Course is okay at best, greens are not kept up well and fair ways could be cut better. Staff is excellent! not a bad place to go if you just need to get out and swing.

they wont see me back again. not only is it hard sometimes to get a tee time because they just dont answer the phone...they no longer accept cash...good canadian currency bank notes no longer accepted? i know why they did it but i still dont see the logic considering you have to touch the debit pin pad anyways..... i will never return

Decent course if you’re looking for a good practice run (9 holes). You don’t need to book a tee-time, so when you get there it could be busy. They offer twilight golf as well!

Staff is always friendly, the groundskeeper is happy to deliver cold beer! Get here in the spring when the grass is still green and the soil is soft. Great for beginners and unskilled golfers like myself, or to work on aspects of your game.

The City of Windsor should be embarrassed charging people to golf here. It’s amazing that the first hole and 8th and 9th holes along the road are well maintained but then the rest of the course is in extremely poor condition. Greens have mostly bare spots, fairways are weeds and even the bunkers are filled with weeds. Close the course or maintain it properly.

Greens have holes in them fairways are dead and so much geese poop I'm surprised I didn't step in all of it

Been going here ever since my dad started golfing. It's very relaxing and you can also rent out a golf cart if you don't like walking. People behind you might get impatient and jump to the next course if you take too long. Only concern are the geese walking around, almost hit one with a ball.

I live close by so for year's now we've golfed there quite a bit. For the money, the course is just fine. The problem though is nobody almost ever drives around offering drinks to golfers, but more important is that on a busy day he doesn't even make sure things are running smoothly. At any other course if 4 people are walking, they're slow and golfing ahead of 2 guys in a cart, they're forced to wait and let people pass. At Little River, the guy who's supposed to be working is inside the clubhouse doing squat most of the time. It's a city run course, i think it's time some phone calls are made to the right people.

Nice and challenging 9 hole golf course. No tee time needed so it is first come first served. $25 Canadian to golf 9 holes with a cart. Staff was friendly and course was in great shape for the weather conditions.(hot and dry) Are there better golf courses out there? Yes, but it definitely was an enjoyable 9 holes.

Due to COVID-19, it appears the course is closed. No mention of closure on City of Windsor website. If you call the pro shop, the phone rings and rings. No message.

Never in my lifetime of golfing have I been told the speed up on the course. Of course Marshall came by and said that there was a bottleneck and that we needed to speed up. Even though there were two groups directly in front of us. We were for experienced golfers.

Course is really beat. Water in every "fairway". Wasn't very well taken care of at all when we were there. It's cheap, but I can see why.

According to the city of Windsor, you can no longer golf alone at little river because they consider it to be “ illegal “ !!!! David Deluzio the “ pga head pro” for the city of Windsor has ruined this local gem! They’ve added tee times and you have to be paired with strangers from another house hold during covid 19 The city will actually loose money this year at little river and it won’t be because of covid, it is because they won’t allow single golfers on course. That is 90 % of the business little river receives! AVOID CITY OWNED COURSES
