My daughter asked to take a friend for her birthday. We are from out of town and the customer service was great she helped us plan a bowling game and mini golf game. Highly recommend, but be aware that it is super busy on the weekends!

We used to LOVE going there! The older lady who usually is there is so nice, and awesome but unfortunately one guy ruined it for us and we won’t be back again. Today we went in with our kids, and right away the guy working tells us he needs to see ALL of our passports. Our kids are 11, 8 and 7. I told him no he doesn’t. They aren’t legally required to show them. I’m not sure if they even could get them. He then says, “oh so they aren’t vaccinated?” I told him it doesn’t matter if they are, we are and they don’t need to show him anything. He kind of just whatevers it, and then looks at my kids and says “you all need to wear masks though”. I told him that my son who is on the spectrum cannot wear a mask. He gets visibly annoyed and says, “well that’s the law.” I grabbed my kids and walked out. In all of the years I have been going there (20+), I have never had such a bad experience. I completely understand that there are rules that need to be followed. We were following them. I’m still just shocked that even happened. Unfortunately, we will miss a lot of the great staff and fun times we had there, but that is the end of that. We went to Black Diamond instead, and they were great, happy and kind!

Great little place! The bowling is bowling, lots of different sized balls and we didn't have and problems with the bowling. It is a bit older but I don't really thing that matters too much. I also got wings while I was there which were pretty good for a decent price, although I would recommend not to get the terryaki flavour of wings. For sure going to go back and try the mini golf there!

Don’t go! We were visiting family and decided to go Mini Golfing, we arrived at 8:05 and waited for 10 min for someone to come help us. There was a couple ahead of us that was waiting just as long as we were. There was an employee that kept starring at us and didn’t come over to assist. Finally an older women came over from the moment she walked up she had a harsh scowl and grumbled to the people ahead of us. We walked up and she told us there was no way that that we could go as it was less than an hour before, we explained that we had been standing there for 10 - 15 minutes when she yelled at us saying we were wrong! Their loss, we walked out without spending the over $80 that we would have. Plus the couple in front of us the couple behind us and the 6 people that we told as we were walking out the door. It’s not a solid business plan to walk away from an easy $200. My suggestion STAY AWAY!

The facility is nice, but the policy of not selling games 1 hr before closing is ridiculous. Some friends and I arrived at 730, bought and finished a game by 805 and were told we could not buy another game because there wasnt enough time before they closed. We literally just finished a game in 30 mins but an hour was not enough time? The older lady running the front counter is quite rude and has been veey rude to my friends and I before. And their Facebook page does not have options to leave reviews.

Place needs some TLC. It was great but a little paint, repair and some magic eraser could go a long way. The liquor thing doesn't promote a family friendly environment so maybe separating the liquor section for families would help.

The bowling lanes and mini golf course are affordable, well maintained, and fun. I do wish 5-pin bowling was available in addition to 10-pin bowling, but that's a minor gripe and a matter of my personal preference.

Strike zone is a great place to go for a family outing. Good food, adult bevvies available, and if bowling isn't your game, try some black light mini golf. They have birthday packages available and can put the bumpers up for the kids.

Bad experience in second visit. Our slot zone had problems. It stopped working after 2 turns. Then they changed slot zone and it also started making mistakes to count... And then we have to stop playing..... Just smashed my excitement.!!!!!

Entered the strike zone at 8PM with four adults and four children. We were wanting to play mini golf. There was one couple ahead of us in line that was also waiting for service. As we waited there was another couple behind us. One of us eventually went to the food area to ask somebody to ring us through at about 8:08. The lady at the food counter continued to sip on her drink and stared at us multiple times. When we asked her for assistance she informed us she was on her break. At 8:15PM a older lady slowly walked to the counter. The couple in front of us got turned away. We asked the lady if we could pay for mini golf. The lady informed us we were too late as 8PM is the latest we could pay and play. We informed her that we were waiting at the till at 8PM. She then rudely barked back that it would have been impossible that we were there at 8PM, as she was at the till at 8PM. We calmly reassured the angry lady that we were at the till at 8. The lady denied us again, we then walked out. The couple behind us, also wanting to play mini golf left as well. Commenting on how rude the lady was at the till. Another family was turned away as we figured out what else to do next in the parking lot. The service was incredibly terrible as well as the staff.

Not a bad bowling alley. Half of the building inside is a mini golf course which is actually pretty cool (try out the 3D glasses to have more fun). The bowling alley side is fairly old, but it's a good place to hang out with some friends and hit some pins (10 pin by the way). Serves alcohol, food and other drinks too. Reasonable price.

Clean atmosphere and good bowling, but miserable employees (probably thanks to the constantly miserable owner). She should do herself a favor and retire before her bad attitude takes her business down with her. It's always been this way, but it seems to be getting worse. If youre able to resist the scowl on the constant owner's face then it's a great place for beers and bowling. If she's being a cow to you, smile back and recognize it's not about you - that's just how she walks through life.

I would not recommend visiting this business. As a visitor to Prince George I was not pleased by the rudeness of the employees and unprofessional attitudes. We showed up at 8 o’clock to stand in line behind another couple and waited to pay to go mini-golfing. There was an employee who was standing around drinking, maybe on a break, I don’t know but when asked for help she said someone else would come help. By the time someone came to help it was 8:15, and when our group was served we were told that we weren’t going to be admitted to go mini-golfing because they close at 9 and we wouldn’t have enough time. She was rude, snarky and accused us of lying that we hadn’t been waiting as long as we had. I was appalled that we were treated as bad as we were and that the employee was so unprofessional. I will never go back when we visit and will never recommend this place to anyone that we know that lives there.

This place is not family friendly and is a rip off. Went there with our 2 kids and it cost us over $65 to bowl 2 frames. They are pocketing money at the concession because they say "cash only" and don't give receipts. Then they force you to go to their ATM where they charge your $3 plus what your bank charges you $1.50 just to buy a $2.50 small pop for your kid. The lady at the front with short white hair is rude. No wonder it was dead on a Saturday night. There should be a family rate. That was a crazy amount for a family of 4 to spend in an hour and a half.

Only place in town for 10 pin. A bit expensive per game (6 dollars) on weekends and unfortunately, no weekday specials. Where I used to live, a bowling alley did 2 dollar games on Tuesdays and other offers on weekdays. However, it is licensed (serves alcohol) and food is alright.

Not very family friendly for families larger than 4. Washrooms were in a very dark hallway & were dirty ( water all over the counters,toilet paper all over the floor, unfinished toilets) & not allowing patrons to bring in purses...either leave them in your car or allow the staff to hold your locker key.

I was really disappointed by this place. We arrived and although he checked our vaccine passport he did not scan the QR code which is very easy to do. Secondly the snack bar is cash only. This is ridiculous. They want you to use thier private ATM. You can use debit/cc to pay so it's not like they don't have the ability to take it.

We arrived as guests at a child's birthday party. When we got there, the host was being berated by the manager for bringing snacks even though she phoned ahead of time and was told it would be fine. We were also surprised and disappointed to find out that they charged non-golfing adults to accompany and supervise young children on the mini golf course. The younger staff were friendly but the management was extremely disappointing.
