Wave Pool was amazing! (Food was meh, 2 kids + 2 adults we paid $225 for the deluxe family day pass) I've lived in Strathroy for 12 years and I never realized there was a cool place like this nearby! They have an awesome wave pool with huge waves that are just as big as the ocean in Nova Scotia. The kids and adults had a blast. There was 4-5 water slides that were very fun, we spent at least an hour doing water slides. One of them is a thrilling rocket slide that is safe for kids and thrilling enough to cause 3 out of 4 of us to chicken out. We went on a Monday, so the crowd was not bad at all, barely any waiting for anything. We got to do 2 rounds of go karting, batting cages, rock climbing, bumper cars, golf driving range, wave pool and water slides. The negative: pricing is very complicated and confusing. We bought the top package of day pass and still didn't get to do mini putt for some reason. The food was very bland and low quality. We bought burgers and they didn't even have lettuce or tomatoes or pickles or cheese - it was literally a burger buns and a meat patty. Fried were ok, onion rings were not great. Food price was ok. The inside area has seating above the arcade - or you can sit outside at big picnic tables. My daughter felt like it would have been better if there was a real pool not just a wave pool. There's a splash pad for little ones. Over all we had a great time, we spent 5-6 hours there for $225 for 4 people, we could have stayed a couple longer but we were all tuckered out from the wave pool and climbing the water slide stairs!

I have golfed here on many occasions as it is relaxing and the course has enough par 3 holes to make you more successful. It sports a driving range and practice green. A coupon book with 8 bogo available which also allows one to play Westminister and the Ridge also in London. Many activities for kids with go carts and a water park which I have not visited personally. I was told a brandnew wavepool will be completed this year no doubt a southwestern Ontario attraction in the making. The club has 3 beers on tap and food may be ordered from the snack bar. A big patio is at your disposal after your round. Eastpark is a mature course especially for everyday golf, not for some friends I have who find it too easy

TONS of fun for the whole family. Kids loved it and so did we. Not too expensive either. For waterpark admission, 3 rounds on the go karts and lunch we spent about $120 for 4 people.

Great location whether you want to enjoy the water park with family, or enjoy 18 holes or a driving range. The Gokarts have been a staple in my childhood upbringing, enjoying many outings ripping along the track. I remember when they upgraded the track to include the overpass/underpass, I was ecstatic! Although that was like 20+ yrs ago now lol

The food and drinks are surprisingly good, the waterpark is lacking, particularly in accessible options (not allowed to use your own flotation devices in the pool and the ones they rent are way too large, no water wheelchairs, and the wave pool is very aggressively wavy, no family change rooms that I could see). The waterslides are generally pretty good if you like fast and tall ones.

Went to play mini-golf. Signs weren't clear as to where to go to get golf stuff and it was difficult to tell if they were open or not without going "into" the park. The mini-golf was good and the two course offered a very different experience. The price was good for the time we spent too. The decor of the courses leaves a little to be desired, but we had fun. We only had issues with one hole where our balls got stuck in the tubes. Overall good time, but the place could use some organization and sprucing up.

It's unfortunate what East Park has become... I visited on a weekend during the morning and played a round of mini putt on the golf pro (harder of the two), visited the driving range, the go-carts, and the intercity arcade. Mini-putt; the course is very much dated, and could very much benefit from some restoration. -They have since changed go-carts to time based, rather than lap based, depending on who your racing, you probably get about an average of 5 laps. -The arcade is a joke. If you want an arcade, go to social bowl or the rec room, because you will be very disappointed with East Parks arcade. During my visit, about 80% of the machines were out of order, many machines not labeled as out of order. -Food: I had a "Jumbo" hot dog, jumbo would not be the term I use to describe what I received, and for $3.50, I guess I expected more. I remember visiting East park in the past, and unfortunately, it's not nearly what I remembered enjoying many years ago.

Our kids really enjoyed going to the park and they had a blast both at the splash pad and the wave pool. One small thing was the price they charge for adult admission versus kids admission . Even if you are just there to supervise your kids while they play.

Very unorganized considering they knew they had a few schools on field trips. Nothing was set up upon our arrival and the slides and waterpark were not functioning until after 11am and went down a second time in the afternoon for a good 30 min. Kids were not offered another activity due to their mechanical difficulties or any type of refund.

I took my daughter to east park earlier today, we planned on going a round of go-karts and then driving range a bucket of balls. We parked (fortunate enough to actually find a spot because it was so busy/full.) After parking we walked to the "in-ten-city" building at the back of the park to buy our go kart ticket only to find ourselves dangerously surrounded by people 90 plus percent of which we neither wearing masks (we were) nor practicing safe social distancing. The line for the go-karts went from the gates where you enter to basically where you buy the ticket at the booth in the "in-ten-city" building a solid hour wait, likely longer With the delta variant of covid-19 said to be as contagious or more so than chicken pox or the common cold we need to be vigilant. My daughter and I ended up leaving and going somewhere else for our daddy-daughter fun day, we had a terrific day.

East Park is really the only place to go and enjoy an amusement park outside Toronto. It’s good clean fun for everyone. Golf, water park, pool, water slides, batting cages, arcades, bumper cars, go karts and more! Prices are reasonable for what you get as well. The Go Karts keep my son and I coming back all the time! I will say there needs to be a little TLC in a few areas (slides you feel more that you should), bathrooms are not the cleanest, and the food needs improvement as well (dry burgers/dogs/chicken strips). This is my opinion but shared by others I have talked to as well.

The batting cages were so inconsistent for my nephew hitting the ball some just hit the ground others way too high not even full grown adult could hit. Disappointed as he just wants to hit balls not be tested on his strike zones

Bloody expensive. Cost me $200 for 2 kids a toddler and myself. I didn't partake in anything except splash pad with my toddler. Wait times were decent, staff was diligent. Food I wanted to order wasn't available had to "heat it up" halfway through the day. Slushies weren't ready either. Having to walk all the way around from the food area was a huge pain with all the kids and our wagon and stroller. Not sure why since everyone is close together in the entire place. Distancing wasn't enforced but entry from the food was? Many families tried to sneak through the gate and went on their way and were sent back around. A warning would have been enough. Nitpicky. We all screened when we arrived. Kids had fun, was packed, staff is well trained for safety. Would go again but not do everything in one day. Batting cages weren't working properly and no one there to maintain. Ticket booth employee closed to help once and still wouldn't work right so we gave up. The kids had fun for sure but definitely not worth the price point.

In need of serious upgrading.. lost count of how many games are out of order.. 2 of the 4 batting cages had broken machines and 1 would pitch but you had to wait 5 minutes between pitches. The patio furniture on the main deck was DISGUSTING.. seriously, invest in some new stuff, wouldn't hurt to maybe clean it once in a while either.. overall, a disappointing experience...

I would definitely recommend it for fun and excitement. Playing games over there was fun but people are not wearing masks and not following the social distance practices. Lines are very long to get involved into activities like go cart. Water park is fun but in covid it's risky because this place is totally overcrowded.

We went to East Park for the batting cages. That was great. We had them all to ourselves for most of the time. Bats and helmets were provided. There are so many other things to try here. Tip: if you're coming for the batting cages, avoid coming right when the waterpark opens otherwise there can be a long wait in line.

Can't beat the slides and splash pad. But you also get the go kart track, mini golf and a real 18 hole golf course. Or you could just stick with hit a few at the driving ranges.

I loved it. Good fun for both kids and adults. If you purchase a package take note of what is included. I ended up purchasing tokens that were already included in my package but they were helpful and did not hesitate to give me a refund when i brought it to their attention.

If I were to describe my entire East Park experience in one word, I would say mediocre... Scratch that, it would be disappointing. The burgers were meh, the staff was kind of friendly and kind of rude, the pop was so watered down, the prices were outrageous...I could go on - but all I will say is meh, maybe go see a movie instead.

Me and my Mother went to east park and the prices are ridiculous. the water slides are so expensive it was 72 dollars for just me and my Mother to go on them it is a fun place but not when the prices are so high please lower them or people will not want to go. also some of the staff are not very good at their job. i saw a kid who was 13 years old get asked to put a life jacket on by a lifeguard even though he was old enough to not have one.

Fun but expensive admission for what is offered. Lots of waterslides and lifeguards attending, but also very long lines just to wait for a floaty to go wait in line again for the slide.. I reccomend going through the week like I did, it was busy but I couldnt imagine how busy it would be on a weekend. I will be back!

Took a party of men here for a buddy's bachelor party for a few hours to slug some golf balls and ride the go karts. The go karts were meh, but the driving range was alright. This place would be really great if you wanted to unload some money and entertain a group of younger kids for an afternoon.

Had a great day with the kids. The water park was awesome for a half day and the go karts were a blast. Not the cheapest place to go but a fantastic experience. The water park was better than I thought it would be (wally world was my go to back in the day). I wish you didn't have to carry your tubes up the stairs as I had to juggle 3 haha but staff was friendly and it was a lot of fun.

Awful experience today! Way over crowded, nothing but standing in line to access the slides area from the wave pool side. When you pay almost $140 for a family of 4 to use all the water amenities, to then be restricted to only the wave pool area because of capacity limits seems pointless to even pay to use slides or even bother coming at all! Wait in lines to then wait in more lines. Save your money, time and sanity! !!

Celebrated my son's 12th birthday with his little brother and cousins driving the go-kart track. Was so much fun! Just smiles and laughter. A great outdoor activity to do during these times of restrictions. 4/5 stars only because I find the price a little steep. If it was a little cheaper, we'd be coming more often but as is its a once in a blue moon activity.

Splash pad is good as well as new wave pool. Do not waste time and money in their arcade. Many token games are broken, some games required cash (claw game). Building was hot. My point, do not waste money in their arcade. It has seen better days.

Place is fun, but some serious flaws in their management. and Safty systems they have forced me to give them a 1 star rating. First all let me say I've been going here for years several time a year. we are a family of 5, 3 children. Today Aug 26th 2018 I purchased water park admission and go kart passes as I had on 2 previous times this summer, when we tried to get on the karts one of the employees asked my youngest son how old he was my son answered 8 truthfully and the employee said my Son was too young, hears where the safety issue was, on 2 previous times this summer my son has been here and driven the go karts no problem. this time however he was denied which broke his heart. I went to the Managment at east park and explained the situation, said that my son had been allowed to ride on 2 separate occasions this summer and this time denied, I began to explain that there was obviouly an issue with the policy or the training of the staff here because he was allowed to drive before, however I did not get that far as I was rudely cut off by the Manager " Let me just ask you 2 questions?" how tall Is your Son, how old is your son? sorry he is not allowed to drive I raised my Voice and said again that this has broke my Sons heart, to which he condescending replied Really? So this time I yelled at him you broke my Son F------ heart at which point he kicked us out. So here's to safety issue number 2 I took my family around the other side of the building and was immediately able to slip into the water park entrance, since I had already purchased the braclets. as I was smugly enjoying watching my kids have fun I got to thinking of, it was this easy for me to sneak in not 5 min after being kicked out how hard would it be for someone who wants to cause real harm.. I know it's kind of cliche for me to post this after sneaking back in but I don't care, be warned people there is inadequate training for staff offered here and it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurts badly.

East Park has been around for a long time and they keep adding to their array of attractions. There's an executive golf course, go carting, wall climbing, driving range, miniature golf, and water park. You can hold company tournaments and use their picnic area to relax. I have been going here since I was just a little kid and always have good memories. I recommend this as a good family day adventure or a quick round of golf.

I'm writing this review for my boss who doesn't have a google account: We are sad now that East Park is going to be closed for the season real soon because it was a nice place to take my child who has special needs. The staff was always ALWAYS helpful, and they always wanted to make sure my son had a good time. They really practice the philosophy of inclusion.

A slightly overpriced but fun place overall but avoid the absolute joke of an arcade. If the machine doesn't eat your tokens in the first place you'll be lucky if the game even works. Mini golf, waterpark, batting cages, etc is fun. Go karts are really overpriced.

Never ending fun with great prices. Golf is surprisingly challenging for a short course that is very well maintained. For a city course you will be surprised at the nature and quiet atmosphere once you get away from the clubhouse.

Driveing Range is GREAT. I can go hit 30-40 golf balls for 10 Bucks making EAST PARK one of my New favorite places in London to Blow off steam. P.s. the guy renting the clubs dosent seem like he wants to be there. Overall I will go back and want people to check this place out.

Always friendly & courteous staff. The mature course is well maintained in a picturesque setting. A simple course @ first glance, the varied holes allow for use of long & short clubs throughout the course; a good test of one's skill.

Good little course.. mostly par 3's on the front, couple 4's on the back. Great for practicing control and short game.... They can be busy in the Summer as this location also has a water park, rock climbing, mini golf, driving range etc.. They also have a great little restaurant for in between the front and back nine selling the usual fare of burgers, fries, sandwiches and of course drinks.

Went to play golf on Friday August the 12th at 5 PM. Teed off and got three holes in before it sadly began to rain. Went back to clubhouse to be informed we would not receive a reimbursement or a voucher for a few holes on another day. Lady at desk was very cordial and informed me I could call David Heald the "club pro" to discuss the matter further. Spoke to Mr. Heald and he informed that I had in fact golfed more holes then I claimed. I find it amazing this man has the ability to know how many holes i had golfed. His talents are wasted as a club pro at a terrible golf course. He should be giving military advise and informing global policy as he can clearly see past events he has no involvement in. For keeping this man and his amazing ability to see the past with 20/20 vision even though he wasnt present from using his abilities to a good end, I unfortunately have to give East Park gardens a 1 star review. This man needs to get a job at CSIS or maybe even NASA. He may be able to see the future as well? Only time will tell! Anyway save your money and go to any of the public courses in London they are much better courses and give rainchecks without delay as long as it rains.

Here with a group, we opted for the "build your own pass" and did the go karts, batting cage and bumper cars. Everything was a lot of fun and the staff was very relaxed and helpful. Some of the facilities are a little dated and so everything wasn't necessarily operating at peak performance but the activities were still very enjoyable. I never played baseball and the batting cage was great!

East Park is London staple. They have great staff and great facilities! This executive golf course is really well kept and was a pleasure to play. It was a fun round without being overly challenging. I was impressed with all of the other things that kids would love like the water park and go karts.

Walked in to pay for a round of golf, and noticed two young girls behind the counter laughing loudly and playing thier cell phones. They didn't acknowledge me for half a minute! Then I was treated to an unfriendly tone of voice while paying my hard earned cash. What was the person thinking that hired them? Very unprofessional.

East Park is the best! I went there earlier this week for a work function and got this bracelet that let me do everything there. I also lost my keys in the chaotic fun and they were able to locate them and get them to me. They also fixed my carabiner so it worked better than it did before I lost it! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My boyfriend and I had a blast at East Park yesterday. Waterslides, wave pool go karts, mini golf and bumper cars. Amazing , friendly staff. The hours seem a bit cut short for the waterpark as it closes at 7pm during the summer everyday, also the lockers here are just a money grab. Wave pool and Splash pad pass was well worth it. Had a beautiful afternoon, staff was really nice and the equipment had something for all age ranges. However, there are some minor maintenance needs. The change room was plagued with an awful smell due to leaky plumbing, and the life jackets had mildew/mold. Will return in the future to experience the rest of the park for sure ???? (For life jackets, a 2/3 water and 1/3 hydrogen mix poured over the black marks and in sun for half hour will allow it to be scrubbed out real easy.)

So pricy but so worth spending a day here in the summer if you have kids. They’re a bit silly with the “stay with parents”rules at the wave pool but the fun that you can have on the go kart track kind of makes up for it. They could certainly stand to put a bit more money into helmet upgrades on the kart circuit.

I come here with my kids each summer. Play mini putt and water slides. They did add that wave pool last summer gave it a try but its always so packed that its almost a safty issue for me so we don't spend to much time in it. The food takes forever just a heads up we were in line 30 min before we ever got to order and then a 10min wait for our order so make sure your doing the food in one shot. Water slides were fun and the wait time wasnt to bad .

East park has been around for a long time and in certain areas, you can definitely tell. Having said that, there are some new additions like the wave pool. Best value is definitely getting a day pass, as doing individual activities can quickly add up. Activities include golf, mini golf, foot golf, driving range, batting cages, go karts, wall climbing, and all the water park things including slides and wave pool.

I did two things with my young children...Mini golf and go karting. Mini golf was really cheap for the kids but very worn down. It was worth the cost in my instance but I can't imagine myself paying any more as the kids get older. Somewhere like the mini golf on Adelaide is much cleaner and nicer. Go karting is expensive. It's fine and enjoyable but I find it priced way too high.

We go to east park as a family 3 or 4 times a year. My kids Go to Golf camp there every year for 3 to 4 weeks. Their staff is incredible. The kids really enjoy the Professional Golf Instructors there, and every year their game seems better and better. Its a great course to learn how to play golf. At the same time my kids have done the Junior Fun camps in previous years and had a great time. Well done East park and Thank you from our entire family for servicing us. :)

First time back in years. Was disappointed after purchasing ahead that we had to wait in line with other customers who hadn't. As such the wait to enter the park was over 20 minutes. Not enough seating and lounge amenities on site, we resorted to finding a patch of grass. The slides and wave pool were fun but a bit underwhelming for the price you pay and compared to other water parks in the province in the same pricing point.

Had a tee time on Sunday and it was very very busy and there were some issues with our round. We never got to finish it and we were very upset. Left messages and emails for Dave to get in touch and he did! Dave is a stand up guy and went out of his way to make it right, which he did in a very prompt fashion. I would recommend East Park to anyone from established golfers to newbies. We will definitely be going back.

This is the only amusement park within London. It is a small park for sure but also a good place in your locality if you have nothing for the day and plan on going out with your kids, it needs to be upgraded for sure. They recently got the wave pool installed and the patio is reserved for people who buy food within the park that sucks. The golf Course is awful, rest of it just good for one visit. Cheers

The go-karts are really expensive for such a small track and only ten minutes of riding. Comparing it to other places, it isn’t necessarily that high but still not great. We also did their mini put course and it was alright. The holes were elevated so you had to hit the ball hard enough to not be affected by the ridges but if you want a bit of an extra challenge, this could be good for you.

Pricey, but good experience. Batting cages seem a bit run down, bring your own bat if you want hand grips/tape. They Re-issued tokens for ones that the machine ate. At least two of the cages had out of order settings. Mini golf was very fun for the kids and well kept.

I am happy to say that the staff at East Park went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the end. You could tell they cared about our experience and wanted to make it up to us. Catering review: do NOT get them to cater your event. Food came out slowly, they seemed disorganized. Steaks on a bun - the steaks were tiny, covered maybe half the bun. Chicken on a bun : chicken was a decent size but no mayo as a condiment? I had to use ketchup and mustard on a chicken burger. I wouldn’t have ordered the chicken had I known. Or brought my own mayo lol. Drink station was constantly empty. With new pop being brought out in beer pitchers on a golf cart so, flat very quickly and with a group of 60 people or more 6 pitchers of pop was gone instantly and you’re stuck waiting for the next round. The park itself is great, but the food was really the disappointment in our event. Cook yourself or hire someone else.

We booked our son for day camp for a week of Aug 2- 6th 2021. On Wednesday of that week, my son and his group were told to leave the water park early at 2:45pm. He was scheduled in park activities until 4pm. I spoke to Alon (he didn't identity himself as general manager). He said they had turned away the public earlier in the day. When I arrived after 4:00 p.m, the park was packed with people. Why wouldn't prepaid customers have priority over the general public coming in? I have not been told why a camper such as my son (who has already prepaid to be in the park) would have to keep himself busy in the pickup waiting area for over an hour. If I booked and prepay for a birthday party, would they tell us that we have to leave early if the general public wants to come in to use the park? At the end of the day it was only a little over an hour. It's the principle that counts.

East Park has expanded alot over the years, they offer some great attractions for kids. Go Karting, mini golf, bumper cars and a great water park, lots to offer here. The doggy water days they do are amazing as well. Prices are a little high, but a fun entertaining day is almost always guaranteed. Only thing I've never tried here is the golf course, but have heard good things from people I trust regarding golf courses.

Waited 45 minutes in the blazing hot before we even made it to the admission window..maybe open and pay 2 or 3 more people at the admission gate, especially when each group going through takes up to five minutes building their package. This is the second summer that I have taken my son to East Park for their junior golf summer camp. Once again, he LOVED it! The instructors were very attentive and during his two separate one week sessions, he learned a lot about the game of golf and how to improve his play. The mornings were entirely focused on golf (on the course, on the range, putting, etc.) ; but the afternoons were all about just having fun ... on the waterslides, go karts, batting cages, etc. My son loved it. As a parent, I felt very comfortable leaving him there all day under the guidance of the instructors and camp counselors. He has already told me that he wants to go back for golf camp in 2016! Thank you to the team at East Park!

Horrible experience. Purchased tickets online to save time at the park. Had to wait 45 minutes in the same line as everyone else with my 3 1/2 year old. No changing facilities available to accommodate toddler for changing/poop in swim diapers in Wave Pool area. Only portajohns. My girlfriend was told to use these by the manager. She says is against the health code if there is a stationary washroom available for use. She is a Nurse. Washrooms were located on the other side of the park. These washrooms could not be accessed after the park closed access to the splash pad from the Wave Pool. Had to walk to another location in the gaming area if we needed to use change area/toilet. We purchased tickets for the Splash Pad and Wave Pool only. We were not able to access this area when we wanted to use it because they sold too many tickets. Way over capacity. Day camps running took up more spaces. Over 45 minute wait for splash pad area to open up. No portable hand washing stations available after using the go-carts or sanitizer. No rules or instruction given before use of the go-carts. They didn't even physically check seat belts were secured. Got rear ended 3x in the pit area because of go-cart crash. Staff did not get the drivers to stop before pileup. I did not use my other ride ticket, too concerned for our safety. My girlfriend waited over an hour for food. Her and her daughter said they couldn't get tubes. People holding onto them. So mismanaged. Went to use washrooms in gaming area before leaving. Broken games, broken soap dispenser in washroom, no soap. Complained to manager, I asked her name and position, she wouldn't disclose her name until I told her that if she was a manger, it was very unprofessional. It was evident the park was run by a bunch of teenagers with minimal training and experience. Park Assistant Manager was just as ignorant. I will be sending an email to higher management. USE AT OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!

We drove from Windsor to this place and expected a little more to be honest. From the pictures it looked a lot better then it did when we got there. And the water area was so expensive for an entire family to go its crazy. And it includes nothing else. Half of the arcade machines were broken when we went or they stole our change. being going to East Park since 1972. Golf course usually in good shape. Better then some of the city courses. Combo of easy holes and a few tough ones. A good course for those learning the game. Driving range a different story. The balls they use must be from 1972 as well. All old and cut up. That's why only 4 stars overall

Save yourself some money and take your kids to sports world or any other place really.... the employees are very young and have 0 customer service ethics. The cost here is outrageously overpriced for the quality of the amendments! The layout of the park is terrible and the hunt for washrooms was ridiculous. Over all this waterpark was a wash out!!

The prices were good, the park was fun but they need more tubes.. three of the slides require you to use a tube and most of the time there were not any tubes available.. people would hold on to the tubes and keep going on the slide. They should take the tubes when you get to the bottom and give to the next person in line.

It's a fun place, (only some parts).. if you wanna have a ton of fun, don't go to East Park though, go somewhere where it's worth it,. The wave pool isn't even deep, and apparently it's the biggest in Ontario, but the one in Hamilton is way bigger, and plus @EastPark, if you want more visits, patch the Bullet and Caterpillar waterslides, they can be fun, but after a few times your back gets totally rubbed off cuz the ruts in the slides are huge, and the Caterpillar sucks more though, I basically stopped right in the middle of it! Not likely coming back.

We visited the water park at the end of July with friends from out of town and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The stairs leading up to the waterslides were dirty with hair and masks that were just left for us to walk by each and every time and we were there for 3 hours. The waterslides themselves have seen better days.... On the outside of the carpet slide all you saw was a built up of dirt and considering they have been closed due to the pandemic there should be no excuses why they couldn't do a deep clean everywhere. (and keep it up through out the season ). The woman's washroom had no working locks on the toilet stalls and you had to hold the door closed which was very annoying. The park has huge potential but we will not return until we see some big changes on CLEANLINESS.

Went into the wave pool with my 8 year old nephew and he had a blast getting knocked down by the waves. Seems like some of the splash pad was off but there was so much to it, that it didn't really matter. Saw a gopher which was pretty awesome. Proces are really good too!

Good establishment overall. Many indoor and outdoor activities suitable most age groups, but seems better for kids or families. Water park is their most recent upgrade, brand new wave pool! Bumper cars, go carts, arcade and jungle gym are also on the property. If your into golf the driving range is nice, a little short though (300ish). It's double sided so you have to watch not to hit people on the other side. The mini put is fun, but starting to show its age, in need of some updates. I have never played full 18 holes, but have heard its nice and on the easy side. Last I heard they offer course and training as well. You will definitely be able to find something to do here on a nice afternoon.

I have not picked up a golf club in a few years but made this course my choice to play a round with a business associate. The course was very well maintained and enjoyable to play. The staff are very friendly and my experience has awakened my interest in playing more often. What a great way to get back into playing! Very affordable and still a good challenge.

BBQ area was great. Activities are fun. The water park splashpad could use some repairs and updates but the slides and wavepool are fun. The only real issue I had with my visit today was that a couple of stalls in the women's washroom were out of toilet paper and it was also out of paper towels. I let the staff know and three hours later the supplies had not been restocked yet.

Guess the gm at east park doesn't like hearing the truth myself my two kids and my babysitter where all at east park this past Sunday where my son sustained an injury I was told it was not that bad of a cut on his knee and that they had done what they needed to make sure he was ok by Monday night he started having all these funny symptoms fever exhaustion loss of appetite ect at first I thought ok he may be coming down with a virus so I gave him some Tylenol to prevent the fever from getting worse well by Tuesday his fever had gone up to 103 he was lethargic could barely move his head off of the pillow he had to be rushed to hospital by ambulance on his way there they had him hooked up to the monitors where they noticed extreme elevated heart rate blood pressure and he was barely able to concentrate on what they where saying they where extremely concerned when we got there they did blood work and some other tests which at first they thought was an apendex issue so they sent him for an ultrasound during that time they noticed and myself an off smell coming from his bandaid when removed we noticed an extremely bad infection that had discharge coming from it and started spreading that's when they realized where all my son's random symptoms came from Wednesday when everything had died down I contacted the gm at east park he assured me it would be investigated well then today when he called back he tried saying that everything was done properly and that he was willing to offer passes to come back for free well when a child has such a traumatic experience why would they want to go back I said I wanted a refund he wouldn't even offer one when I went to call back after our conversation had been cut off my number was blocked which leads me to believe this isn't the first time a situation had happen like this so now I have called the hospital and asked for my son's medical record from the other day and am going to file a lawsuit against the gm of the park if you are not willing to do what's right to rectify the situation guess I'll have to

The go-kart was overpriced at $20and the tracks were quite bumpy... the karts are too old and too slow... not impressed! Our kart stopped 1 minute into the ride and we lost about 3mins due to the breakdown of our go-kart and had to swap rides... in the end the staff didn't even give us any extra time as a compensation... oh well... not impressed!

We go to Eastpark every year, and always have a blast. Our experience today, was unpleasant. During COVID-19 you would think they would have staff cleaning the bathrooms and maintaining them, they were beyond disgusting… even without COVID-19 it was horrible, I get going out to these things during pandemic time is it’s own risk, but if a beach can maintain their bathrooms, I would think eastpark could do the same!! My kids even thought they were gross and didn’t want to use the bathrooms. We waited in line for over an hour to order food, it was busy but we waited, and it seemed as though every order was messed up, the pop I ordered was watered down, and when I requested a new one, they said “oh ya that pop is gone” - then why when I ordered it, did you still pour it? It was light brown. My partner when you the bathroom and there was a little boy, who was part of one of the day camps who was sitting alone huddled by himself not knowing what to do just holding his small bag of clothes, when my partner approached a lifeguard and said it wasn’t right this kid was sitting alone, he only responded “oh he is with a group he is ok” I can tell you I wouldn’t recommend sending my young child there for day camp after seeing that, as a parent we expect our child is being cared for and watched the entire time. Our overall experience today was not good and we will not be returning this year, which is very unfortunate. The only staff we saw were teenagers who don’t care about anything which is suppose is typical for their age but it is very disappointing to see and experience these things.

Litererly 10 people in line for the go-karts, yet it takes an hour to get on. Very inefficient in how it is run..had to wait for everyone to finish and get out of the track's before letting people grab their helmets (which took about 15 minutes until everyone had found one). If you had 1 more staff they could organize the next individuals who are about to ride instead of having to wait 15 minutes in-between rides. Also a bit expensive for such a short ride.

Kristen and Justin took such good care of us. They did an exchange for us so that we could do another round of go carts. Super polite and friendly. Absolutely an asset to The East Park Team. We visited this park more for the waterslide and go carting attraction rather than the golf course - and while I have to say the attractions are great and of high quality, I found the pricing to be a bit high and the age/height restrictions to be a bit prohibitive for my kids to be able to enjoy the whole park and facilities.

Go karts are snail slow but good for the little ones. Course is decent would be perfect for higher speeds. Water park is pretty sweet. Kids climber needs to have one in and out entrance exit. Didn't realise my child came out and was looking for me. Hard to see where they are or what going on in there.
