Horrible! Cannot book over the telephone. Book online 4 people 2 hours $96. Arrive to see were were the only people in the while place on Thursday night. The only lane! We built up a $200 tab at the bar and they shut down our game with 2 frames left and refused to let us finish unless we paid for another entire hour. ($50) we felt like nothing but a nucence to the staff who obviously had better things to do, like playing with their cell phones at the bar. I understand now why you could hear a pin drop in there on a night that should be great for business. Beautiful new bowling alley....poorly managed. I will never go back.

For the quality of the service, I feel the price is justified. Super clean and amazing sports simulators in house, as well as very well done lanes. Definitely reccomend and will be coming back!

Went for a school field trip. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The lanes were very clean and the computerized system was easy to use and did our scoring for us. They do have gutter covers, it was quick to go up when asked. I just find the price tag is steep.

Playing by the minute has no place in bowling. The lane stops working but you are paying while you locate someone and get it fixed! Your time is running out but it runs out while you are trying to get it extended. You have wasted 10 minutes that could have been bowling! Is there any wonder why many try it but very few are in a hurry to go back!!!

The facility is really lovely and new, but the prices are exorbitantly high. For 5 people to bowl it’s almost $60 for one game (an hour). Also was really disappointed that they don’t actually stay open until 11:00pm as advertised. They refused to sell us another hour at 9:45pm because staff said they wanted to start cleaning at 10:15pm (probably to close early for staff preference). Also worth noting that they started our hour early so we really only had 50 minutes to play and had to ask to have our extra 10 minutes put on the clock. Beautiful lanes but feels a little like a money grab.

Very well put together alleys . Went there with 5 people to enjoy bowling but $60.00 for ONE string of bowling??? Should be at least three strings ? Correct this and I would return don't and no one will!!!

The facility is really nice, but it's currently a free for all at the cash register if you're trying to go bowling. If somebody happens to walk in when a lane is free, they will get it ahead of you regardless of how long you've been waiting. The four employees at the front desk did not work well together, and all had different responses when we tried leaving our names and waiting at the bar. After 2.5 hours of waiting and complaining we did finally get to go bowling. There was no way to request a server for drinks at the bowling lanes, though it was clearly intended for you to have that capability. I don't really blame any of the staff for this experience, but there seems to be little to no management happening here. Bizarre for an expensive new business. Will try again if they get an online booking system.

The lanes, bowling alley is an absolute blast! It's not a typical bowling alley you're used to seeing. The lanes are white, lit up by black lights! The computerized system allows you and friends to customize screens, backgrounds and add your own names! And to help keep proper scores the lanes doesn't require paper and pencil anymore; it's all counted after you throw the ball and displayed above on your personalized screen! Besides all the cool tech, this place is a blast!

Trying to book was frustrating as the new staff member could not answer any questions. We were finally booked for the following week after speaking with management. Unfortunately on arrival we discovered the booking was booked for the following day and we had too many people for one lane even though we clearly stated how many people were coming. The staff did everything possible to get us 2 lanes to play, they were even ready quicker then stated. Everyone we encountered from the staff at the door to the servers that cleaned our mess were pleasant and friendly. Everyone enjoyed the food and you could physically see staff cleaning to meet covid protocols

Venue itself is excellent. Great value for an hour of fun (my daughter and I went and we got 3 rounds of bowling in). The front desk customer service seems to be confused somewhat by the POS system but other then that the customer service was great (my daughter even got a peice of the birthday cake they were serving to a party there lol)

Not as expensive as it use to be...2 beer, 3 pops with unlimited refills...humungous beef (with a cup of guacamole) nacho plate and a basket of fries...44 bucks....and $25 an hour per lane.
