Great little 9 hole coarse in the city which can easily be walked or use a cart. Food in the club house - Barsanti's is great and worth coming for even if you don't golf.

Awesome food! Great service! Amazing and friendly welcoming staff and owners! They will adjust the meal offered on the menu to your liking and request if possible. Been here plenty of times. Have had several different special events (Anniversary party, Birthday parties, first communion after church celebrations) It can go from cozy casual during the day! My dad golfs here and loves it! The staff are super friendly! Then in evening can dress casual all the way up to very dressy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable atmosphere! From the big fireplace, large windows that you can overlook the golf course or sit away from the window. Perfect for any occasion!

Two hours to get our food. And my husband's meal was lasagna...menu said served with a quarter vhicjen, a thigh and leg attached. Chicken was a dried breast. Mine was primates that was dripping with too much olive oil. I also ordered a glass of wine, received a sprite. I told her that's not what I ordered, requested the wine and never got it.

The Root, as it is now known, is a 9 hole track that was in questionable condition 15 years ago, but there is no comparison to the 2021 season. The grounds crews delivered great fairways and greens. The new owners are right on point.
