Came in to buy a few sets full sets. Spent 10mins standing around the used clubs while the owner chit chatted with friends about vacations. Asked another staff member for prices on sets that didn't have pricing and was told I need to speak with Tony. Well after another 5 mins Tony was done his chat, I tried to get his attention but he diassapeared to the back. At that point I was done standing around and left. I really wanted to support a local business but Golf Town welcomed me the second I came in the store and basically gave me white glove service. Edit - came back a week later (July 15) to give a local business another chance. The young man who helped me was extremely helpful. Asked a lot of great questions, made suggestions, and I ended up grabbing a set of irons.

Excellent store with great staff. Was just in the store for some tees, a new sharpie and to have my putter bent flatter. They said hope the adjustment helps and didnt charge for the putter! They will always have my business.

Dropped of two Vokey's for re-gripping with MCC Align grips. One is spot on and the other is noticeably mis-aligned. The owner offered to have my club picked up and repaired but ultimately I decided to go with another service provider. Good communication and fast reply's though.

Friendly staff!! Very helpful.. Store is more like a warehouse then a retail store. Untidy and cluttered, but some prices are a little better then Golf Town. But that isn't easy to beat!! Good turn around time on golf club work. i.e. new grip installation. Usually a positive experience..

Visited the booth at the Niagara golf show. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable, helpful and the prices were amazing. Felt welcomed and helped even during a busy show weekend. Ended up with a driver and two new pairs of shoes for a rediculously great price. Will keep me away from the Forzani conglomerate for another season. Thanks guys!

Provided them with a deposit for a new set of irons and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery at the shop, and by the gentleman that did my club fitting. After hearing nothing for EIGHT weeks I went back to the store to find out where my clubs were. The Manager said that they just received an email from Mizzuno that morning saying that the clubs are going into production (what are the odds of that happening!!!). I was then told it will probably be another two weeks before the clubs arrive. If they were up front with the actual timelines for getting new clubs I would not have purchased the equipment this year and would have waited until March of next year. If you're fine with giving a company money with no expectation of receiving the goods you paid for, then I'd highly recommend Niagara Golf Warehouse.

Competitive pricing on pretty much all major brands. I recommend you get fitted for clubs before purchasing. Huge advantage in performance. NGW fitting price is very reasonable, and it's a solid experience. And if you buy the clubs from them they will deduct the price of the fitting. Excellent!

The guys there are thoroughly versed in all aspects of golf. Dave has a great way in his golf lessons to help you make the adjustments you need to help your game. They have a fantastic set up for properly customizing your clubs and an excellent selection of qualify clubs and accessories at reasonable prices. If they can help fix this 63 year old hacker improve by more than 10 strokes they can help you.They also have two state of the art golf simulators where you can get indoor lessons or rent time for personal practice. Also you can play one of the many PGA courses.

I would not recommend getting a club fitting at Niagara Golf Warehouse to anyone. Everything that was told to me when I went for my fitting was false information. After my fitting, when I got home, I went online to find that I was lied to throughout my fitting. (Keep in mind I'm a single digit handicap, not a beginner) I was told the ideal 7-iron launch angle was 20 degrees, where mine was 15.5. So he then fitted me into high launch shafts. I go home to find the PGA tour average launch angle for a 7-iron is 15-16 degrees.... I was also given a KBS shaft and was told it was a STIFF shaft weighing 110grams. When I went to order them, I found that KBS only makes that shaft in a regular flex.... Very disappointed in all this misleading information. Waste of $55. Do not recommend to anyone.

I'm a new golfer and wanted a cover for my driver and I didn't want to spend alot of money at the time when I bought it, I went here thinking I could get a better price the worker there accused me of stealing my driver and said my driver should of came with a cover. This place is a waste of time and ageist I won't be coming back here. And I warned my friends who are avid golfers not to go here.

When I went here as a rookie all they kept talking to me about is price. They weren't any help at helping me find the size of club I needed (I'm tall so its difficult to be fitted) would not suggest going here, I had alot more pleasurable experience at Golf Town

Made the mistake of going to golftown to get my regripping done. They messed up terribly and I needed my clubs back ASAP. Called NGW and they saved all my grips and put extra wraps underneath and had them back within 3 days at the beginning of the season. Great service.
