Usually I go to this location in the week day mornings. The breakfast sandwiches and tea are quite good as usual for Time Hortons. However the chocolate chunk cookies are often stale and/or overcooked. The biggest issue would be with the slow service. I have never utilized the drive through but waiting to be served inside can take sometime while employees seem to busy themselves with other tasks and remain indifferent to customers waiting to be served.

Right now they are undergoing renovation so it's slower but regularly it is two done through lanes and they really push people through. At lunch it's slower because of people buying sandwiches.

I normally don't post anything negative, but I was just there this morning, first time in a long time, and it hasn't changed....I asked for a cafe mocha, tea double double, and an egg belt on a four cheese bagel, my husband slowed down 3 times to tell him at the speaker what his order was, and still got it wrong, and when we got it, it wasn't fit, I got burnt coffee, husband got watered down tea, no sugar and milk in it, not cream(and trust me when I say he knows the difference) and I got just egg and cheese, not a belt, on very burnt bagel that I couldn't eat, what I mean it was black on the in side, and so dried up on the out side it was hard as a rock..... so I just paid for breakfast I couldn't eat or drink, not to mention so impatient.....You know you can see this happens once in awhile, stuff happens, but this has been like it every time we have went there, I am so done with this tims.

An average but usually over-rated coffee & breakfast chain, a lot of the bakery items arent really "fresh". They come in frozen and then they bake them & add glaze to donuts, etc. Coffee also isn't anything special. If you want amazing quality ->FAIR-TRADE<- coffee, check out Jumping Bean. The service was extremely slow today. There were very few in line. There were lots of workers but those actually taking the orders were painstakingly slow. I am thinking the online orders app orders and kiosk orders were causing the backlog. Once I placed my order and received it, it was good. The employees are always rushing you through the drive thru, they rush the food making which often ends up in mistakes. I’ve been waiting over a month to write this review in the hopes that things would change, but it never does. I get workers being motivated to have good drive thru times and everything, but when I don’t have a chance to put my wallet away after using tap before they’re essentially throwing my order at me and rushing me to take it from them is a bit much. They don’t stir the coffee, they literally throw the sandwiches together which ends up with the cheese slice half off the sandwich, and today I ordered a bacon and egg English muffin and I got half English muffin half stale biscuit. It’s ridiculous. I know, first world problems, but cmon. Y’all can do better. Stop rushing everyone through your drive thru so you can say you’re efficient, slow it down when your speaking so we can understand what you’re saying (I understand accents with no trouble, but they don’t really annunciate their words because they’re in such a rush), and have a bit of a personal touch. Say good morning, say something nice as your greeting. Not HiTimHortGoHeaOrder....

They had one person working the counter and I stood in line inside for fifteen minutes with about ten people ahead of me and Not a single person inside was served, while I would estimate thirty cars were served in the drivethru during that time. As I sit here with my Tea with Milk and 3 sugar and reflect on the coffee I ordered with 1m/1s I have to say this is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. This restaurant is clearly poorly managed. They never staff to the demands of the business. In the last 10 days I have gone everyday and have been given the wrong coffee 4 times. On my way to work I order oatmeal. They are always "out" at 9am? The service here is dreadful. There debit machine is broken at least twice a week. They do not put a sign in drive through nor inform you over the speaker so you sit in the line for 15 minutes and then be told they have no debit. I do not carry cash. The worst, by far, in Canada. An utter embarrassment to the franchise. It gets 1 star so I can post.

It's the most discussing place i have ever walked into.... its very very dirty, the service was slow, but the person who served me was pleasant. The place was a mess. Paper towel all over the floor, the tables was not cleaned, looked like they hasn't been cleaned in a week.
