My wife and I bought a used SUV from this dealership this past December . After we got the vehicle home we discovered a problem with the rear entertainment system. This February when I finally had a chance for them to look at it - they provided a loaner vehicle for my family which is no small matter as we live three hours away. The salesman took time in the evening to return my SUV after repairs were completed . This dealership went well beyond normal expectations !

Big shut out to Don M and Susan B, I needed a temp vehicle while mine was getting fixed. They didn't had their lower rate available at the time but gave me the next one, at the same price as the lower one. Also, my car was fixed and it was about 40 mins pass the time limit for the extra day charge, they didnt charge me the extra day. Also, a real friendly interaction with both of them. Anytime I need to rent a vehicle, I defiently come back here and recommend to everyone as well .

I believed when I bought a brand new vehicle that I needed to use the dealership for absolutely everything . I had some work to do, as well as an SGI repair from a hit and run. I called in, booked my vehicle, needed a rental, needed body work. I have a busy schedule and wasn't sure how to manage it all. I talked to Susan who basically arranged everything. She got my rental over to Queen City so when my husband arrived it was seemless. All the stress was out of the situation . I am so grateful for all that was done . Thank you

We had our vehicles inspected here after moving to the province on the recommendation of a local mechanic and were extremely disappointed with the business. Our vehicles had both just been inspected in Ontario with no issues, and we were called on a number of ridiculous things - including not being able to see the VIN through the windshield (when it is clearly visible on the frame) and requiring us putting a new windshield on. Our other vehicle had a rock chip in the frame and we were told it would require a whole new frame. Two of our vehicles cost $4000 in parts and labour before passing inspection, while the other we took elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that the automotive industry is riddled with so much inconsistency and corruption, and it creates a difficult situation for newcomers to the province. I would recommend looking elsewhere for SGI safety inspections.

Played us around took almost a week to get papers exchanged for purchasing a new trailer that we'd agreed on price.. They'd tell you they've sent them but once we contacted our leasing company they failed to do so until the last minute when the deal was off. Theses guys aren't very eager to sell you anything and will keep you on the line just because they can. Took us one day to clear with another company and got exactly what we wanted. Don't waste your time, these guys gotta wake up.

Excellent customer service while working with Aggrey. I wasn't sure I was ready to commit to a van.. or a Dodge caravan for that matter but with the fair trade in value and working with us on budget, we couldn't pass it up. We are very pleased with the service given, Aggrey even ran me through how the vehicle works before I took it home, which was a new experience for me. I also love how Wheat Country will let you take the vehicle over night if you are serious about it. It is also reassuring that they offer 3 months or 5000km guarantee on their used vehicles, which says alot about the business and how they honor their deals.

I baught my car from What Country Motors a couple of years ago. I take it there for regular services and maintenance, they have been really friendly and accommodating throughout. I love my vehicle, it's been running great so far, no issues. They are always willing to give me rides to and from my work while the car is in service. Very friendly and professional. A friend of a friend recommended WC and I am very glad! I had not heard of WC before as I usually rent from the usual branded car rental companies when in Regina. I will definitely go back to WC, although I wish WC had airport or "anywhere" pickup and drop-off like their competition. I had excellent service especially from Don M and the young man in Service (name?). Great pricing and driving experience in the well-maintained 2014 vehicle. I highly recommend WC!

Highly recommended for customer service Rented a 15 passenger van for the weekend and had some mechanical troubles along the way. The rental manager personally drove several hours to us on the labour day weekend and delivered us a working van, saving the day and the whole weekend trip for all of us. Hard to find the respect and customer service we were provided with these days. Can't recommend them enough and will be spreading this widely in my social media. Five stars doesn't seem like enough.

I dropped into the service department to see if they could fit me the same day to deal with my brake light problem. They didn't have an opening for several days. I explained that my vehicle was my work truck, and I really needed it now. They squeezed me in and an hour later I was on the road and off to work. I've dealt with a lot of shops, over the years, and they could all take a lesson from Wheat Country Motors. If I could give them 6 stars instead of 5... I would. Awesome service.. you guys RAWK!

We brought a 2017 Dodge Journey, the whole process was exceptional from start to finish; taking less than 2 hours. We dealt with Bob, who guided us through the process and he also made us aware that we could purchase extra warranty on our new car. Deal here at your own risk. Leased a trailer 10 years ago lease paid out 4 years ago and lien never cleared. Now if it had not been for the fact that insurance renewal came up, and even though I had made numerous attempts to handle this twice through the people at Wheat Country, and by phone at least twice to the leasing comp. in Winnipeg(Polaris Leasing) still not cleared. The end result here would have been Polaris would have been compensated should a total loss have occurred; oh yeh it was paid out 4 years ago. So this is quite a nice little con they have going. The question is how long would they keep running this con been 4 years now, so this is pretty clear this is blatant fraudulent behaviour, I would not have thought this but I mean I have made numerous attempts to clear this and they have not. Once again, deal with Wheat Country Motors at your own risk, they have been trying to screw me. I have given parties involved 24 hours to clear this matter before I turn it over to the Regina City Police. In all likelihood I should have done that right away.

TRUCK RENTAL: We Needed a Pick-up truck on very short notice as ours was in the shop. We had a major task to perform and needed access to a 4X4 truck with a hidden hitch sleeve. Our request was very last minute. Susan at Wheat Country was very accommodating to our needs and helped us out a TON! To be honest I wasn't sure if the repair to our vehicle would be done on time or not, and told Susan as much so it was a bit of a "stand-by" booking. She understood and was very helpful with our issue. As it turned out our own vehicle was NOT ready on time. This meant a panic call to Susan at Wheat Country at 3:30PM on a Friday afternoon. She came through for us! great work!! I highly recommend Wheat Country as a truck rental place. BONUS: their rates were basically cheaper than the "regular" car rental places!
