We played Sunday afternoon 7/16/17. What we thought started as a day a fun day of golf with the fellas, turned out to be a rushed and frustrating game. The "ranger Rick" on duty kept telling us to pick up the pace. Not once, not twice, but three times within the 4 holes we played. Once we go to the 9th hole it was about 5:30. Once agian he approached us and said that we might not be about to do the whole 18. He offered us to take a rain check for the next 9. One of four people in our group left in frustration after the 9th hole and didn't even go get his rain check, because he doesn't ever want to come back here. You know what, we ended up finishing all 18,10 mins before 8. And still had 2 groups behind us. I wonder if they were asked to pick up the pace? Worst experience ever this year.

Raining today and all weekend but the course played well. Greens were fast as had been rolled this morning. Tom and Dan gave us some good tips on the course today. Bridgette at the bar was on point today as well. Definitely going to be back again soon!

The people are great, prices reasonable but I've never seen the greens so bad here. They've always had problems with divots not being fixed, but 4 foot wide dead spots. Not happy about making the turn on a packed Sunday and they let four members jump ahead, not cool. Still a challenging course...more so with the greens.

My group of buddies (8) pick a course every year for our annual two day tournament in New England and we selected The Ledges this year...boy were we glad!!! The course was in perfect conditions for our tournament and satisfied each golfer in our groups needs. During our round my favorite wedge somehow got stuck in a tree 50ft up...weird how that happens. I told the staff at the pro shop and within a couple weeks I got a phone call saying it was retrieved. They went above and beyond to ship it to my door back to Cape Cod. Don’t hesitate and book your tee time to this fantastic course and meet their great staff on hand...you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you!!!

Very nice course. We'll maintained. Would be 5 stars but the driving range had matts to hit off of that day. Pricey but worth it.

A today away from the ocean, this place is moon shoes... if you roll through live free or die this is a must c... make sure to pop into the pro shop for a laugher two...

I was in Ogunquit for a week long vacation with wifey and took a day to play this great course. First item of note: the greens were excellent. Fast, true with no ball marks. The overall condition of the course was excellent also. And the course design was really appealing to me. Lots of elevation change. Many holes had open fairways that you can really let loose on. And some holes forced you to play a cut or draw. A very challenging course on a great piece of land. If I lived in the area I would play it all the time.

This was a super fun and hard course! We were newbies but played with two others who were familiar with the course. We had a great time! The greens were particularly fast and according to our group, the hot summer had brought some brown patches to the greens. Definetly worth playing and seeing!

Played recently. I enjoy the layout of the course. I thought that the greens were slower than other courses in the area. Some greens were very bumpy. As far as the fees, I feel that it is over priced.

Not walkable. Don’t miss the fairways. Local knowledge very helpful. Beautiful views and tough greens. Enjoyable if you’re a lower handicap. 18 is a monster for those of us that aren’t really long.

Dramatic geography layout, challenging. Good quality range mat, you can put a tee in. Several blind shots. Greens smooth and slick and true. Most tees and greens not very burned out despite thee drought. $85 with electric cart, which I thought was reasonable. Without a drought, fantastic.

I have played here 30+ times over the past two years. Nothing but spectacular, the course is always in great condition. Staff is excellent, including Dan Limauro the Pro. If you are looking for a great course that is pristine, and maybe even a lesson...I recommend the Ledges.

Absolutely love this golf course. I've played alot of Massachusetts courses, some of the pricier ones and this course sticks up to them without question. Great scenery, undulations, elevated tees and a course that's in great condition. Absolutely worth a visit

Nice track, most of the approaches were damp, leaves blown into areas too close to fairway adding to drainage issues, greens were in good shape

190+ par 3. Very elevated tee w/ pond on left of green & huge bunkers. WOW! Looks much more difficult than it is. Very challenging course but worth playing. One of best open to the public courses in Portsmouth, NH / York, ME area I've ever played.

Great course, got paired with two members, excellent company. Played in the cold with a near constant light drizzle, course drains very well. Greens were fast and rolling true inspite of the weather. Probably lightening fast greens in dryer, warmer weather...

Beautiful course but desperately in need of marshalling, hence the lower stars. As a single, I've been behind (presumably) locals since hole #2. They haven't offered to let me play through. I got to watch as one player played 3 balls off of #11. Come to find out, when I got to #15, there were three twosomes on the hole.. one on the green, one on the fairway and one in front of me on the teebox. I followed them as a single and a single then caught up with me.

Great golf course, nice clubhouse, perfect spot to spend an afternoon! The scenery is very nice and although somewhat challenging, with a lot of hazards, its well maintained and the greens are fast!
