Concern Resident

First it was interfaithhousing it move to Greenwin now its birch housing. Being here for over 10 years and I see management after management go. They don't pay the super so hence no work get done around here . There's roaches and mice all over the building and in unit . Never seen this here before. They hire friends and family and can't get the work done . The units need fixing and all they concern is to fix the empty ones to get market rent . All these people need to be fire and get new management. Early last year they came to our unit claiming that they have extra funds and kitchen and bathroom will be fix and only few unit was fix . At times unit very cold before they not cleaning the radiator. The super can't do this work, they get rid of good super claiming they need a couple super and to this date no couple. Management rely need to come take a look . The office Is ever close . No one reply to email and no one answered the phone or call back. How are you in the office and can't open the door ? The city need to look into this . Funny how this is head office address but when you call this place Indian /middle east woman always rude and stating that's not her job. Fix this place. All they did was update the method in which they received payment. Everything is late around here . Bad management. I say fire all try no good
