Abercrombie is a mature design that provides a strong test even while being on the short side. Most tee shots require precision to allow for the best angle of attack into multi tiered greens which are kept in good condition. This isn't a bomber's paradise without extreme accuracy. Abercrombie has recently hosted the Nova Scotian and Canadian Mid-Amateur Championships in 2014 and 2015 respectively, which is a testament to the course. The green fee of $65 at most would easily cost $90+ in an area with a larger population.

I worked here for maybe two weeks in the kitchen, i just graduated from the cooking program and i was trying to get myself some experience and to feel comfortable working in the kitchen so i can make other people happy by making them really great food. I ended up being let go because there was too much food being ordered when the deliveries came in when i wasnt putting in the orders and i never been taught how to. I ended up working 10 days straight with no day off. The waiters always expected that we got every single order they got from customers when we didnt get it threw our ticket machine. I wouldnt recommend coming here to eat or to golf. Dont get me wrong the course is nice but i dont want somesomebody to get disappointed by one of the waiters.

Course was in real good shape. They definitely need Marshall's to ensure speed of play and to ensure young golfers are not tearing up the course on golf carts, when it is supposed to be cart paths onlyz due to wet conditions. Such a shame I would have done the job for rounds not money!! Oh well, their loss.
