Had issues trying to add a 2nd player on my screen, kept asking for a password. Couldn't find where the password was located. Tried the phone for support, but there was no option for this help. Decided just to do alternate shot which was not ideal. Worked ok for the most part, except 3-4 times, we finished putting by actually managing to sink the putt. Then instead of moving to next hole, the SIM put our ball on the edge of the green, so we had to keep going on the same hole, adding more strokes. I'd like to try it again some time, hopefully these were just glitches on our screen/Bay #3?

Awesome new automated facility equipped with tracking equipment and Swing Vision cameras. Isolated bays for safe distancing and privacy. Pricing is excellent - premium bay with 2 camera views for $20/hr. Getting the visual feedback after every swing is invaluable. I'll be there frequently.

Great place to practice your game. Either it be Driving for Distance to short game or even playing a course. I suggest this place especially if it's too hot out or raining. Nice a private too.

Well maintained and easy to use facility. Great service. Had to change my start time and since there was room, they made the change right away! Also, using your own balls to hit certainly helps improve your own game. Keep up the great work Team Tracer!

I can't take time away from work or my family to practice golf but, after my child is in bed, it's game time! This is exactly what I've been waiting for - an after hours golf practice facility! I'm not sure what ball flight system they are using - doesn't appear to be a trackman or foresight - but it's decent. The whole experience from booking to hitting balls couldn't be easier. Hopefully they expand to more locations.

Excellent place to practice golf. And very well managed. The one recommendation I’d have is to make sure that there’s always sufficient practice balls and tees at every station. But, otherwise, Great place, good price, and very convenient.

Experienced Tracer golf for the first time this morning and for the most part enjoyed it. The entire automated process was flawless and the Skytrack unit was great for distance but definitely a left bias which makes target practice awkward. Had to aim 15 to 20 yards right to get a center cut shot. After the practice session i did read up on the Skytrack and the left bias seems to be a common problem. But like I said at the start the distance tracking seemed to be spot on.

Cool self serve experience that automatically turns on the system when your booking time is scheduled. A novice golfer so unsure about how accurate the system is in terms of speeds and distance, but #3 seemed a bit spotty - around 40% of my shots were actually detected. Prices are fair compared to other indoor golf spots.

Fast response. Easy access. 24/7. Great price. Good place. Usually go 10yds farther with every irons but I cant get over my drives over 270 only downside about the simulator.

Really enjoyed the simulator. Watch the videos on the website prior to going and then use the pictures at the facility and you wont have any troubles figuring out how it works. My only recommendation would be perhaps add some sort of monthly pass that gets you “x” amount of hours or the ability to buy a certain amount of hours and then schedule as i go. I would enjoy being able to pay for 50 hours up front and then schedule them as i go. I think that would be great, especially in the winter time. Would highly recommend if you want to practice.

Went for an hour super early in the morning before work. Same quality as any other simulator you'd spend a ton more money to get into. Also the fact that it's just you being able to focus with this type of feedback is unmatched. Will use again.

Try it for the first time today. Entry was seamless just in the video. Looking forward to booking more sessions this winter. I found using my own ball did increase the distance. Only minor item was the screen surface on Bay 1 isn't as smooth as the others....should't affect the distance (I hope)....

Pretty slick place to go and practice your swing and a seamless system to book and enter the facility. Only thing that would make it better to get that 5th star rating would be to get an instant replay of your swing and not just the swing path to be able to see what you need to do to tweak your mechanics. I’ll definitely be using this place throughout the winter months!

The self serve checkout line of simulator golf. Easy to book, access and play. Watching the 'how to' videos in advance made for a frictionless experience. I'll be back. This is a newish facility and the screen a little saggy and mat is showing some wear. However, no different than other facility. 1-hour alone got me 30min of range time and 18 holes of golf (no putting).

First time doing any golf indoors. It’s a new and well maintained facility with a great tracker. I liked seeing my golf swing (ie club face) in slow motion along with carry distance. Can’t wait to return (when restrictions are lifted).

Loved it, inclined to say the next best thing after sliced bread, but hyperbole aside, absolutely fantastic experience. Seamless entry and setup, user-friendly launch monitor, and loads of courses to choose from. Even practice range is super! Must visit if you want to learn and improve your game, and I will definitely be going back to Tracer Golf.

This place looks like it might be fun, and I thought my nephews would really enjoy it once the golf season ended. The fact they don’t offer gift cards, however, prevented me from getting them a dozen or so trips here over the winter off season as a birthday gift. I just got them gift cards for a well known golf store so they could upgrade a club or something, instead. What a missed opportunity.

This place is great! It is very easy to book and enter the facility. Open 24 hours, super user friendly, very clean and over all an amazing place to virtual golf. My friends and I were there late at night and had an issue with one of the bays. I emailed explaing the issue and they were quick to reply and the issue was resolved right away. I highly recommend going here!

Myself and other friends are very satisfied abiut your facility. Reasonable price and also 24/7 is amazing. One thing if Tracer can improve is turf. I wish there is softer turf for irons. Hard floor sometimes giving us too much pressure in our hands and wrists so other than that we love you????⛳????️‍♂️????️????️‍♀️????????

Awesome setup and idea. Simulator is flawless, screens are great, lighting is great. I will be going again tomorrow and I'll be booking all winter. Support staff is awesome, made an accidental booking within the 24 hour window, shot them an email and they refunded the booking within 10 minutes. Super impressed all around.

Excellent facility and very helpful and polite staff. Had a bit of an issue with recieving door code in my email and when I emailed staff they got back to me within minutes and resolved my issue immediately. Also the amount of info you gain about your golf game using this facililty and their premium simulators far surpasses any golf driving range experience. A++. I'll be back very soon with friends in tow.

Just visited for my 1st time and this place is great. Easy to access, equipment worked as described etc. Only minor complaint was it got hot in there but there were some floor fans. Suggestion to improve the experience, put up some flat screens TVs in each bay so we can catch the Raptors game in between swings :)

Really convenient, good setup. Love the overhead camera that lets you see swing path. Wish it had a few more stats to show (angle of attack, inside-to-outside or outside-to-inside, etc) but for the money there is no better value in the city.

Absolutely awful. I've been there THREE TIMES and every time I have left because their system was not working. Tonight I started off with a call to their tech support and my subsequent calls went to voice mail. I left because the simulator was unresponsive. On the other occasion they couldn't fix the system so I went home and another time again no answer from tech support and I went home. I haven't given them a bad review until this point because I wanted them to work the bugs out and succeed. I won't be back Owing to my previous experiences they had refunded me and offered me free rounds. I paid for tonight anyway, since it wasn't about the money and I am not seeking anything. It's unfortunate. I'm an avid golfer. My time and money r better spent elsewhwer. I have new clubs and I was looking forward to comparing them with my old ones. I Jumped in the car took the 401 to get there. Big mistake. Never again!
