I agree with the other poster...the activities are great for bowling,miniputt and arcades but the buisness is run by miserable people. Im an adult and he was treating me like a child and was rude when answering any questions I had. It's too bad it's the only place in Simcoe that has what it offers. Prices are fair but customer service is really poor. Maybe someone needs to go in there with a huge smile and show them how to talk to people.

The new owners are really friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make sure that everyone is having a good time. They have done a lot of updates and improvements since taking over. The rounds of bowling are very decently priced. There's a well stocked snack bar, hot food that can be ordered and alcohol available. There is a large room for parties also and way more than just bowling. There's pool tables, arcade games and a mini put area. Great place to go!

Our son had such a great little birthday party there! The pizza was made in house and was perfect for the little ones, and they thoroughly enjoyed bowling and miniputting too. The staff was kind and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this place for a great day out, and for birthday parties.

I like how the 5 and 10 pins are separated so thw alcohol stays away from the kids playing bowling. Cheap arcade games aswell and they have glow in the dark mini putt. Only thing i found to be a downfall was having to pay for music. I mean i understand wanting to hear a certain song so put money in the juke box but theres no music ever unless you pay for it. It shouls be on in the background and if u choose a jukebox song it switch over . Overall good time with the kids

This is the worst bowling alley I have been to. The equipment malfunctioned every few frames and the owner seemed to care less. Also was understaffed and overpriced for the ancient equipment it has.

NOTE: Ownership has changed since this review; some things may no longer hold true. Nice establishment, but the owners are right miserable. They'll mostly communicate in glares and grunts; I'm not sure what their problem is. But I digress, the equipment and aesthetics are nice. The bowling and minigolf are fun, can't say much about the arcade.

I like the place but their shoes leave a lot to be desired rather than buying new shoes they hand you shoes with holes or the heels are broken to pieces very uncomfortable to wear otherwise the place is awesome they should just invest in more shoes

Great bowling alley. Closest bowling alley to me. I’ve been here multiple times, and staff has been friendly, and I have enjoyed the arcade, the bowling alley it’s self and the mini putt area inside. Ithas always been quite clean, and a nice place to go.

Went to celebrate my birthday, had a great time!! The prices are so much better. They have a deal for two games of bowling and mini putt. The new owner is very friendly and helpful. We had drinks, we laughed, and we will be going back!

My son and I joined a bowling league on Wednesday night and they are the most amazing people I have met. We also going bowling just the two of us and we have played the mini golf. It is a fun place to go and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

I agree with the other reviews very poor customer service. We had problems with our lane (the pins were only coming down in two's) my boyfriend went over to talk to him to get it fixed and he didn't even say a word in responds just glared and walked over to fix it, nor did he tell us if it was alright to use it again just disappeared. After that he had to come back once again and seemed to be watching us as if we were children doing something wrong for the rest of the night. I would not come back to this place splitsville is much better and has better customer service.

For everyone who was upset about the customer service no longer have to worry as it's now a new owner. Prices haven't changed which is nice because they are very reasonable and he also has many plans and is willing to take suggestions on things he could do to make use of the entire building. I really suggest going to check it out now.

Meh, it’s ok. We went because we had a coupon for a free round of mini putt. That was fun. The service sucks though. We got there and was greeted by some miserable lady working very slowly at cleaning a pile of bowling shoes strewn across the counter and floor. Once done, we decided to play a round of pool, and the guy there seemed pissed off when I asked to change loonies to a toonie (the tables only take toonies. No ambient music (you gotta pay at a machine), some of the arcade games looked busted. Also hard place to find. No signage we could see (to be fair it was raining at night), and the location kinda sucks too. It was ok, definitely worth the price of admission.

We come here a few times a year but our recent experience has definitely changed that. We played the 5 pin bowling, that went well. Than 2 of the children run onto the new playground equipment, a few minutes later someone comes to us and tells us it's a payed facility, we tell our girls to come down we didn't pay for it while we're packing our things the lady tells us we owe $26 because they went on it(and they seen them go on it but waited to tell us) I asked why they didn't say something sooner she said it wasn't their responsibility to tell us it's not free, but they waited just to try to get money from us. They should definitely have a sign or gate up by the playground to avoid this, they couldn't accept that it was an honest mistake.

Took my 5 year old here. It was his first time bowling and he had a blast. Went on a Saturday night and they had the black light and music. He absolutely loved it. Prices were fair. A great atmosphere. We ended up playing the black light mini putt and some of the arcade games too. Will definitely go back.
