I found performance a few years back when I was looking for a seat for my atv, I couldn’t get them anywhere else and they had plenty in stock and were friendly, I didn’t have any more experiences with them until a while ago, I called around looking for brake pads and couldn’t get any other dealers to even call me back, I called performance and they had the parts, I deal with them exclusively now and will likely continue to for the foreseeable future. I definitely recommend you go there for anything atv!

Despite being a female with limited knowledge of this sport Mike and Brian went out of their way to make me feel comfortable all the while helping to educate me in a non intimidating way that never made me feel like a dumb girl. I ended up buying my FIRST ATV of what "I" am sure will be many. I don't think I would go to any other dealer for ANYTHING they could possibly help me with. I am unsure of the lady's name that also assisted me with my accessories but she was great. I was given information regarding each item never pressured to purchase the most expensive items but make decisions based on what would suit my needs best. This lady obviously knows her stuff as every size for every brand and every itemwas pretty much bang on( anyone who has tried to find items that fit across many brands this is not easy).

Absolutely terrible service in the past year. To the point where I will no longer give Brian my business bought 3 different parts now all were mixed up and backordered without knowing about it one was a rear tire...they sold me the wrong size after I specified 5 times had to bring it back and the final straw was I bought a tool and it broke first use I brought it back and Brian bitched about it and went off on me as if I don't know how to use a tool.....never use this business again even in dire circumstances.

Fantastic customer service. Bought a 2015 Arctic Cat 500 with a plow from Brian and it has been rock solid. My father in law bought a 700 that had some problems and they were great with helping him deal with the issues and ultimately upgrading to a 1000xt.

The entire buying process was fairly smooth, Brian took all the time to answer all my questions. The nice lady in parts has been nothing but pleasant but I'm just a little disappointed in the fact that when I picked up my 4 wheeler there was a bolt missing in the belt housing and it's been 3 months and I still don't have it. They said it's back ordered so it's not their fault I suppose it's just something that maybe should have been caught on the pdi, Honest mistake though. The machine is everything I wanted and exactly what they said it would be. Great performance and so far very reliable. Hoping I can get my updated Arctic cat stickers soon. My first warranty experience so far has been very smooth and the service department has been very nice!

Its nice to see an Agro dealer close to home. They had the tire that I ordered and the owner( Bryan) took me for a tour of the place and showed me there stock that is just for Argo's, tires belts break pads bearings and so on. This made me fell comfortable for when I need a repair. There are Argo's on the floor for sale, which is great, I don't have to go to the sportsman's show to see them. And for you people, Argo's are the real ALL Terrain machine. Thanks again Bryan, that was my first time in your place and I will be back.

We bought my 4 year olds helmet here. He was very shy at first and they were very patient with him helping him pick which colour was his favorite and then working on finding one that fit properly. They even helped coaxing him into putting the helmet on since he didnt want to in front of them at first. Then helping him pick out googles that matched the blue he picked. We loved the staff and they were great helping us find the right one. He even fell asleep holding that helmet.

Always a positive experience going to the shop. A family run business with a huge powersports showroom that they keep stocked full of inventory. So they more than likely have what you need on the shelf. And if not they can order it in quick while giving you much more options than say Royals compacted book. I’ve picked up everything from custom harley parts to dirt bike gear and oil. Why order online when you can shop local and get knowledgeable service.

Terrible experience...I ordered a part over the phone (air filter). I then found the part locally so purchased it elsewhere. I called back a few hours later to cancel the order. The clerk was rude and told me i had to come in and pay for the item. I refused and was promptly hung up on. I received a call less than a minute later from Brian Szenasi the president. He swore at me at length and berated me verbally. I posted a review online and he called me again but this time from a blocked number. He went on to belittle me on the phone for a second time, offered no apologize and hung up on me. I have two quads and will not be returning to this business. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a business.

I felt like I had to come on here and share my experience. I can say first hand never met a more fair and reasonable individual. I left my equipment here for an extended period of time, like really extended. Brian could have easily told me to screw off and would have been in his right to do so. Instead he listened to me and what had transpired to lead do this mess and in the end gave me an extremely fair price for my equipment, which I obviously didn’t use or need seeing how it sat there. True gentleman and would recommend anyone to go here, and when I’m looking to buy a side by side, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I feel highly qualified to rate this business as I have purchased three machines and experienced warranty claim and service from Performance ATV in the past year. First off... Hughly recommend this place. Here's the plain truth... they have great prices (everyone knows that about this place) beyond price they have the best service around. It's obvious that relationships are important and the staff here wants to ensure everyone is enjoying their purchase. Here's an example of my experience. I found myself in the bush deep and got into some unexpected deep water and my machine swamped. It was very cold and I was very wet. I didn't really know what to do. Called the shop for some advice (Saturday near closing time) Brian to the rescue. Took me step by step (painfully slow because I knew nothing) and got me back up and running. I had called dealers where I was to see if I could bring in my bike and all they cared about was $$$$$$ Brian however just wanted me to enjoy my weekend. Keep in mind that he made no $$$& out of helping me out. Even made sure I had his cell in case I needed more help after hours. Turns out I called him several more times and when I apologized for calling and being so needy after hours he responded "call me a hundred times I just want to help u salvage your trip, I'd help anyone who called me even if they ride competitors equipment. I just love the sport and want to help". If you're questioning if this is somewhere u can trust... don't doubt it any more. If you're looking for parts, service or a new machine you can expect solid expert information that u can trust, fast part delivery, fair respectful treatment. I have recommended this place to family and friends and they all feel the same way I do. Love this place and the family that runs it. My father in law and my brother both purchased machines here and rave about their experience too. By the way I'm still cleaning my pants from the ride Brian took me on in a wildcat (that I later purchased)... about four seconds later!!!

Brian and Mike have been awesome to deal with. They don't hide behind hidden costs and fill you with B.S. like so many other places try to. When an issue arises Brian especially is available(doesn't seem to matter the time or day of week). I have seen Brian have his entire family in the shop patiently waiting while he goes through stuff with customers and even potential customers WELL after hours. These guys go out of their way to bend over backwards to help you out. Had a problem with a brand new machine purchased, these guys went above and beyond what any dealership/salesman/manager would ever do in any industry. When things didn't work out positively these guys spent hours trying to locate a suitable machine. I live an hour and a half away and will continue driving that 3hr round trip for anything I need just to be able to get it straight up. I am wondering if others are not used to receiving friendly service with honesty from people who actually enjoy the sport and their jobs and get offended?
