As you can read, it reaches an feddbacks average is average, neither too high nor too low, and it is based on a high number of reviews, so we may conclude that the evaluation is very credible. If people have bothered to give their feddback when they are pleased with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to give feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Golf corresponds to the category of Golf club.
Showing lack of maintenence. Buildings are temporary trailers since clubhouse burned down. Fairways are very hard. Original build was poorly done. Low use and price is not bad with a a cart.
Terribly maintained golf course. Extremely disappointing given how awesome it used to be. They have barely irrigated this entire season. Concrete tee boxes and the greens are brutal. They are charging too much for what you get! Golf carts are ancient and run like garbage. Be prepared for disappointment! New club house is finally being built after 10 years but now we will have a sweet club house and a garbage golf course. It’s sad the current owners have ruined this course. They have a long road ahead of them to get this course back in top condition .
This is just for the pub. Personable and efficient service, tasty food, and cold drinks. It was also very clean which is always nice. Really it should be 4 stars but I gave it 5 because for what it is, it doesn't try to be more AND it's priced accordingly. 2 people, appies, entres, cocktails (2 each), and a shared dessert for less than a hundred bucks. Very nice. We'll be back for steaks next time.
Good golf course, reasonable golf fee.
The clubhouse staff is great and so is the ambience! Will have to come back to try out the rec room.
Party of 7 and nobody was satisfied with their meal. Ordered New York steak- cooked as ordered but steak was poor quality, very tough with large pieces of grissle within the steak itself, and steak was flavourless. Garlic butter sauce for steak was very thick and didn’t melt on steak when applied as steak was just warm. Many of the drinks ordered were unsatisfactory and tasted like they had been watered down or had a wrong taste to them compared to what you expect. Nice atmosphere not too loud but for such a nice building I expected spectacular food and overall it was not good. Greek wings were only good part of meal- server was nice. Arcade area is mediocre- variety of games but the cards seem to be flawed- one persons card stopped working after playing 1 game even though it had $10 loaded on it.
Food and drinks were great...
Still with temporary clubhouse after 6 years. Don't seem to know how to run a golf course (e.g. intermixing twosomes and foursomes). Sand traps poorly maintained. Not good value compared to nearby courses. Only benefit is the course is usually quiet and easy to get a booking on short notice.
Course is in terrible condition this year. Concrete fairways, greens with patches everywhere. The owner needs to sell and get out of the golf business. There's no excuse for not seeding greens. We have had a decent amount of moisture this year so far, so no excuse for that. Carts are almost in disrepair. The old club house burned down almost 10 years ago, and insurance money was paid out. That place had sentimental value to me and a lot of other people, once again no excuse for that. I fear this year could be a death knell if they don't start doing something about it. Its a crying shame..
Course is pricey and not looked after very well. They haven't rebuilt the clubhouse yet 5 years after it burnt down. More concerned with building houses than looking after the course.
Went for dinner with family. Friendly server. Food took a bit of time to get to our table, so don’t necessarily go there if you are in a hurry. Meals were delicious. Went to the arcade with my two little grandchildren. They enjoyed the …
Sorry have to give a poor review. Used to be one of the nicest courses but they seemed to have completely given up on maintaining the course. The front nine especially is a wasteland of winter kill greens and dandilion and dirt fairways. The finishing holes on the back 16, 17, 18 which have always been a problem still are (see wasteland). The price was a little less but the course can only be described as in terrible condition.
Good layout and putting green is nice. The course does need to be maintained, some spots the ground was hard to hit off.
To start, I golfed there 1 day before the new clubhouse opened. It looks really nice from the outside. Never got to go in it though. The green fees and range balls were reasonably priced. From there, it's all downhill. The fairways were very dry and rough, cut, but still poorly maintained. The greens... wow... can you really call them that? It felt like half the greens had more dirt than grass. You'd hit the ball, and it would feel like a Rollercoaster. The carts felt like they haven't been looked after at all. The cart felt like the pedal had to be to the floor, just to move. Then there is the course Marshalls. One of them was friendly, saw we were playing at the same pace as the 2some I'm front of us. The other, told us to pick up the pace, because we were a 4some and since we had a group behind us as well as in front of us, he assumed it was us holding up the pace. All in all, I probably won't golf here for a few years. They have some things to sort out.
The condition of this course is unbelievable.
We golfed Aspen Links Aug 2021 this weekend and the greens and fairways have greatly improved since the beginning of the season. We can’t wait until the clubhouse is finished. #EmeraldParkHomes supports local businesses. Oct 10 Clubhouse is Open! Wow! Arcade Games. Virtual Golf! Delicious Food! Friendly Staff. Golf Course Views from the huge deck. Welcome back Aspen Links!
Played here in early Aug and it was easy to get a tee time the night before. Should have been my clue. While the track is an interesting layout and the back 9 offers a more challenging and diverse 9 the greens for the most part were in bad shape with plenty of dead spots. The bunkers were not properly maintained (even keeping the covid restrictions in mind), and the 17th fairway was just a muddy mess with little to no landing area. Pro-shop staff I dealt with was friendly and apologetic about the greens in advance as I was paying. I really wanted to get 18 holes before I continued on with my trip. Appreciated getting the tee time but it just wasn't worth the value for dollars. Given all the local competition and the full playing cost here I don't imagine this place will stay open much longer unless they address the playing conditions. Golfers can put up with the odd weeds here and there n the fairways and clover in the rough but bad greens will always keep golfers from returning.
Horrible conditions ...dont waste your time or money...looks like they havnt watered the course all year
Drove all the way out there from Regina to use the driving range. When I got there I was informed that they didn't have any range balls available and that it would be 30 mins before they were done collecting them from the range. Not cool. Poorly organized. Next time I'll call ahead I guess.
The food was awesome and the course is starting to come back!
I'm hoping that the beautiful clubhouse being built will mean an equally as nice course. But for now, save your money.
Unbelievable new Clubhouse!
They charge a little less than nearby courses. Has a few good holes and a few bad holes.
Course is slowly coming around, still seems a little pricey for the quality. Carts need attention. They have some work to do for the course to match the new clubhouse.
wish it were better
Absolutely terrible course. The greens were so messed up that we could not even putt properly. If the ball hits the fairway there is a cloud of dirt that pops up. The bunkers are basically concrete. They’re charging far too much for what you get.
Great twighlight rate. Course is usually in decent shape as well. Great course for all skill levels. Best bang for your dollar by far
The course is in the worst shape I've ever golfed on. To charge nearly 30 dollars for a round of nine is almost criminal. I have no doubt that Emerald Park will eventually get this course up to snuff but for now golfing in a pasture is comparable.
We are loving the new facility. Great place for us to meet family and friends to watch a football game in the restaurant or play games in the arcade.
Awesome food & service I really loved the French fries lol
Great course, coming along good ????
First time giving a review. Was so disappointed in service. Friends both ordered Fish &Chips. Waitress asked if they would like a side. They both ordered the soup. When meal came it was now fish and soup. Makes no sense, and when asking about where the chips were her reply was you ordered soup instead. She was rude and they had to order chips and pay for them extra. They should change the menu to Fish only I guess. Fish was overcooked also I guess. I live close to this place and not sure I will go back, unfortunately .
Great games room
I just need to take a huge minute to really thank the staff and owners for their amazing hospitality. We decided to host our baby shower here and it was absolutely fantastic I was blown away by how much fun we had an how well it was all done. As the men golfed on the course the women enjoyed drinks and opening gifts inside. Later on we had good food and listened to music. Everyone left at the end of the night with full stomachs of yummy steak their chef made. If you need a place for a wedding, baby shower, family reunion or just a fun place to golf and have good food this would be the place to go.
Nice course. Watch out for man eating gophers.
Was good, guys ahead of us drove like idiots and left beer cans for us to clean up. Greens would be better if we had rain, mix of pars. Thanks again.
Worst golf course I have ever been on! Horrid! Greens shot, no maintenance whatsoever, structures not painted and falling apart. Total embarrassment to the people who have built beautiful houses around it. Not sure how they can open and call it a “golf course”...
Rough greens, need alot of work. They should lower the prices.
Congratulations on your new facility at Aspen Links. Very beautiful. Looking forward to have some meals out there. The Sunday brunch was excellent. Excellent friendly service. Always lots of staff working to give you excellent service. Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality.
As much as I’m appreciative of what the new restaurant and gaming room add to our community, I’m horribly disappointed in the service here. I’ve been there at least 8 times and the bar and kitchen service is the slowest I’ve ever seen. The fastest I’ve received a drink is in 27 minutes, which is pathetic for such a nice place. It’s to the point that when my family and I go here, we order our food and drinks immediately. If we want another drink we order when ours is half full still. Otherwise there’s no way we’d get out of there in any reasonable time. The staff have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Be warned!
Nice layout, average condition is hard fairways, no sand in traps, hard greens and since rate hike last year, hugely overpriced, and oh yah, STILL NO CLUBHOUSE, but on upside, staff is extremely friendly
The course was not in good shape. I heard there water pump was down for 1 week. Even with that, the course should be in better shape for the price. I will not be coming back.
Needs more water maintenance and.some effort to the grounds
Very disappointed, I tried to start 4 golf carts before I found one that started. Course in terrible shape, no grass on tee boxes, instead gopher holes and weeds.
Its 8:30 pm and one golf cart out. Now we accept living on a golf coarse we had numerous broken windows that have been replaced. Its dark out guys on golf coarse hitting our house because you can't see the green . Now another cart drives by.
Horrible waste if time and money. Very disappointed how far this course has fallen. NOT worth the effort. Shame on Aspen for charging green fees for something that isn't even green. No stars. HAD TO POST ONE STAR BUT NOT WORTHY OF THAT
Nice course had a great time.
I do not normally leave reviews however, my family and I would like to prepare others for their future visits. We chose to have a night out last week at the new clubhouse and when seated, were surprised to have had two servers assigned to …
Group of 10 with 2 kids. All our food was excellent. They even brought some birthday cake for the kids after hearing he just turned 2. Very happy with the service.
Needs repair
First visit to "new" Emerald Park venue. Steak Sandwich was cooked as requested albeit grisly. French Fries were excellent. Service was professional & friendly. Building has an Impressive footprint. All in all a pleasant & rare night out.
This course used to be so nice, it appears that the water tap was shut off a month ago. The Fairways are dry as sand, the greens are horrible, the tee-boxes hard as concrete. I would not recommend spending any money here.
Had a great few hours playing 9 holes this morning!
Great prices and well maintained grounds. Always enjoy the driving range and great course.
I liked the coarse just wish it was in better condition. Overrun by gophers and winterkill. In the end you will have a good time though, the price was right and the staff was nice.
Course is in poor shape.
Terrible
Great indoor golf. Servers are attentive, great facility. Will definitely be back.
Awesome local golf course club restaurant, games, catering and venues for weddings and such. Food was great, staff were friendly and quick service. Don't have fully stocked bar coolers yet. Working on it.
Pricey twilight rate for a pretty awful course, paid 30 for twilight and was kicked off and told we had to pay 45 to play through. Terribly maintained course, rock hard fair ways and patchy, rough and cracked greens. Numerous traps have no sand in them. Carts are in rough shape
