Typical of a municipally run business, Chapples golf course is poorly maintained with mediocre service. Expect very slow play and make sure to bring your own food and beverages as the concession employees seem to be paid to do homework or anything other than what might be found in their job description.

A beautiful walk in the park loused up by a little tiny ball. A fun 18 with very few hazards. Some fairways were like mogles so wear a kidney belt if you rent a cart.

Some of the fairways are being worked on and some adjustments needed to be made to find some grass, but overall a very nice course. The greens are fairly well maintained, very little winter damage.

As far as golf courses go I can’t complain and if you’re under 18 city memberships can’t be beat. $300 including tax for a year for two different golf courses is the best option you can get in the city.

Great place to just kick back and enjoy the greenery and a round of golf. Driving range is also nice to kill some time if you can't knock out a half for full game of golf.

Forgiving course that is generally in good shape. Flat. Not particularly distinctive or scenic. Greens typically slow. Heavily used and frequently one will play 5 hour rounds. Driving range and putting green available.

Course is so so. Rate 2.5 out of 5, and that might be generous. Was way better years ago when it was actually taken care of. Worst ride ever on a cart. So bumpy that it will rattle your teeth.
