It’s a fun place to go during COVID-19. They are clean and not too crowded since you make appointments for your time. We had two groups of 3 and had fun. The black light designs are really cool and make it different than other indoor games.

Such a great place with great employees. I went there with my group of friends and I'd 100% recommend anyone to give there a try. The golf course was a lot of fun and had many creative holes. The staff where extremely nice (rick was very helpful) and would provide any accommodations necessary for us. Defiantly will be going back soon!

I would give this place 4 or 5 stars if it was run a bit differently. The establishment itself was great. Where it loses major marks for me I how crowded it was, and the fact that we spent 2/3 of our time standing around waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. Even the group behind us would be done the previous hole by the time we started the next, which made us feel uncomfortably rushed as they stood around watching us and waiting their turn. Most of the time the three of us were squished between holes, with no space to stand and therefore getting in the way of groups ahead of and behind us. Way too many people within six feet of us for covid safety, many without masks on. It could be a much more enjoyable experience if the groups were staggered a bit more, and if the time windows were based on group size. There was a group of 8 that was stalling everyone. Groups of that size obviously need twice as much time. Since you pay per person, this would also just make sense and would keep everyone safer.

I normally get bored of these things because they are all the same and have no fun gimmicks. But this place was actually great. The folks working there were super friendly. The course is actually quite fun and has some new features and fun designs. Its also super new so its very clean and undamaged. I always wish these had more mechanical/electrical components. Still the best glow in the dark putting I've been to I think.

This place has good potential to be the best putting place in Scarborough. I had issues with the putting areas. The dips and hills in the green were hard to detect. I had the ball roll back to me sometimes and I stumbled while walking on the green. There should be some indication of a hill or dip on the green so players are prepared for the obstacles. Maybe put some arrows down to show these obstacles.

Absolute beauty of a mini gulf space and perfect spot for a fun date! Happy to see this type of establishment open up here in Scarborough. Prices are reasonable for the time you spend here and is worth it in my opinion. Must try!

Glow in the dark mini golf course was fun but not too challenging so perfect for children. Not the most creative course designs for an adult, but still enjoyable nonetheless. Friendly staff and a small, but good collection of arcade games rounds out the experience. Would recommend!

Great indoor place to do some fun mini putting. If you want the full experience, don't wear black. The indoors games was a little tight and small. They currently dj jot serve food. You must book and buy online for mini putt. Social distancing measures in effect.

It was actually so much fun that we wanted more courses to play with!!! :D unfortunately, it is really made for younger kids so each courses are short plays. Won't be going back a second time anytime soon. If you got a date, this is the place to be!

Young lady at the front was super nice, place was clean, and everyone was spaced out till about the 11th hole. The 2 groups ahead of us were hanging around at each hole for too long causing the rest of us to all hold back at the other holes and eventually bottle neck together. Been to the Putting Edge in Vaughan, but this location is much more fun to play at. Hole 17 was a hit with everyone for the slide!

Wonderful experience at putting edge! Went with a group of five including myself and had a blast. We came a bit early and played around in the arcade for a bit and enjoyed the 18 hole circuit. Shout out to Brooklyn and Emma, they were amazing workers who helped out with any of our questions and helped wherever possible. Will be back soon!

Had a great time recently. Went with a group of friends, and one of the ladies working there was very accommodating and nice. She let us know ahead of time that there's a large party ahead of us and that the wait time varied depending on how the other group played, so we know what to expect. The arcade area is quite small but we stuck around playing a bunch of games until we ran out of credit. I would definitely come back.

Nice place for photos and for beginners! The course took about 1-1.5 hours and can be shorter or longer depending on how fast the ppl in the course ahead of you are. I think the price is a bit steep compared to other mini golf places

Went here today (dec 8 around 9pm), the place is amazing. Great place to go on a date and a very unique experience. Only issue I had was one of the staff. There was a guy working at the front, absolute gentleman and professional. The lady on the other-hand was rude and giving attitude from the beginning saying you can’t just walk in you have to book in advance even though it was seemingly empty when we came in. We randomly drove by and saw it and wanted to check it out and it was not busy. And at the end something happened and we asked her for help since the guy was busy and she just blew us off. Attitude or her just having a bad day who knows.

The facility itself was nice, and my family and I had a nice time late on a Saturday night. Two reasons I won't return. 1. It took forever for us to be acknowledged by staff, despite it not being particularly busy. 2. No enforcement of mandatory mask rule. A group of five young men near us had no masks. I noted this to staff, who reminded them once - after two minutes of somewhat better compliance, the whole group removed their masks and put them back in their pockets. These guys were in the video game area directly in front of staff doing this for over 30 minutes. They were the most egregious, but mask noncompliance was rampant and unaddressed. Put in another way, don't advertise your respect for health and safety guidelines if you don't mean to follow them - that way I can make an informed decision as to whether I want to bring my business.

A nice colourful mini-golfing experience. It might be even more exciting if you guys provided a scoresheet with par, just so we can compare ourselves with the benchmarks. Maybe there could also be a list of record scores (assuming people don't cheat).

Very cool atmosphere and a fun activity to do! Definitely call to book a slot & try and avoid going on weekends or prime time otherwise you spend a lot of time waiting for the party ahead of you to finish and/or feel the pressure from the party behind you. They also give you glow sticks to wear which is super fun!

It’s an amazing fun miniature golf place, we enjoyed a lot! After the golf you can also enjoy some arcade games. We did play them all and collected 3166 tickets because we wanted to grab a drinking game listed on their prizes but when we went at the counter to redeem them, the girl on the counter said the cheers game is actually showing up as 3200 in their system whereas it was labelled as 2900 on the counter, she wasn’t ready to help in any sort and completely declined us ????, also she was not helpful at all while we were choosing the prize to take home! In short, go have fun, collect tickets but before grabbing your targeted prize make sure you to check with them if their prizes are all marked correctly! ???? And after few days and email exchanges, hats off to their customer service a big shoutout to their guest service manager, Jolene. I am happy to get the prize I wanted (photo attached). You earned the 5-star the putting edge team! ????

Yesterday, my son and I took a trip to Putting Edge's Scarborough location. We've gone tho the Vaughan location many times before, (which is a great location btw!) however, yesterday was our first time at the Scarborough location. From the time that we walked in to confirm our reservation, to the time that we left, Javani, (I really hope that I spelt your name correctly! Lol), was absolutely AMAZING!! She shone like a star, and was not only very personable but, upbeat, positive, and you could tell that she wanted each individual to enjoy their time there. You are very much appreciated! The facility was clean, the surfaces and golfing gear were disinfected regularly, the music was lively, the artwork was impeccable, and the ambiance was beyond great! Thank you once again to Javani and the team at the Scarborough location! You all are wonderful and professional people. I wish you all much success. We will definitely come back again!

Once I went there they told me to book and I couldn’t because it was after 9:30 and one time I booked and was there an hour early they told me I have to wait... imagine the service

Service Desk Lacks Serious Judgement and Professionalism. I’ve been a long-standing customer of Putting Edge and was looking forward to spending some time with family there this weekend. Unfortunately, our day started with an awful encounter at the service desk. Although we were happy to use our own pen and paper to record the score as we were told paper scorecards were not available, the woman at the desk could not stop badgering us to download the app. She did everything in her power to question our rationale and would not take no for an answer. Even after telling her that we prefer not to use our phones for accessibility reasons she continued to ask 3, 4, 5, times. She could not comprehend or accept the fact that we did not want to download the app and was clearly taking this rejection personally. After additional sarcastic remarks and a flippant apology, she welcomed us to start the course. It was not long after this that we directly observed her whining and b****ing to a friend about us over the phone. Other than that, the establishment was clean, and the course was well-maintained. Happy to provide additional details to management upon request.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The girl at the front desk offered terrible customer service. She got upset and acted childish after we hit the ball and it came out of the playing field. The ball went under a machine and they yelled at us and then expected us to get it instead of just giving us another ball. I’m thoroughly disappointed in how they treat their customers. This just happened today and I wanted to notify the owners of this issue.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! Such amazing art work, manager told me it was all done by hand. My friend and I had an amazing time. I watched how the staff was keeping everything sanitized in the arcade. The course was great! Not to hard but also not to easy. I will be telling my friend to go. Staff is excellent as well.

It's....not bad. The place is mostly run by teenagers and younger adults; it was full of younger kids when my wife and I were there. Don't get me wrong - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! However, the customer service from the younger staff leaves much to be desired for and all the young kids in there kinda made me feel old...maybe that's where the 3 star review is coming from lol. But it is a good place to go have some fun with friends or your wife. It's a little on the tighter, smaller side than some of the other putting edge facilities in the suburbs, but it gets the job done!

COVID-19 review: There are lovely covid procedures in place that limit the amount of people on the course. This allows for a lot of space and room on the courses. Definitely a lot of fun and challenges for all ages! Staff were friendly and helpful to inform us that we had to wait prior to enter the courses.

Came here as a group of 4 adults, we had a blast going through the mini golf course. We utilized the secure lockers to store our winter jackets before hitting the course. Can I just say each hole was an adventure, and um the slide...I felt like a kid again it was amazing! The staff at the front were very nice and professional, they made sure to time the entrances ensuring no overlap of guests. Clean facility with trash cans along the course which is indeed helpful. Theres also an arcade there too. Clean washrooms. We will be back!

Place doesn’t care about customers’ booking. Booked a time slot for 9pm, arrived at 8.55pm and was told that I had to wait 45 mins - 1 hr. What is the point in appointments then? Was then told they don’t give refunds. What kind of policy is that? I find it very upsetting. Employees working there was obnoxious, both said they have only been working there for a week.

I had a chance to visit Scarborough Putting Edge today, it was pretty good despite a few issues. The staff were very friendly and personable- they provided an extra mask for my friend as he did not have one on hand. The indoor golf course consists of 18 holes- each one is somewhat complex with various twists and turns. It was a good challenge that kept my friend and I engaged and competitive. My main concerns with my visit today was a) a lack of A/C in the building-- it got very hot throughout the game. And b) The music was way too loud- felt like a nightclub lol. Nice place all-in-all.

Friday night. No reservation. Was able to get one for 2300 thanks to one of the girls working the front desk. (I personally had excellent customer service). Had a blast with my friend. Pros: love the music and the glow art. Cons: the mini golf itself is on the less difficult/ intricate side. So... if you want a chill and entertaining night out? This is your spot. If you're an avid mini golfer and looking for a challenge? Then it's a pass.

The only issue with this place is that when asked for food, they barely had anything in stock for sale. Other than that, the holes were designed creatively and very well. They also had a nice amount of arcade games in the facility.

Good: Nice establishment. Nice graphics. Fun mini put holes. People will and have had fun here. My first time. Bad: The lady/worker that received us was not friendly. Despite the fact that the place was virtually dead as it had just opened she was a touch strong with her "you need a reservation" tone. Sorry if I'm cresting work for you. It was also as if she had never seen a family with a stroller before in her life. Her advice of not doing the second floor due to the stroller may likely be justified but her communication and tone needs work. Given I'm paying for this very limited experience I think friendly customer service is reasonably expected. I suspect this place isn't running rampant with customers so to the owners, please reflect
