J’avais demandé de mettre mes tapis d’hiver ce qui n’a pas été fait!! J’avais demandé des enjoliveurs VW ce qui n’ont pas été mis!!! Et que j’ai sûrement payé compte tenu de ma facture! Pourtant toutes ces choses avaient été discutées au préalable avec Steve il y a quelques semaines. Le gars aujourd’hui au service (qui n’était pas Steve et qui s’est fait un vilain plaisir d’être arrogant en me disant que les dépôts de colle sur ma voiture c’est pcqu’elle n’avait pas été achetée et livrée ici même à Trois-Rivières ????) me confirme que le tout était bien indiqué sur le bon de travail. Me faire dire que la livraison des voitures neuves ont passées avant moi aujourd’hui alors que mon rdv pour ce fichu nettoyage-décontaminage de colle et que ma voiture n’a que 3 mois d’âge, me laisse avec un goût très amère. Je me demande si c’est pcq ma voiture fut achetée à Québec que j’ai ce service laissant à désirer?! ???? Pourtant cette concession à fait 1200$ avec moi aujourd’hui plutôt qu’acheter mes pneus d’hiver ailleurs ????

Je lève mon chapeau à Vincent et les proprio de Mauricie Volkswagen pour leur effort, accommodation et surtout leurs temps pour nous aider dans notre choix finale qui n'est malheureusement pas encore fait pour le moment. Ma démarche moins habituelle de nos jours a cause de mauvaises expériences d'achat de voiture dans le passé complique le travail de Vincent mais il a mon admiration pour son honnêteté et transparence. Il faut savoir aussi que de trouver un prix pour une voiture neuve doit avoir deux volets. La première c'est que en tant que client, nous voulons payer le prix le plus bas et juste pour notre véhicule neuf ou avoir un paiement qui tombe dans notre budget. En deuxième lieu, il faut aussi ne pas oublier que le vendeur tous comme nous doit faire un profit s'il veut avoir un salaire et que le concessionnaire aille aussi un profit d'opération pour faire virer l'entreprise. Trouver le juste milieu n'est pas toujours facile. Je lève mon chapeau à Vincent et Maurice Volkswagen pour leurs aide dans notre présente démarche d'achat.

Il fonctionne, je reçois donc la bonne pièce. J’y retourne quelques semaines après. Par expérience, je préfère apporter moi même mon numéro de pièce. Je donne mon numéro et l’employé me demande si c’est pour ma audi. Je dit oui. Il me dit que malheureusement la pièce est exclusive à audi. Impossible de la commandé. Je ne comprend pas vraiment les façons de faire de certains employés des pièces, peut-être qu’il y a un manque de communication.
