I've dealt with a few car dealerships in Regina however this dealership doesn't give off the vibe of car salesman type place. They are very honest and true to their word. The part that has really stuck with me is when I dropped off my car for service and when I returned the service manager knew the keys within the pile that belonged to me. That small item sits well with me and it shows that they pay attention to the small details.

Terrible place to do business! Cant get parts right. Wont ship parts! Cant look up parts from VIN! Order parts and pay for them and then they phone you and tell you they need you to come back to get a refund because the part doesn't exist! Been there 4 times in 1 month for the same parts. I live 2 hours away. Huge pain! Manager took the time to call me and try and make things right. We will see how this Friday goes.

Completely unknowledgable staff, avoid Steve the service advisor. He will lie and cheat you. These guys destroy vehicles. He will void your warranty without cause and then deny you service. If your vehicle is even remotely modified take the drive to Saskatoon because Steve will refuse to have your vehicle worked on. Also they will overcharge you for any work they perform. I know countless people who have had their vehicles damaged by these idiots and then deny it happened, only after showing dash cam footage did they agree to replace the damaged parts...be very careful dealing with them.

I dealt with Saskatoon Volkswagen and to sum it up if Saskatoon Volkswagen was a person I'd push that person into the snow. Management is a joke, customer service is a joke, in house warranty is a joke, just one of the many examples I have is that 5 days after I bought my car in Regina a low beam headlamp burnt out, like a $20 bulb. Saskatoon wouldn't give me a bulb since I bought the car elsewhere, while in Regina I was still on unlimited warranty. Saskatoon Volkswagen makes the entire corporation look terrible. I even go to regina for oil changes, they are that awesome to deal with. Saskatoon charges $16/litre of oil and Regina is $12, for the same damn stuff. Regina also topped off my tank a few times for making the drive there. I will never set foot in Saskatoon Volkswagen again unless it's for a key battery. 100% satisfaction in Regina. Zero regrets.

Okay, this is my second and more objective review. The first one was negative, why? Because I was angry/upset at what I thought was the lack of service. I was wrong However, this one is more accurate. The team at Taylor VW is great and courteous. They duly on followed up with my initial complaint about my air conditioning and got me into the service department. I was given a loaner vehicle to use while it being fixed and was assured it would be covered under warranty. They also let me know that they were backed up on service due to short staffing secondary to COVID-19. Alas, I was impatient and posted a negative review. Ahmed Al Abbad was quite helpful with getting things organized. Thank you ????????.

Hmmm...maybe I need to let this go because this experience goes back about 15 years but now with this opportunity to discuss publicly, I'm taking it. We bought a used VW beetle. It was sold to us as a "re-certified" vehicle in that it would have an extended warranty applied to it. To start, the car ended up being an absolute lemon but to add to that, about a month into our ownership of the vehicle we had a problem with the rear hatch closing properly. When we informed Taylor VW that we needed that repair, they had absolutely no record of the car being sold as re-certified and we had absolutely no warranty on the car at all. Later we spent a good deal of time at the Regina public library finding a newspaper ad that did in fact advertise the car as a re-certified vehicle. Even with that evidence in hand, Taylor VW did nothing to correct the problem. I don't write this review lightly because I do realize how devastating bad online reviews can be to a company but this experience still rates as my most disappointing retail experience ever.

Had my car in today and was told my extended warranty had expired, didn't even get a courtesy call to advise me of such when it did run out. My parents helped me last year, pay for replacing I think the fuel injector pump or pistons or something which we got " a deal" on to the tune of $4000.00 which I feel was not warranted. I believe that problem came from a serious accident I was in but vw could not say yes it was from that or no it was not so they didn't put it in the SGI report which i think is B.S.! Oh and let's not forget the 101 recalls there have been on the car since I've had it (2012) I could go on and on about how they nickle and dime you. Long story short, extended warranty nil and I now apparently need like $3000.00 worth of work! Go figure. All I can say is thank goodness my car is part of the emissions suit cause this thing is going on buyback and they damn well better be fair on the appraisal of that because I've paid way more than enough and I'm just done!

We hadn’t considered a VW before and what a mistake that was! We purchased an Atlas and could not be happier! The people at Taylor Volkswagen were extremely great to deal with, Nico our salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly, good humored, and honest. We briefly met Miguel (the manager) who was also very friendly and helpful. Dean (the used car manager) was very competitive in his valuation for our trade and that pretty much sealed the deal for us right then! We requested to add quite a few accessories to our vehicle which took some time, and they were very upfront with how long these items would take. Finally we met Jamie (Finance person) who made sure we understood all of the paperwork and different warranties etc. We loved that the “admin fee” included tire and key replacement warranty (made it actually feel worth paying). I was travelling from Edmonton to Brandon and had an issue with my Golf R misfiring. I made it to Regina and got them to look at my car the next morning. I told them I had some after market parts and they were ok with that. Then they tell me because of the after market spark plugs they won't be able to work on it under warranty. They don't even have any spark plugs for my car. Tell me it'll be 3-4 days to get them. Then the service advisor tells me to go to Canadian Tire and get after market spark plugs!! He just told me that they weren't going to work on it because of them!! So they charge me $184 for a diagnostic fee but didn't even diagnose the problem. They didn't tell me what was wrong. Isn't that the definition of diagnosis? I'm not a fan of Taylor Volkswagen.

We recently purchased a VW Tiguan from Taylor’s Regina. The experience with the sales manager Miguel was phenomenal. Due to the Covid-19 social distancing we took advantage of a contactless experience. VW dropped off the vehicle for a test drive and then picked up after we were complete. The financing person Jamie was great and handled most of the correspondence through email. We just had to go in sign the final documents, pick up a plate from Harvard which is down the street, and then drive away with the shiny new vehicle which we are extremely happy with. Also VW is currently offering 0% financing and 4 year free maintenance on certain remaining 2019 models. The customer service and quality at this dealer is second to none. I would highly recommend buying from this dealer and using contactless service during these uncertain times.

VW had exactly what I wanted: an all wheel drive with a standard transmission. So great to work with Vika who is personable and very helpful. How refreshing to deal with a woman when buying a car! Outstanding Customer Service After my Jetta was making concerning engine sounds with 8 hours of driving left until home, I went to Taylor Volkswagen hoping to resolve the issue. The lovely people at the service desk were incredibly accommodating, especially considering I came 20 minutes to closing time. They got my vehicle in, diagnosed and fixed in a half an hour. Had a fabulous experience purchasing a new car in February. Our salesman Alvaro Santamaria was great. It was very much a no pressure situation. We had originally went to look in the fall and fell in love with the 2018 Atlas. He gave us his card and said to call or email when ready. We finally decided to take the plunge in February and sent him an email. Within a few days we had a test drive scheduled and a few hours after that the deal was done! Since then we have been back for the customary 6 week service visit. All went smoothly. Wash job was fantastic! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with their team in the future.

Our experience has been so far so good. Key thing after buying a new car is that the dealership is not treating you differently AFTER you buy the car. So we had one or two issues that we thought dealership would not take responsibility for after we took the car home. Instead of brushing our concerns off, they addressed them in a timely time frame and fixed the issues. Our product specialist, Vika, was very helpful in addressing our issues without inconveniencing us. Also the receptionists were quite friendly and proactive in ensuring we were assisted when we first went into the dealership. The dealership also looks nice and comfortable

Bought a used vehicle , they will tell you that you have a 3 month 9000 km comprehensive warranty. Until you have an issue, then the last month is "power train only"....when you still have 25k and 2 years of power train from the manufacturer and you've owned the vehicle for 74 days. Are you guys for real? Also tried to sell me the anti rust module when I bought, only to see one already in the vehicle. Guess it was January and they didn't think I'd look. Good luck to the guys who bought the Ram I traded in... the only auto dealer in the neighbourhood, would have loved to be a repeat customer due to its location and handiness, but fat chance now. Terrible.

Very disappointed. Travelling from Alberta to Saskatchewan. Outside of Saskatoon my car started making a loud noise, called the dealership had to leave a message, waited an hour for a call back. I explained the situation to the service attendant and asked if they could possibly get my car in for a diagnostic as I have a warning symbol. Apparently there service department is 2 weeks behind and can’t spare 15 minutes to help an out of province traveller. You don’t plan to have car trouble on your trip! Sorry folks of Regina to have to deal with a subpar Volkswagen dealership.
