This was terrible , the course was so bad ... Paid $187 with cart , broken electrical boxes, poor signage, tee boxes were torn up, fairways were uneven and in one case under construction and plowed up, greens were inconsistent bald and horrible shape , sand traps were like asphalt, been golfing forty years can not believe ... We chose one stop in Regina to golf ... Told when we booked to Wear collar for dress code even cart battery died before we finished ...so so bad ... so dissapointing...staff were friendly only good thing I can say...

30min from Regina, then pay $74 to walk, $98 to ride!! NOT worth the money! This course could be so beautiful!! But, it is not! Front 9 was ok, back 9 was awful!! I’ll never play Deer Valley again!!????????

Course was beautiful scenery wise!! Terrible ran course. Called earlier this week asking if it was okay to bring toddler with us. Proshop staff were extremely cold upon arrival. I felt court Marshall was rude. And constantly on our group to keep moving though we were almost 2 full holes ahead of the group behind and only about 1/2 a hole behind the group in front of us. Will be last time attending this gold course.

Awesome Staf. Awesome Food. Course is in immaculate shape. Best greens in Saskatchewan. Good selection in the pro shop. A must golf destination for anyone looking for a challenging and scenic round of golf.

Visited for a tournament for the first time in a couple of years . The course was in reasonable shape considering everyone in the area is facing a tough recovery from this past winter and spring. Where they really shine is the staff . Friendly, helpful and lots of personality . The finishing touch however was the meal. Served banquet style it was excellent . They passed on the traditional steak or roast beef and instead served perogies with sausage and all the fixings . Compliments to the chef . Best banquet I've had in ages .

Course is in bad shape. I added a photo of a tee box. Our cart died at the end of the 9th hole, and we were one of the lucky ones. We ran into some people that had their cart die twice. The second time their cart died was on hole 15, the workers brought them a new cart but then they had to join us because the people they were golfing with went ahead. The majority of the employees I dealt with were pleasant but didn't know what was going on. One employee outside was on his phone and was very excited to get off in 17 minutes. He was unable to tell me if we were going to get a cart or not. I also rented a demo club to use and was quoted a price from an employee if I decided to buy the club. I did in fact decide to buy the club, but when I went in, it was over $100 more. I understand that I was told the wrong price, but just another example of the employees not knowing what was going on. I used to golf this course quite a bit. I only went once this year and I regret it. It used to be such a great place and seemed to be an higher class course. The quality is down and the prices are still high. It does, however, have some spectacular views. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Can’t use the practice facilities (practice green or driving range) until 20 minutes before your round. Can’t even pay for a bucket of balls or get your cart. Oh but the range balls are complimentary! So by the time you get your cart you’ve got maybe 15 minutes to warm up before your round. Better decide whether you want to warm up putter or your other clubs because you’ll only have time for one. So generous for a $90 round.

Because the parking lot is on the side of a hill you can drop off your clubs off at the bottom and then go park and walk back down. I did that but as I am walking down I see someone at by bag. I jogged down to catch one of their staff going through my bag. They claimed they were cleaning my clubfaces. My clubs don't need that. I talked to staff in the clubhouse, they said I must have been seeing things. Needless to say I will not be going back. Not to mention the course was dry, no sprinklers on at all. Not worth the drive out, even though they claim it is 15 minutes from Regina, it's closer to 30 minutes. I heard they have been close to bankruptcy twice, ... but stealing change out of my bag is not going to pay the bills.

A very scenic course that is challenging and fun to play. Grounds crew is doing an amazing job keeping the course in great shape. Pro Shop staff and Lounge staff always there to provide the best service.

Played golf there on father's day with my son. Coarse is in phenomenal condition and a test of your ability. Quick beer and dog in the lounge...incredible. The staff is top notch and the hot dogs (gourmet, I believe) are stellar. If you play golf you've got to head out to Deer Valley, you'll truly enjoy it. If you don't golf go there for one of the hot dogs..... I know that you will definitely enjoy it.

This course is in such a beautiful setting in Saskatchewan. Just outside of Regina, in a valley that is stunning in the autumn. The changing colours of the leaves in the valley are stunning. You are sure to see some wildlife while you are there as well. Friendly pro-shop staff will help you out with anything you need.

Very nice challenging course, great amenities, nice clubhouse, great food and good beer prices! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of five is if your not using google maps, good luck finding it if you have never been there. Could use some signage to at least point you in the right direction.

Careless staff and golf cart paths need to be cleared of bushes. Saw one staff member driving a cart get into a head-on collision with a customer cart.

Beautiful layout, some holes are great, others are in terrible shape, greens and fairways very bad on some holes. Tee boxes are patchy 18/18. Sand traps are like mud no proper sand to play out of

I am not a good golfer but came here for an event. The course is extremely beautiful tucked into the valley. The course has some elevation for certain holes which you would only see out east or west. There is a nice range of holes starting as low as a par 3 and up from there. The drink cart came fairly frequently and I had a German hot dog at the pro shop. It was a sausage with sauerkraut and was well worth trying! The course had good washrooms and the facilities of the pro shop were great. Honestly, a great place even if you're not a great golfer.
