The managment and superintendant bully you here. They often put elevators on service and hold the second elevator on floors not giving tenants or vistors a chance. My father is a very old man and he waited more than 25 minutes. Especially during the peak hours not even considering the elderly and people with children. Don't bother complaining they're all the same.

The management of this building is complete joke. I made tons of complaints and submit lots of maintenance forms for issues to be fixed. After one year management lady told me I didn't got anything. She made racist remark and said your people are lucky to be living in this building in first place if you have problem then go rent somewhere else. Toilet is not working since day I moved here and I can't have my basic rights or else they'll threaten to remove you from building. The management lady she's sitting in office listening to music or watching action movies with her husband and I complained to them you guys are not fixing tenant problems and just relaxing and from next day she put garbage bag on door and close lights and watch movies on speaker so no body can see her. SERIOUSLY! we are paying this much rent and she's collecting free money to show up and watch films with her husband???

The building is run by poor management.They have a tenant in 307 which screams every night till morning,guess under influence.He is too violent and aggressive many families have left because of him and no response from management.I talked to management but they said they cant do anything about him.

Very poor management and staff. Management lady Krista zans is very unprofessional and rude. when she comes to building she is eather sleeping inside office or chilling with boyfriend who is also useless. When somebody want to complain she yells and say rude stuff because she want to work minimum as possible. Everyone in building complain about this 2 people. They are living there personal lives. They should not work together in greenwin property and destroying the name of this company. I am not happy this people are very negative and give everybody hard time they are acting like they are paying our rent. All tenants I meet are complaining about that.
