The best way to play this course is on a cloudy and windy morning, giving the player the closest taste to playing something like Europe's Links courses. The layout of each hole is something challenging and the course is unlike anything in the area making it a very enjoyable 9 holes. Can't wait for it to be completed.

The course is in half decent shape. However, some (not all) of the members are quite rude to non-member guests. There are no vegetarian options in the pro shop and no water stations to refill water bottles (even in the pro shop).

I sent my husband and son out golfing Monday August 29. I had a $100 gift certificate that I received for Christmas but have not had time to use it so I gave them the gift certificate and told them to check out the course. We have golfed all over and are a family of golfers. My guys planned to play 7 holes twice(14 holes). After 7 holes of golf they were told to leave because our adult son was in flip flops (which is how he golf's all the time and never had an issue anywhere else)they didnt ask him to change his shoes they just told him to leave and only offered to refund our sons money. Not sure what kind of golf course you are running but the conduct of the employee and manager is unacceptable! My husband and son were out to enjoy an afternoon of golf and we're unfortunately mistreated. I am more than happy to spend my hard earned money else where! Kim Wilson

Nicely designed golf course with loads of potential .. big greens played soft but if they sped them up they would be extremely tough due to several undulations.

Golfed with a friend today and was told that we had to share a cart with a dirty piece of plastic sheeting zip tied between us. The thing flapped in the wind all the way around the course. It was really a dreadful experience- so disappointed

We joined their mixed league in April as we have for the past 3 years. When we tried to book our tee time this morning for next Thurs (7 days out). We were told there were no times available. Members of the course are able to book 2 weeks out but because we aren't members we can only book 1 week out. This makes it almost impossible to get a weekly tee time. We went over to the club house to speak directly to the staff to try and sort this out. We were in a conversation with 2 staff members when when Mark Stortini came out of the back room to take over. He basically said that's the way it is, gave us our $190.00 back and his closing comment was "not everyone that comes in here is a customer ". Very true indeed. So unfortunate as we live in the Dover Coast community and were members for the past 4 years.

Nice course but only nine holes. The layout is generally very good. The greens take a lot of getting used to and although very big they can be a challenge to hit. There are no trees and almost always a challenging wind. The price is high for what you get. The 19th hole is a gravel pit. Seems like they got started on a great course then just gave up.

Course layout is impressive and good shape. As of now is only 9 holes so you play same nine twice. WORD OF ADVICE. Lots of different groups play there so when you book ask what or if there is anything booked for that day. After 9 we hit a massive slow down and was to slow to play a second nine. We received a credit for 9 holes but after travelling over an hour was quite disappointing. Staff was nice enough still I strongly reccomend asking their schedule for the day.

For only 9 holes being open this is a nice track. Sneaky tough tee shots but the game really starts on these greens. You need to be on the right part of the green. The course could do much better with yardage indicators and pin placement indications though.

It's got great potential. As dry as the start of this summer has been I thought for a new course it is in fantastic shape. The greens were soft and accepting of several of my approach shots. I played up today as it was my first time. This course will be a beast to play from the tips as it measures over 7000 yards. It is very windy here so swing easy. I can't wait for the other 9 holes to open. I will be back.

It is a long course to walk but enjoyed it with a cart. Beautiful to play there when there is a breeze off of Lake Erie. Beautiful view of the lake also.
