I bought my ewheel booster from Golf Town. I lost my remote and needed a new one. Golf Town waited 2 days after I got my remote from Goliath Golf to even call me back. The service was great. I had my new remote ordered and in my possession one day later. They sent me links on how to sync the remote and everything. Wish I had bought my ewheel from Goliath Golf.

Exceptional service from Jim and his crew....I had the misfortune of having a power cart drive over my Alphard V2 trolley....shearing off the right side motor axle and bending the main axle tube.....shockingly there was no damage to my clicgear cart ( the things a beast ) ....i assumed the worst and figured i'd lost the use of the wheels trolley for at least the remainder of the season....I called Goliath and spoke to jim...I dropped the unit off the next day and went for a coffee while they took a look at the damage....an hour later i got a call....axle tube replaced, hub motor replaced ......tested....ready to go......frankly not used to this level of service....anywhere.....highly recommend Goliath for anything Alphard Ewheels or Clicgear related.....

Fantastic service! I needed a couple of screws for my cart and Golf Town suggested I contact Goliath Golf. I spoke with Jim who was extremely helpful and was certain they had the items I needed in stock. He also suggested I email him an image of the area on the cart where the screws were missing. Within minutes of me sending him the email I received a reply saying they had the parts I needed. The following day I picked up the parts and the cart is now ready to go. I bought the ClicGear cart in 2018 and have not regretted it one bit. It is effortless to push and maneuver and when I'm done it's a breeze to fold up and very compact. Would highly recommend this for any golfer. An extremely well made product.
