received a call saying they found my ring beside the 3rd green! Love this course and love the people! They also saved my marriage :)

The course was in great shape and some of the replica holes they have are exceptional. That being said, the pace of play was horrendous. The starter gave a talk at the beginning of the round telling us how important pace of play is yet our round was 5 hours and 20 minutes. We were waiting on every single shot and at some of the par 3s there were 2-3 groups backed up. You would think with the premium you pay to play here they would do a better job marshalling the course, disappointing.

There are 4 of us that golf here every year in May. We always enjoy the outing and the food is great. Everytime we go we speak with the starter and inquire at the front desk for a replay rate. There have been different managers in and most are very reasonable. We've also had some try and charge us $110 for a replay. Overall the golf course is fantastic and we will continue to visit every May. Restaurant is nice and the patio has a nice view. Staff is always friendly.

My wife and I held our wedding at Wooden Sticks on May 31st of this year. The day was perfect. Cathy, the venue coordinator was the best. She helped us to make every detail perfect and on time. We stayed in the cabins on site the night before and the night of the wedding. The cabins were very clean and laid out perfectly. The ceremony space was perfect and beautiful. The pavilion was amazing for our cocktail hour, very clean and well organized. The reception area was big and looked like a dream. Again Cathy ensured all of these areas looked perfect. I would very highly recommend this venue for a wedding. It is very affordable and allowed my wife to organize the wedding of her dreams! Thanks to all staff for being so nice and always sending us in the right direction.

Course is amazing food is terrible we golfed here had awesome time on course but meal that came with deal after was just bad. medium rare steak looked like a porkchop ribs were cold and soggy. For a premium golf course we expected a better meal. The 7$ burgers that were cooked at half way house were 10 times better. I have never complained about food in a restaurant anywhere but this would be the first time. Atleast it was "free" it's sad because we really liked the course but I don't think I'll buy any of the deals that include meals anymore and unfortunately most of deals have meal built into price

Although it was a small and intimate setting, the staff (especially Cathy and Justin) went above and beyond to ensure our day was seamless, perfect and absolutely wonderful!
