The owner bent over backwards to help with anything we needed, rooms are very nice and very clean,all ages were able to enjoy the pool and the Pavillion is the perfect set up for Reunions , and large family get together. Cannot give it anything less than five stars, lots of room for the kids to play and they have planned activities for the campers

The 1 star is for the nice gentleman who worked that night and the other one for the potential that still exists to turn this back into a real golf course. I know it's almost October but I played a course 5 days earlier where the fairways were nicer than the Sawmill greens. Many tee boxes are just dirt piles with weeds and the bunkers have turned into unattractive weed flower beds. Unfortunately the asking price for this piece of real estate is of the rocker, nobody will pay that for a dysfunctional golf course in disastrous shape. I have played on this course since it was created out of a farm field and it's slowly turning back into exactly that. Unless the ownership is realizing and recognizing the potential and is willing to infuse about a million and a half, the deterioration will continue.

It was just horrible. No wonder why no one book there anymore. Paid ~$60 for the round, and it was not worth it. I gave them four stats last year. It was not a bad course, but not anymore with the new ownership.

Obviously going through some growing pains as the golf course has not been consistently maintained and groomed over the last couple of years. I hope they're able to turn it around, it used to be a great place to play.

Don't waste your time playing here. Terrible shape and very unorganized. Hard to get a cart. Very disappointed. Used to be a nice course.

I'm not sure what's with all the negative reviews, sure there might be some things to work on, but overall the rooms are very clean and quite comfortable, the golf course is a fun link style course with scenic views and the staff is very friendly and will accommodate all your needs, I will definetly be back soon !

Place has been destroyed by new owner grass not cut in weeks weeds everywhere it’s worse than awful what a shame once a nice corse has been turned into a mess Stay away even at a buck a hole not worth it

I am being generous by giving Sawmill Creek golf course a 1 star rating. Played there on 13June2021. The greens are all brown and dead. Santraps full of weeds. Tee blocks are terrible. The one star is because they have nice golf carts !
